This was a group tour, about 60 people in two buses. The staff seemed inexperienced with large groups; room allocation and staff guidance appeared somewhat chaotic. We left our luggage outside the rooms at 10 am the next morning, but it wasn't all delivered by 11 am. Aside from that, the hotel's facilities were excellent. The villa on the first floor was spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor hot spring area was fantastic. However, I heard that some rooms' outdoor areas are easily visible. The beds were incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to leave. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, but ordering took a bit of a wait. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There's a Lion Mountain Park nearby where you can take a walk; the night view is beautiful with the lighting. Outdoor slippers and toiletries bags cannot be taken from the rooms.
