Great hotel and great location. However, the algorithm of the elevators were made on the 90,s Great if you wanna loose taxi, buses, metro, shuttles. A complete madness. Makes no sense 3 elevators for the number of people plus only one elevetator goes up and not multiple. If you stay 2 days. Great. If you stay for a long period, run away

I had such a comfortable stay for 3 nights. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was pretty good. I had Korean, Western, and Chinese cuisine for each morning. The location was also pretty convenient to go to Seoul or Gyunggi areas with public transportation, metro or bus, as long as you come back not too late. Overall I was satisfied and plan to be back soon.

While the service, facilities, and location are all above average, the scent in this hotel is just way too much. I’m not sure if it’s a diffuser or some kind of air freshener, but the smell was so overpowering that it gave me a constant headache and even stomach pain. I was originally supposed to stay for 7 nights, but I couldn't take it anymore and checked out after just two days to move to another hotel. I know fragrance is subjective, but for me, it was unbearable. The smell even stuck to my clothes and hair long after I left. If you’re sensitive to strong scents, you definitely want to think twice before booking here.

Very pleasant stay. Amazing breakfast. Please ditch the American style breakfast options here and rather enjoy the huge selection of pan Asian style breakfast. Don't miss the dimsums and braised walnuts.
