The guide was very friendly and informative. He provided excellent history on the German French history of the area. Couldn’t have had a better guide!

He was very informative with equal parts recent and past! Very prompt and easy to meet up. It was a the best history tour I’ve had in a very long time! Thanks
Terrible Customer Service - I was unable to visit Strasbourg for a day trip when my train was cancelled. I understood that I would need an exception to the 24 hour cancellation policy. I immediately notified the operator who said that only Viator could provide a refund as the ticket was purchased with Viator, not the tour operator. This was misleading. Viator agreed to a refund based on the situation but later reported that the operator vetoed the refund. When I called the operator back, they initially repeated the same false claim that they had no role in the process. They eventually admitted that they were responsible for the denial; just saying they were following policy. When asked whether the cancellation created costs for the operator, they eventually said it did not. Apparently, they just preferred to pocket the money. I have taken many tours and have not experienced this type of dishonesty and disregard for the customer. There were a number of options short of a full refund, but providing false information and claiming to have no role shows an organization that can’t be trusted.
We discovered little France and the quartier of Neustadt. Our tourguide Atreyu impressed us with his huge knowledge about the history of Strasbourg. In particular his knowledge about all the churches and the buildings. He was easy to talk to and gave us very good food recommandations in the quartier of Krutenau. For every question we asked him, he had a very detailed answer. He was contributing a lot to our amazing time in Strasbourg.
Our guide, Atreyu, was terrific. His knowledge of the history, culture, architecture and politics were outstanding providing us with a good introduction to Strasbourg with regard to the French and German influence. At the end of the tour, Atreyu gave us some useful recommendations for restaurants and other sites to see during our visit. He is highly recommended.
We had a phenomenal guide, Guillaume. He was kind, very knowledgeable, and fun to be with. We had a great time. We saw lots of the sights of Strasbourg, laughed with him and totally enjoyed the tour. One could not have a better introduction to Strasbourg than our afternoon with Guillaume S. I’m
Exploring Stuttgart with David was an amazing experience! He showed us the city's hidden photo gems and shared valuable tips on how to make our photos pop. He also shared with us some locals cafes and restaurant's which we loved, thank you so much!
We especially enjoyed learning about the history and culture of Strasbourg, and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city. Thank you!
The tour with Laura was one of the best experiences we had in Strasbourg. Great experience, recommended! I got many recommendations for bars and restaurants that locals go to :)
Our tour with Thomas was truly memorable. Thomas even invited us to his home to show us a historic document from his family, which was a really nice personal touch. I highly recommend this tour with Thomas!
Our guide Rebecca was great! We really enjoyed walking through Strasbourg and learning interested facts about the city. Rebecca was very thorough in explaining the history and importance of the various areas we walked through. It was a truly wonderful tour!
We only had a day and a half in Strasbourg, so we thought a tour by a local would be the best way to learn about the city. We had a private 2 hour walking tour that was informative and tailored to us. We completely enjoyed the tour and our guide! Walking in Strasbourg is like stepping into a historic storybook village! I cannot recommend this tour enough.
The tour was excellent since our Local (Thomas) showed us famous places such as the European Parlament or Petite France but also 'hidden gems' such as St.Martin bridge, which overlooks the picturesque river of Rhine. Also, even though we had many places to see, the tour was not too packed and the fact that Thomas is a super nice guy with great storytelling skills made the time fly. This tour was definitely the highlight of my 3-day trip to Strasbourg. Totally recommended!
My boyfriend and me had a very inspiring and informative tour through the city. We had a lot of fun and got quite a detailed impression of Strasbourg. Our guide was really nice and authentic, knew some hidden places and even invited us to his place to show us a historic document from his family. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend the experience.
Rebecca was our guide and she was an absolute gem. We had such a nice time walking through the town and learning about the notable places. She knew the history the town and was able to answer all our questions. She has a great personality and absolutely knows how to give folks a nice experience. We highly recommend this tour.
Tom was an outstanding guide. Very knowledgeable. The tour was perfect (even though it was raining).
I love this pretty town , its rivers , its beautiful half-timbered houses and at this time the beautiful decorations and cottages, and its friendly inhabitants I'll be back in the spring.
