Very enjoyable hour with a very nice host, I struggled a bit with understanding the English spoken by our French host but I’m a bit deaf so that may have been part of the problem. Also the cheese selection was out of sync with the wine so we got a bit confused as to which one we should be eating

Great event with a lot of tasty wines and cheese recommendable for bigger groups because they have enough space for that in their beautiful wine cellar :)
Loved the wines and the cheeses. They gave us plenty of time and didn't rush us out when their presentation was over.
It was very interesting. Definitely do it with the cheese
This is going to a wine store, sitting in the basement, which you could’ve just gone by yourself without signing up. A tasting seating on a table with five different wines that you could just walk in the wine store and taste anyway it’s a mixed group and it’s done in different languages. Make sure you’re only signed up with a group with one language. I do not recommend this waste of time. It’s much better if you travel to a Vineyard.
Great wines and cheese good experience Guide very informative lovely setting in courtyard Would highly recommend
It was informative, fun and delicious! A good variety of wine and cheeses. From bubbly to red 🍷, from strong to mild 🧀.
It was a terrific experience. The person conducting the wine and cheese tasting is very experienced and personable. He explained the origins of the the wine and cheese and showed on a map where the producers were located. Both the wine and cheese were excellent!
The tour was so informative. The guide gave us so much information on different wines and paired them with different cheeses.
Good wine and cheese. Which was always a perfect match. Really experienced sommelier with a lot of knowledge about the wine.
I enjoyed the wine and cheese pairings. It was a wonderful experience talking to people from all over the world. Our host was very personable. His English has a very thick French accent so you have to listen carefully. Also, we ran out of the bread to eat with the cheese and he would not get us more.
Amazing experience with knowledgeable staff. The wine was from independent, family wineries and all so wonderful. Definitely recommend.
This session was advertised to be delivered in English however it was not. Six of the eight participants spoke only French. The Sommelier did provide information in English to my husband and I however, it was clear that we didn't receive all the same information that was delivered in French. We received a brief talk while the Sommelier's French talk was much more involved and at least twice as long. We have a rudimentary understanding of French and it was clear that the tasting was a French tasting with a little English thrown in. If you are not fluent in French, do not sign up for this session.
We thoroughly enjoyed our wine and cheese tasting. Our guy did an awesome job explaining the wine and the region it came from and the history. We had orange wine for the first time. I would recommend this tasting.
Madi was a fantastic sommelier who made the experience fun and had an in depth knowledge of the wines in the region. Great wines and comfortable atmosphere.
Wonderful! We learned so much about the wines of Alsace and enjoyed some delicious ones with the cheeses they were paired with
We were two couples whom enjoyed this wine & cheese tasting experience very much. Mady is a knowledgeable local sommelier who taught us a lot about the wines and pairings with delicious cheeses.
This tasting was perfect to explore the different wines that are produced in the Alsace region. The chosen cheeses complemented the wine perfectly. The sommelier was super friendly and very good at exposing the difference in the wines, so you didn’t have to have a deeper knowledge in wine tasting to really understand and taste the differences between the different wines. The location was very pretty as well and since it was in an old cellar it was the perfect experience on a pretty hot summer day. Overall I’d recommend this tasting to everybody that visits Straßburg and likes wine and cheese.
This was a wonderful experience. Emmanuel led us through five different wines with cheese pairings. He was well versed and gave wonderful explanations as we went. The value proposition here is very high. Great wines and cheeses, and the wine store itself is all you need to understand and enjoy the wines of Alsace. I highly recommended this experience; in Strasbourg there is none better!
The wine tasting was conducted conscientiously and Hugo tried to create a nice atmosphere. Lots of information and detailed descriptions of the wine! We were allowed to taste other wines for free afterwards. Great service!
It was the second time we participated in this tasting—this time also with cheese! Once again, very informative and interesting.
Good wines and cheeses, but too many people at the tasting which consequently was a bit pulled away and made in a hurry.
Beautiful shop with many wines and knowledge about them. Nicely informed about the orange wine. Surprising taste. Good matching cheeses.
A perfect indulgence afternoon with a very dedicated wine consultant who totally responded to our wishes. A highly recommended event
The best Vine Tasting ever. The sommelier brought us wonderfully close to the Alsatian wines. Thank you for that.
Emanuel did a great wine-cheese tasting. We were 7 people, good atmosphere. 5 wines from Alsace the great cheese with it.
Enriching. Allows you to better understand the origin of Alsatian wines. Interesting activity as well as pairings with cheeses.
Great value for money, very competent finishes. Beautiful premises & selection at the exhibition. Cooled wine cellar, perfect on hot days:)
The wine tasting was a big highlight. The staff very friendly and a great selection and presentation of wines and various cheeses.
