I had a genuinely wonderful and memorable stay at Jumeirah. Before I even arrived, the service already left a very good impression. The gentleman who picked up my call in the morning was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He helped me with two practical questions regarding my check-in and luggage arrangement, and explained everything clearly and efficiently, which made the arrival process much easier. Later, the gentleman at the front desk who assisted me during check-in was also exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful. The whole check-in process was smooth and comfortable, and he helped coordinate the room arrangement in a way that went far beyond my expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The room was spacious, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, with great views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom and amenities were especially impressive, and everything felt carefully prepared. What stood out most to me was not only the hardware of the hotel, but the genuine hospitality from the staff. Both the morning phone call and the check-in experience made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, this was a very pleasant surprise and one of the best hotel experiences I have had recently. I would be very happy to return and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious room, comfortable and cozy bed, very good supply of items needed for daily routines including a coffee/tea corner, great view from large windows, and overall wonderful location walkable distance from Nanjing Eye.

That said, it’s very close to the stadium, making it an excellent option if you’re in town for a concert. An exciting bonus—you might even bump into some celebrities staying here!
