Nice big rooms and a fantastic shower! Clean and neat. Also the wellness area, which is included, is top: clean, quiet. Restaurant/bar is also very accessible. Personel are all very friendly. Rooms are as on the pictures, very comfy and spacious and up to date for this budget As for the location: couldn't be more top notch. Everything closeby within nice walking distance. And you stay here you really should visit the residence/schloss: incredible. Payed parking, fair price, at the hotel. Only drawback in the hotel: AC is not of this era anymore. Is more a fan than a cooling ac. After switching rooms the problem stayed the same. Everything else is taken care of so why this is not modernized is not clear. I've stayed in lesser budget hotels with way better AC.

We’ve booked the business double room for about 120 EUR without breakfast. Checkin was quick and friendly. The room was pretty small but the bed was comfortable. Parking was an additional 14 EUR. All together it was a fair price. We didn’t opt for the 26 EUR per person breakfast buffet since we prefer to have breakfast at a nice cafe instead. Many thanks to the kind staff!

visited the hotel in person to arrange a breakfast add-on for my guests and have it charged to my card. However, upon my guests’ arrival, they were informed that no breakfast was included. I had to call the hotel again to follow up, at which point the staff confirmed the breakfast add-on was in the system. During that same call, I also explicitly requested that parking charges not be charged to my card. This was confirmed twice - once in person and once over the phone. Despite this, after my guests checked out, I discovered that both the breakfast and parking charges had been billed to my card. To make matters worse, my guests were told by the staff that parking was free, yet I was still charged for it. I am deeply disappointed with how this was handled.
