The atmosphere was relaxed and just what I needed after tough day. Taking it a great place to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly, attentive. Special thanks to Z Daami and I hope we will see him again as he provided great service to us 🙂
Very friendly staff!!! Sparkling clean. Supper quiet rooms (at least mine) comfy bed 10/10. Breakfast- extraordinary, beyond my expectation (usually I don't give this disciption) Just across the terminal, 3 min walk...perfect for being close to the airport . Tnx keep it up!
I was there for business with my company to go at the battery show. While some elements makes you feel like you are in a really good 4 stars, others on the opposite makes you wonder why you should pay such a high price for such a low service service. The good The breakfast is really gorgeous The wifi works very well The car park underground is pretty large and when it become full there are tons of parking options around The staff is very helpfull The Bad There are only 2 charging stations in the basement, and they shared with the disable parking, so nobody can park on them. Really smart huh? The equipment in the room is inexistant: no Expresso machine, no iron table The bed is provided with single covers, feels really cheap. I won’t come back. Appart from the breakfast and the location next to the Messe, it only feels like a cheap hotel with a premium price.
We reserved a room for five hours as we had to wait for our flight and used the time to work. There was no Wi-Fi signal at all on the sixth floor in the suite, and what was even more appalling was the reaction of the person at the reception. Despite complaining twice, there was no action taken. The only response was what can I do? It’s not my job. When I mentioned that I will put it in the review, his response was go ahead, I cannot change it anyway. We were more irritated about the response and the attitude of the person than the internet not working. There was complete lack of hospitality in the attitude.
The place is okay. I‘ve been staying here three times already and usually enjoy it. But sometime the service is just totally out of wack. Like today I went downstairs to have sit-in in the the quiet and spacious wellness area. Just to find it closed and locked. Upon calling the reception someone showed up, didn‘t apologize for the wait, unlocked the doors turned on all the heaters leaving me and another hotel guest baffled of how long it might take to heat up the place. Opening hours, it says everywhere (elevator,door,roomcard,internet) is 15:00-23:00. by 15:00 the spa should be fully operational. Unlocking and turning on the heating system half hours later simply doesnt meet the criteria of such an establishment. Not to mention the literal non-communication by the staff who has unlocked it. They clearly forgot to turn on the spa area on a sunday afternoon. So the hotel is okay to stay, but do not expect anything further and especially nothing you would be used to in a plcr similar to it.
