Stefania is warm and knowledgeable of the area. When we decided to pivot on an activity she was very accommodating and found an alternative quickly. The car was quite comfortable with plenty of room. We would highly recommend this👍🏻

We were on a Viking cruise and wanted to see more of area. We got picked up in strasbourg, traveled to a beautiful cathedral, st Maurice, then went on to Dambach-la-Ville to see another church with magnificent views of surrounding vineyards. Next stop was to chateau de haute in koenigsbourg and a wine tasting. Our driver Matt was wonderful and took us back to our ship. We had a great time and would highly recommended this tour. Stephania was an excellent guide who gave us a great experience in Alsace explaining the geography, the language, the culture, the architecture, and specifically the castles, the vineyards, the wines, and the food. We ended up with a good feel of the region. She even personalized with stories of her own family life in Alsace. She also surprised us with a treat of cremant and pretzel, and a very nice wine tasting experience. The castle tour was also a unique experience

The entire experience was well worth the investment. We received at first an exceptional treatment from Stephan and we were driven on the day by Christophe, a very pleasant , friendly and attentive person. Christophe made our tour an incredible experience, taking us to "secret" places off the beaten tourist track, without forgetting the famous spots. He was extremely attentive to our family, which included a baby and two elderly people, even bringing umbrellas for each of us. The car was very comfortable and we had a perfect tour. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

Our guide was Christopher, extremely knowledgeable of the area and very professional. Went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable. He took us to some locations that we did not know existed, if it were not for his knowledge of the region. We did a tour from Strasbourg to see the castles, villages, and taste some wine. Stephania was a wonderful guide! She is so knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the different towns and their history. Highly recommend!

He took us to lovely small villages, and managed to find us back ways so that we could avoid the crowds He showed us one beautiful church where we were the only visitors. Stephane and Stephania made our tour very special. Communication started right after booking to confirm and then a few days prior to the trip. She was on time to pick us up and even suggested a different pick up location so we can walk through town instead of waiting at hotel. The winery that they scheduled was excellent and interesting, even my 11 year old son had many questions and loved the charcuterie board we purchased. The views and experience was super nice. You really should take this tour! She was very knowledgeable about the region and the car was very very clean luxury.

Our family of 5 agreed this day was the highlight of our week long trip to Paris and Strasbourg. Our guide Stefania was not only informative and adaptable with our “schedule” throughout the day, but also witty and fun and full of surprises. We visited a beautiful cathedral, toured the most amazing medieval castle, drove and walked through beautiful Alsatian villages and had a personalized winery tour and wine tasting. It started off with having a private transfer from Frankfurt International Airport to our hotel. Desire was an incredible driver. Christophe took us on a private tour of the Alcase region of France! For five hours, we felt like we were in a fairytale land! There is no other place in this world that can compare to the magnificence of this region! We have already discussed our next trip! Would highly recommend this tour with Christophe. He was a wonderful guide and felt there was a good balance to the trip. Able to start at the Chateau de Haut-Koenigbourg. Next went to a vineyard named Achillee for a wine tasting. Able to ship wine home to enjoy later. Last enjoyed the fairytale village of Riquewihr. It was the inspiration for Beauty and the Beast cartoon. Great way to get out of town to see the beautiful French countryside.

What a pleasure to travel with Steph and Kristophe! The teslas are beautiful. They are safe drivers and we really enjoyed seeing the beautiful villages in the Alsace region. My husband has arthritis and they were both so thoughtful and patient with our tours. We highly recommend touring with Steph on tour.

Absolutely the best way to see the Alsace and Black Forest regions. The personalised service we received from Steph and his team was excellent and the places they took us to left us amazed, astounded and spellbound from this gorgeous region. When we arrived in Strasbourg, we had three "must do" things outside of the city itself and that was to see the best examples of the Alsace countryside, visit le Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg and to get a little experience of the legendary Black Forest. When we contacted Steph, is was all arranged very quickly, efficiently and with excellent communications. We ended up with two days to cover what we wanted and Steph took care of all the arrangements including our tickets into the chateau - all we had to do we go along for the rides and be amazed. While the weather may not have been very accommodating on the first day - the same could not be said of our driver. He safely got us up into the Black Forest and back, met us at the other end of our forest walk, filled our heads with history and walked us around the town of Baden Baden. Day two with Step himself was even more amazing - highly entertaining, incredible knowledge of the region and a wonderful guide taking us not only up the chateau but giving us a guided tour of a region that he quite clearly loves. We can't overstate how wonderful this experience was and we would totally recommend joinging Steph and his team on Tour.

We just had an extraordinary experience with Steph a few days ago in Alsace. He picked our family of 4 at our hotel up in his fantastic and spotless Tesla. I knew we were in for a great day when he donned his captain’s hat for a photo with our son in front of his car. We visited several incredibly beautiful Alsacien villages, got super helpful tips and fascinating facts about each from Stephan. But the moment we pulled over by an incredibly scenic vineyard and have Steph pull out two champagne glasses and a beautiful bottle of champagne (and then teach our son how to take the cork off with a SWORD!) My husband and I originally scheduled a tour with a different company. When they cancelled on us last minute, I reached out to Steph. He was already booked but he went above and beyond to take care of us. In addition to it being last minute, the only day we could do our tour was on a Sunday when many places are closed, but Steph planned the perfect itinerary for us and arranged for a great driver (Medhi). If you are visiting the Alsace region, I highly recommend using this company. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area and are both thoughtful and professional.

Best day of our time in France. Steph is a great driver and also a pleasure to spend time with. He brought my wife and I to a few different small towns and a chateau from Strasbourg. The tour felt curated and special. Next time we return we will definitely do another experience with Steph!

An excellent discovery tour of the Alsace Wine Region. Stephane put together a bespoke 6-hour tour for our family. We visted the lovely village of Dambach le Ville with its beautiful church, two contrasting wineries and Haut Koenigsbourg Castle. We celebrated the 21st birthdays of one of our sons and his girlfriend at one of the wineries with a beautiful bottle of Cremant and birthday cake and full trimmings organised by Stephane. It was a very special and memorable experience in a beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed the day - thank you again Stephane:)

Stéphane was an amazing host! He checked with us beforehand to see our expectations, but it being our first time to the area we just wanted some guidance and to visit some key sites and wineries. He picked us up directly at our hotel in the Tesla, which was really clean and comfortable, and useful for the tour since you can use the huge screen to show the geography of the Alsace. He is the perfect guide to the area, with local knowledge to lead us through the local villages, wineries and castles. His knowledge of the history and culture of the region is outstanding. The tour was five hours, but he gladly gave us a little more time. I can’t imagine a better host for the day, and we look forward to coming back and doing another tour with Stéphane soon!

We did their Alsace Discovery Tour with our 3 year old and 11 month old. It was fantastic. The car was immaculate and came with the car seats already installed. The driver was so friendly and helpful with the kids and understanding when our baby cried in the car a few times. He explained a lot about the history of the area and was very engaged with us. We would have skipped the castle to spend more time at the winery. The winery was also kid friendly. Can’t recommend enough. Fantastic experience.

I contacted Stephan to visit the Alsatian villages, he was immediately kind and professional. He offered us a tour in Italian (departure from Colmar and arrival in Strasbourg), his wife Stefania speaks the language perfectly. I was impressed by the skill of this woman, an expert driver and expert in the history and traditions of the place. He made us discover enchanting places and told us many interesting anecdotes. New means of transport (Van Mercedes), comfortable and clean. We also contacted the same agency for transfer to the airport. The driver Ahmed was very punctual, very nice and distinguished person. Again, fabulous and fragrant car. I highly recommend Steph on tour.

Steph made a nice trip with us and showed us places we didn’t even know, although we have been to Alsace countless times. He has a great background knowledge and made the Mphe to offer himself something that was tailor-made for us. A little surprise was also not to be missed. He and the car were very handicapped and the reception was warm and personal.
