Beautiful elegant hotel right next to the old town, so there is a ton to do and see. The executive room is huge and nice. I highly recommend the foot massage place accross the street in the old town area. I got a foot and body massage. it was very professional. I slept like a baby afterwards. I highly recommend this place!
Beautiful, well maintained hotel... one of the best in Wuxi..
This is one of the best hotels that I have experienced in my life. The location is at the city center. Nancheng street is nearby. Everything is available around the hotel. Lots of restaurants, bars, KTVs are there. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. All the care takers are very friendly. Loved the time spent at Nikko wuxi.

Hotel Nikko in Japan is representative of fantastic service. Unfortunately not in Nikko Wuxi (and Suzhou). And the breakfast is disappointing. Most would assume that a Japanese hotel brand caters to Japanese guests (locals and other nationals too). And an aspect that Japanese guests would be quite particular on is food, especially breakfast. At Nikko Wuxi, the rice (at the Japanese section) is half decent (definitely not short grained rice), and the miso soup is too thin and lacks dashi.
