Rooms are nice, starting to show some wear. Dinner buffet - massive, but very little vegetarian options. Had to special order with the help of someone fluent. On subsequent days the staff brought me the same special order.

Solid Courtyard hotel in the modern business area of Suzhou. I stayed because because of its location, there is a metro station right across the road from the hotel which can take you to most places of inerest in Suzhou. It is also only one metro stop and walking distance to the Suzhou Centre mega mall. The down side was there was not much around the hotel. Breakfast had a good spread of Eastern and Western choices but some were of mediocre quality. The driveway to the entrance to the hotel was awkward and often blocked off, so call cars would drop you off or pick you up on the road with luggage or in poor weather.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable, while the convenient location near a subway station made it easy to travel around Suzhou. One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge on the 25th floor, which offers a comfortable & relaxing atmosphere with a wide selection of food & beverages. The beautiful city views from the lounge make it an excellent place to unwind after a busy day. I would also like to express my appreciation to the front desk receptionist, Aurora Li, for her exceptional service. She was always friendly, attentive & willing to assist whenever I needed help, making my stay even more pleasant & memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business & leisure travelers.

Courtyard by Marriott is a wonderful hotel with excellent service. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The location is great, very close to the main attractions and sightseeing areas of the city, which made getting around easy and convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for your very pleasant service — I will definitely come back.

Hotel is close to subway station and walking distance to the Suzhou Center Plaza (the iconic “trousers” building). Reception staff can speak English, room is very spacious, breakfast was ok. They also have a self service laundry room, but you need to get the tokens from reception for a small fee. They were kind enough to give us some laundry capsules as we only have one load. The executive lounge is also very nice with beautiful view. The staff there remembers you and friendly too. If you at a Marriott Bonvoy member, when you opt for no cleaning of room, you can get 100 points, these will be posted into your account after you checkout, about 7 days later. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
