I would like to visit again next time due to its proximity to Osama Square, great view, and reasonable price. We visited as a party of two and were given a palace-sized room where we could even play soccer. They allowed us to check in early, which made our trip comfortable. However, the cleanliness wasn't very hotel-like... It was Airbnb level, and while there were some water stains and things that looked a bit off upon closer inspection, I just overlooked them and got through it. The soundproofing isn't great, but since I'm a heavy sleeper, I slept well.
Our family of four had a comfortable stay during the Chuseok holiday in October. Perhaps because we visited after a renovation, the lobby felt like a pop-up store. Tea and coffee were always available, making it a nice place to relax while waiting for a taxi. The bedding was clean, and extra towels were provided promptly. Breakfast was free for two people per day, so we enjoyed it thoroughly by consolidating it into one day.
However, there was a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi. A staff member came to assist, but since they didn't speak English, communication was difficult, so we ended up purchasing an additional e-SIM.
Oh, and it was great that they upgraded our room from a city view to an ocean view for free.
I booked this hotel at the last minute due to an unexpected cancellation, and I was pleasantly surprised. The first impression was positive, with the hotel boasting an excellent location conveniently close to everything I needed.
The room, while basic, was exactly as advertised and provided all the essentials required for a comfortable overnight stay. Additionally, it was impeccably clean, which added to the overall experience.
The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to assist, further enhancing the quality of the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking convenience, cleanliness, and great service.
Value for money, good location
