This hotel is great! The location is excellent, close to both the Old Town centre and the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful. She explained everything a first-time traveller to Strasbourg needs to know and made sure I understood everything clearly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Strasbourg!

We had a wonderful stay. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. Our children loved the bunk beds in the family room. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. Being able to reserve a parking space until 2:00 p.m. after check-out was extremely convenient for sightseeing. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Strasbourg.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, and having parking available is a big plus, especially if you are travelling by car. The breakfast was very good overall. A little more variety in the selection of cheeses would have been nice, but apart from that, we were very satisfied. Overall, a great choice and we would happily stay here again!

We are so glad we chose Kaijoo for our Strasbourg leg of France. The moment we arrived we were greeted by Manon and Anna's beaming smiles. They were both extremely kind and helpful, suggesting places to visit, restaurants and possibly day trips as we were staying 6 nights. Our room was perfect, it had everything we needed. Including cold air conditioning. Another added bonus of the hotel, is the free cold distilled water. This saved us a lot throughout the heatwave! The hotel is close to everything, perfect walking distance to the train station if you want to explore other towns and close to fabulous restaurants. Highly recommend! Ps. Thanks again to Manon and Anna, the best hotel concierge we've ever had!
