In In the morning when in toilette, water was shut down, complained to receiptionist 2 times then water finally there and I can take a bath. Remote tv was not working. The scale is not working. Water drop from ceiling where the reading lightdown positioned above the bed. Room looks old and not good maintained. Although the room has been exchanged but such 5 star hotels should not have unmaintained room. When checked in, receiptionist asked whether or not I have paid the room, had to show the receipt after some arguments. When checked out, I had been asked to pay. And again I had to show the receipt. Cannot understand such 5 star hotel does not have good management system. The breakfast is not 5 star quality. Taste was average. There was no choices of tea. Coffee taste was also flat. Limited kind foods. When I seat on table which still have some used plates left, there was no one coming to clean up until I finished my breakfast. But when european comes to table where left plates there, immediately someone comes to clean up.

The hotel staffs are very attentive. Jack Tao and Rose Yu, from Sales and B’fast respectively, have prepared special meals for my Muslim colleagues. And my colleagues really appreciate their service.

Hotel meets all expectations. Room had issues with tv remote and night light but frontdesk was prompt and offered to change/upgrade room. I would highly recommend this place.

I have stayed here twice now, six months apart and both times were fsr above average! The rooms are spacious, great view, always clean and staff are extremely helpful. Even down to the restaurants on site. I was wiped out from the long day and just wanted something quick to take back to my room. The Burger Bar restaurant on the 2nd floor has good food, the Fish and Chips appetizer is inexpensive (for hotel fare), very tasty and large enough to eat as a meal. I ordered it to go and the wait staff was picked up on how i was feeling and stated that since it would take 20 minutes to prepare food, that they could bring it to my room for me instead of having to wait. Thats customer sevice! The buffet is average priced for hotel buffet and if you are a seafood fan and/or chinese food traditionalist, then then you will enjoy dinner. Breakfast buffet is solid and there is always plenty of choices for all tastes. The hotel is right next to a HUGE mall with more shopping than you could ever need. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
