The hotel itself was well-maintained, modern, clean and had all necessary amenities. Aside from other guests obviously smoking in the building, it was well-taken care of. Breakfast was sufficient with some variety of options, though after three days in a row, it became somewhat tiresome. Our biggest complaint was the temperature. On the 16th floor, we were sun-facing for the majority of the day, and the room AC was not working appropriately. Staff notified on the first night said it would “take time to adjust,” but then informed us the following morning that we weren’t the only ones to complain and that they would not be able to get it serviced until the following day. Being that the room was a full 10 degrees warmer in the room than outside even at night, my biggest concern was my young children. When we inquired about switching rooms, we were informed that it would “prove to be difficult” because of their occupancy. Finally, on our final night, the temperature was finally cool enough to rest comfortably and fully enjoy the room. Overall, given the wonderful location and amenities, I’d say 3 stars.

Excellent location and amazing hotel! Only 5 min walk from the train station. The rooms are modern, with a huge bathroom. Our apt was on 16th floor with a great view of the city. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for a simple meal. I loved complimentaru coffee, milk, tea and dishwasher pods in our room. There is also washer/dryer in a room. My only complain is our room was very hot the first night. It turns out the reception has to reset the thermostat in the room remotely. The second night it was ok. Overall, great stay. I loved everything. I did not purchase their breakfast, which I find a bit expensive.
For work reasons, I have stayed at this hotel for over six months. It is a clean hotel with spacious rooms and very nice common areas. I would like to highlight the work of Janny, Terrel, Natanim, and Christian. They are exceptional employees and make the stay at the hotel feels as close to home as possible.
I am a regular Adina customer. The Stuttgart location is a very bad managed hotel. - Team was incapable of checking me in. Took them about 30 min. - Breakfast was poor. Coffee machine was not working, very basic food selection, no high chairs available for my baby - room was clean but small in comparison to the other Adina Hotels where I normally stay. All in all, really bad value for money relation. There is a Premier Inn Hotel right next to the Adina. I the prices are more convenient and as long as Adina Stuttgart in incapable to fix the addressed issues I don’t see any sense in spending more.
So far my favorite hotel room design ever. The room itself is not large however they designed it in such a way that it has a kitchenette with a small dishwasher, good sized refrigerator & a washer/dryer. The room is modern and very classy. Totally my style. Everything including storage was well-thought out. The breakfast was small but lovely. The most important is that the bacon was crispy. The WC has the most amazing view. The terrace also has such a great view. We also loved the small but well designed pool area. The location of the hotel is ideal. We can walk to restaurants and museums. I can only recommend this hotel.
