Very friendly hotel , great service, very attentive staff especially Miss Camille The Vice Manager of House Keeping Dept. She very helpful to us. Even take care us in the restaurant. Thank you so much for her best Service attitude
It's good hotel. The workers are helpful. The breakfast is also nice. However I advice guests to keep the payment invoice. They asked me again to settle for the room payment which I paid. So I showed them the invoice which I paid during arrival.

Its a good size, very well designed restaurant and hotel, occupancy need to be improved to let it work better, more occupancy, more options of foods. Staff very warm and welcoming, lovely people. Love to visit again, and recommend to everyone who is visiting Zhangjiagang
recommended !...Very clean, modern, big rooms, different restaurants to choose from, the breakfast has plenty of variety, the crew is very helpful and room service every day leave you always fruits and bottle water. Close to the downtown, public transport and other amenities around the area. will be back again if another opportunity arises in Zhangjiagang, China.
