My family had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. Everything was near perfection from the beginning when we arrived at the hotel entrance, till the end when we reluctantly checked-out. When we were on our way to check-in on level 5, we encountered manager Ms Cora Huang. She warmly introduced herself, and even managed to correctly identify me - She likely reviewed the list of expected guests that day, and somehow managed to piece things together and determined who I am. This simple gesture is remarkable and certainly makes guests feel recognised. Soon after, Cora enthusiastically helped us with the check-in process, and introduced various hotel facilities as she accompanied us to our rooms. Along the way, she even gave me her personal WeChat account for ease of communications during our stay - this proved vital during our stay. With direct communication with Cora through WeChat, I was able to get her help with transport arrangement, and she also updated us with events like the light show on hotel facade at night. We left behind an item after we checked-out. After discovering the missing item on the 2nd day after checking out, I contacted Cora via WeChat once again to seek her help. Cora managed to track down the item, and even went the extra mile to arrange for it to be couriered to my next location. It has just been an amazing experience at the hotel, and Cora is a huge part of this. Her warm attitude, professionalism, sincere hospitality and care for guests truly exemplifies the epitome of service profession.

An incredible experience and highly recommended. The spherical building design is unique and creates a beautiful effect on the ground floor lobby when looking up. With 21 levels and rooms surrounding you in a circle, the sight is breathtaking. Facilities are plentiful and the hotel is brand new. The rooms are very large with a full view of the lake, and are equipped with the latest tech. I can't speak to the food but I'm sure other reviews describe it well. If you ever get a chance to stay in this hotel I can't recommend it enough, it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
