Stockholm: Underground Metro Art Ride With A Local

Fayez was a wonderfully knowledgeable and personable guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and learning about the beautiful art in the metro stations. We never felt rushed and greatly appreciated the wealth of information he had to share. A wonderful experience, particularly on a rainy day!

I was astounded with the artwork at the Stockholm subway stops in the "caves.". My guide Sonda was quite knowledgeable with the artwork and the artists who created them. The best time to do this tour is after morning rush hour and before evening rush hour. This was a perfect tour for a rainy day.

Agents was a wonderful tour guide showing us the beauty of the art in the subways. Stockholm’s subway art is quite unique and well worth seeing. I wish we had time to do the 2 hour tour be at there was even more to see. Agneta provided great explanations about the installations that we saw.

Absolutely fantastic tour of the artworks in the underground railway stations of Stockholm. Agneta was a wealth of knowledge on all the art that you could easily bypass while travelling around using the trains. Such huge, clean spaces with many different artists displaying their talents.

Our guide, Sara, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She was a lovely person with passion for art and Stockholm. It was a unique tour. Highly recommend!

This was a great 90 minute overview of the Stockholm subway system. Our guide, Dan was very knowledgeable and was able to show us several stations in a short period of time… He had great knowledge of each station and pointed out the details so that we could really appreciate all that went into creating the art.

Fayez was a wonderful guide. He explained some history of the metro and gave us the understanding and confidence to use it again for the remainder of our time here. The artwork is so interesting and the metro is very clean and easy to use.

Certainly a unique sight to see! Recommend building in a little extra time to see additional stations as you will only see a selection.

Overpriced Guide was not very knowledgeable. Several questions we asked about the art he was not able to answer It does however let you see several stations on a fast organized manner

The walk is with several steps not so easy when you have problems with the knees. May be a stick is a good help.

We had the chance to tour the world's longest art gallery and loved it! Thank you to our local guide, Sanda, who led us around and provided interesting facts about the artists and the historical background of some selected metro stations. We enjoyed the tour so much that we decided to extend it on our own the following day. We highly recommend the Metro Art Ride!

Great experience, photos dont do justice to just seeing it in person, if you like art you will definitely love this tour. Dan (tour guide) was very knowledgeable about every station and what each represents. Definitely recommend

Very friendly tour guide and very interesting experience especially for railway enthusiasts. Learnt quite a lot of facts, purposes and detail about the architecture which you wouldn’t learn without a tour guide.

The Stockholm underground system boasts a lot of various art on different stations. The host during this 2h tour took us to his favourites and shared some insights (more than what we could have read at the station ourselves) about them. We also left with recommendations on which other stations to see if we had the time!

It was interesting to see the subway art we heard so much about. We took tour to hone down on the best ones to view from all the different stations since we had limited time. Guide was somewhat informative. The tour really got us to understand the train system and how to get around and see the city a bit more. Enjoyable hour and a half but honestly too expensive for what it was. Research the best stations, grab a day pass or even an 75 min pass and do the tour on your own.

What a great way to experience the metro system! It's super clean with a variety of amazing art work. Our guide (Konstanty) shared history, local tips and fun restaurant recommendations. We loved the experience!

Our subway tour with Sanda was a great experience. She was friendly and informative. We learned a lot about the art and murals in the subway stations. It was a fun way to spend a couple of hours, not just to learn about art, but to get a chance to talk with a local about other things as well.

I wish I could share some good memorable experiences but our guide was a no show. Would like a refund.

I had heard so much about the art on the Stockholm underground but nothing prepares you for the actual art itself - AMAZING. I googled the best 10 metro stations with the best Art then my son & I bought Metro tickets and went to the various stations to check out the art and take pictures. It was as if we were in an Art Gallery and you have to see it to believe it. Highly Recommended!

The Underground Metro Art tour with Agnes in Stockholm is a must-see for art lovers. We were blown away by the stunning art installations and Agnes' knowledge and passion for them made the tour even more special. I left feeling like a true art enthusiast :D I heard something about the Stockholm metro system before, but I did not expect it to be so great and beautiful! And the presence of Agnes made it truly spectacular for us
