Great food, scenery and service. The breakfast buffet has variety of the food and also the price is reasonable. Only downside is the location is far away from the city.

The location by the lake is stunning — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel: a special birthday cake delivered to my room! It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. This personal touch made me feel genuinely valued and celebrated. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic — a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and well-prepared. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wuxi — whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

I went there twice for spa treatment and the experience was terrific. First time was right upon my arrival and after a day's rushing to airport and meeting friends, my back was so stiff, the staff at the Spa (Miss Chen) was so professional and the aromatherapy treatment eased my back pain so much that I fell into sleep. I really enjoyed it. I was staying in a nearby hotel, so on my last night at Wuxi, I booked the spa again and had another treatment before my returning to HK the following morning. Miss Chen was so nice, helpful, attentive and most importantly, professional. Highly recommend the spa and I want to book my stay at Marriot the next time because of the spa.

Very pleasant and relaxing experience to stay here . Hotel is nice located with full facilities : spa, gym, indoor swimming pool. Nice restaurant and coffee shop. It's really close to the lake , enjoying the scenic walk to the lake .Highly recommend.
