Very obnoxious guy with back hair manning the desk. He seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. Any question I asked home he seemed irked. Room was clean BUT NO A/C!!! It was 97° F. How in the world you think I can fall asleep. I was sweating! Also, no cable TV! They should refund me for this portion of trip or perhaps compensate me in some way. Also I was late for breakfast but one of the ladies helped me get food 🥳🍽️

We stayed in this Hotel for one night and I highly recommend it. The Lady at the check in was super nice and explained everything and gave us some recommendations about the city. The hotel also offered basement parking which is recommended since Stuttgart West has very limited to none public parking. Breakfast was very good. One downside ist no available AC in the guest rooms. We will be back. Thanks for the wonderful stay
We stayed 1 night at that hotel. Car park place was paid (15 Euro per night). Room wasn't have air conditioner, at the hot summer times would be bad. To be honest I didn't like the hotel, if you have any other choice you should try.
A decent hotel. The hotel is located near the city center: a 15-minute walk away, with a tram stop just a few minutes' walk away. Trams, for some reason called light rail or U-Bahn here, run frequently. Check-in was quick. The room was quite large with a spacious bathroom. It had a balcony overlooking the street, which was a nice touch. It's worth noting that the room was very basic, lacking amenities you might find in other hotels, such as slippers, a shoe horn, a shoe polish, and so on. Unfortunately, there was no kettle, which would have been a huge plus. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the linens were clean and pleasant. The room was clean. The furniture was well-worn, but not shabby. Hot water came on immediately, and the pressure was good. Breakfast was excellent for a hotel of this standard. The selection was good, and everything was of high quality. The hotel staff, in general, and the restaurant staff in particular, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My flight was in the evening, so I left my luggage at the hotel and picked it up before heading to the airport. Overall, considering the excellent value for money, my impression of the hotel was positive.
I had a really great stay at the Garner Hotel Stuttgart City Centre. Being an IHG member was a big plus they let me check in early and even welcomed me with some nice snacks, which was a lovely touch. The location is perfect. It’s only a 4–5 minute walk to the Stuttgart Feuersee station, and from there, you can get a direct S-Bahn to the airport in about 25–35 minutes. Very convenient for travel. My room was clean, quiet, and everything worked perfectly. I especially want to mention the lady at the front desk she was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. If I’m ever back in Stuttgart, I’ll definitely be staying here again❤️
