I want to share my experience during my 2 nights stay here. So I booked this hotel under Doubletree Hilton Group. But surprisingly, when I arrived there it no longer part of Hilton. It is now called Kingstown Hotel. The building still looks the same but please, do not expect the standard Hilton Service. There was a boy who greet me when I checked in (very young, kinda look like an intern or new employee and he did not speak english very well). I had difficulty checked in because my reservation was canceled with no information prior to that and he could not speak english. His supervisor finally came out and explained in broken english that the hotel was already separated from Hilton so my reservation was expired and I cannot get my Hilton Honors point. He told me to book through Hilton app the other Hilton Hotel. I did try but canceled it because my location for daily meeting was very far from that hotel and I am already very tired. So, I decided to stay there and give it a chance. A decision that I will regret later. Once I go upstairs to my room, the window at 12th floor was still opened and it was quite chill. I tried to take a rest then I got a call from the receptionist that they forgot to copy my passport and ask me to come back to receptionist. Even though I am very tired, I went there. I told them about the window and also asked about the breakfast because the boy did not explain anything to me. Like the basic hotel hospitality lke the location of restaurants, what time opened and general information for the guest. Okay, continue I go back to my room. The amenities not complete, there was no laundry bag, but I did immendiately find a lady coming out from my room. It's the staff who already closed the window. The next day, I found out the the conditioner bottle was empty and still no laundry bag. I went to restaurant and their breakfast was quite nice and vary. I complaint again to the supervisor who could speak broken english about the empty conditioner bottle and no laundry (It took me 5 min to explain what a conditioner was because he kept thinking it was a hairdryer). He told me that their hotel no longer provide laundry. Okay, that's it. I decided to only stay for 2 nights instead of 4. I do hope they can improve in the future and provide a better service.

Perfect short stay ;) very nice hotel with good breakfast. Beds comfortable and quiet room.
I loved the stay at this place. Very comfortable rooms. Some nearby eateries are also available. The river is very nearby after dinner can have a great walk.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff that speaks English very well. Fitness center is adequate, and room service is prompt (45min wait time arrived in 15min). Good views when the fog clears up, great shower, up to date electronics.
Nice hotel but not very centrally located. But you have good connections with the subway. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. Very good breakfast with a large selection.
