Dormero Hotel Stuttgart

Well I really have no complaints for the cost. I couldn't figure out the lighting but the bed was great, room was spacious and bright and they had nice extra touches .

probably the biggest disappointment I will ever have in hotels... In the room 35 degrees - the air conditioner does not work, the window is locked... I get a room on the 7th floor, I wait for the elevator for 15 minutes and go down the stairs at the end... The hotel does not have its own parking, so you have to count on additional costs... The only good thing is the bed... in the end, it is clearly a big disappointment and I will definitely never come to this hotel

Its a scam. They scam you with room you booked not available as an excuse being overbooked, reception overcrowded with people waiting and complaning, with the purpose to not let you complain. no working AC and tasteless basic rooms.

Despite the hotel being fully booked, the check-in was severely understaffed, so that there was a queue of about 40 people and check-in took up to two hours. I was there with some colleagues and most had some kind of broken furniture, missing towels, constant noise, etc. My room was at the low end of acceptable, though not for the relatively high price. The door access card stopped working repeatedly. As the front desk continued to be severely understaffed over the days of the stay, complaining to get those issues fixed meant either standing in the queue for at least 30 minutes, or bypassing the queue to the dismay of everyone.
