It is quite short . Also make sure they get the brochure to give accurate information . On Viator site , 10:15 was the start time , when it had changed to 11:15 . Also two of the sites were cancelled . Was not sure which was the first get on point . Wrote asking Viator chat and no answer was given . I had to figure it out myself . The staff on the boat was excellent . Making our trip pleasant .

Hello, I would like to share our very disappointing experience with the organization of this tour. When we purchased our tickets, we asked about the departure time and were told that the boat would leave in approximately 20 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes. During that time, several boats from the same company, Stromma, arrived and departed from the same area of the port, which made the situation confusing for visitors. After the long wait, a boat arrived around the expected departure time. We approached one of the guides to ask whether it was our boat. Unfortunately, the guide, whose name is Magnus, responded in a very rude and inappropriate manner. While answering, he physically pushed my niece and told her, "It is not your boat." His behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. The employee who had sold us the tickets witnessed the situation and spoke to Magnus, asking him to apologize for his behavior. However, Magnus refused to do so. Stockholm is a beautiful city, and we were looking forward to enjoying this tour. It is very unfortunate that our experience started in such a negative way because of the unprofessional conduct of one of your staff members. My main complaint concerns the treatment we received from Magnus and the lack of any apology after the incident. I hope you will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that other visitors do not have a similar experience. It is unfortunate that your company may receive negative reviews because of the behavior of a single employee. The service and experience you provide to visitors should not be overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of one person. I hope you will address this matter seriously so that future customers can enjoy their visit without encountering a similar situation. Sincerely, Elizabeth
We were never picked up at the port. Waited for over 2 hours and had to walk back to boat for shuttle to center of city. No one answered email. Once arriving the first people from strummer said the green bus was not running this day but we could ride the other bus. Disappointed we lost three hours because of the lack of communication.
There were 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. It was a great way to see the city from the water and get to the main attractions. The tour supplier helped me out about my questions promptly. People who worked on the boat were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stops and enjoyed the landmarks of Stockholm.
I paid for 72 hr pass! I arrived late because of airline delay. It was for a 72 hour pass.I tried to check in and was told too late your time has passed! No pass no refund nothing!
It was fun to hop on and off and ride the entire route to see the city via the waterway. They were prompt and courtesies. The boats are named after popular ABBA songs!
Right on time! The captain and first mate were so helpful. It was the best way to see the top museums.
At the Stromma Ticketing counter, the staff are very help and cooperative. Our boat ride is included in our Go Pass . Before we got into the boat, they provide us earpiece to plug into the pre-recorded audio guide on our seats as we cruise along. The boat is well covered, quite full with passengers. Plenty of buildings and seceneries as we cruise along but it would be great to stand at the bow to capture better pictures. If you are tired of walking, just feel like sitting and relax, Stockholm Hop-On-Hop Off Sighsteeing Cruise is worth the ride !!!
Worst tours ever! Be aware! The buses and boats were constantly late, the boats and buses from other companies would come and go, and ours would take double time at least. The information on the bus was so little and limited, it was bad timed with the tour, half of the headphones were not working on the upper deck, the staff were not interested in helping, plus nobody on the staff knows anything and the majority 4 out of 5 are so rude, they told me I should look for information online if I bought it online, it was not their problem which is normal because customers get mad at them as buses are late or no show, and they don't have accurate info and they keep saying the bus just left when you have been standing there for 30 minutes at least. Unfortunately we bought the multicity and this unpleasant experience was in every city not only in Stockholm, in Helsinki we waited for the first bus for over 50minutes and these other company RED sight seeing buses come and go. The difference there was that the staff in Helsinki were so kind and nice and helpful but again they didn't have enough information from the company to do their job properly, buses late and very few, it is a tragedy how this company is not reliable and really affects your timings and the quality of exploring the city you are visiting. We took the other company RED in other cities like Tallin and it was so good, reliable and good quality of info and service. Will never again take this tour of Stromma, the "multi city" deal ended up being more expensive in every sense. A terrible experience overall.
The worst experience ever. First of all, the organization of the ticket booth and other vendors at the dock, was so confusing. It could have been nice, If there was an overview of the different boattours and what the entails, so that you don't end up buying a unsatisfying product. The boat was over an hour delayed. The man in the ticket booth had no interest in helping us with generel information about the trip, and we ran across the docks 4 times, to get to the right place, with absolutely no help from him...only to find out, that it was over an hour late, despite him telling us it was departing in 15 min, when we bought the tickets. The boattour itself was the biggest letdown. No guidance from the crew, no sound in the earphones and the man in the ticket booth didn't give us a map, so we had no idea where we were. It was a waste of time and we could have easily have done this 'tour' by foot or taxi. Tip: Chose the RED hop-on-hop-off boat tour instead - they came multiple times and ON TIME and goes to the exact same places.
Best way to get around many of Stockholms sites and view the beautiful scenery. Bought a 72 hour pass was worth the money the only thing to watch out for is the pass expires from Apple Wallet after the 1st day but was able to pull it up and screen shot. That is an apple issue and not Viator.
This was a delightful way for us to see Stockholm as first-timers. The Stromma Company operates HOHO bus & boat. Their green bus is at the cruise ship terminal, and shuttles us to the downtown stop to connect with their red bus. Their red busses take the routes all around town. There is another red bus line which is not part of this company (and does not go to the cruise ship or hop-on boats.) We really enjoyed staying on the bus (2 hours for entire route) and then hopped on the boat to see the city areas from the water. We stayed for all the boat stops (about 1 hour) as it was a gorgeous ride. There is definitely a wait for the bus stops but the city of Stockholm is so lovely we didn't mind one bit.
Has a recorded narrative which is ok but not live. Basically hood transportation but the only run one boat so it only hits each stop once every hours so you have to time it also doesn’t start til 1015 and museums open at 10.
The lady staff Yanaa was very rude. She kept screaming while we were walking down the boat. There was a queue while getting and a few people jumped the queue in front of us and she started yelling at us and telling us to wait. We were waiting in the queue yet she started screaming at us. When we told the couples that jumped the queue it was okay for them to go inside the boat. She told us not to speak to them. She was very aggressive and rude
The Hop on Hop off Boat is by far the best way to see & get around in Stockholm! We started @ the Vasa Museum & then over to the Old Town followed by the Newer Part of Stockholm. Just wish we had more time there. So much to see in this Beautiful City! The Boat Driver & her Helper were very Helpful & delightful to talk to! Alpharetta, Ga. Friends
We didn’t realize that there was a choice of two hop on boat tours, otherwise we would have chosen the one with the bigger boats (Red Bus/Boat Tours). We were very disappointed after experiencing the large open cabin boat tours that were in Copenhagen, only to find that these small, covered, and cramped boats were lame in comparison. The boats were so small, that on several occasions we had to wait for the next one, 30 more minutes, due to the line and the lack of room on the boat for the new riders. The boats had tables that took up premium seating, and a few time we had to stand up in the isle for several stops before a seat opened up. They really chose the wrong type of boat for this tour, and we paid the price. The audio had so much silence that could have been filled up with more interesting facts, and it really was more like a taxi than a tour boat. The crew members were very nice and professional, but it is just too bad they didn’t have better equipment to operate.
We were lucky with the weather as glorious day so this made the sites even more beautiful. There is so much to see as the boat cruises along. I would recommend this. We sat outside so able to take more photos.

Good value for money which covers all the major points of interest in the city.

Tour was OK, useful for getting to some of the museums.

Excellent way to quickly get around to see all the various areas of central Stockholm when you do not have a lot of time to get to all the various locations.

Our first experience with food tours, it was amazing!

Easy way to see the highlights of the city: recommended.

The best way to customize you day in Stockholm go at your own speed take in all that Stockholm has to offer. Museums and other attractions... This will give you plenty of time to see the VASA museum and also take in lunch there is so much to see you'll want to stay ... but if your time is limited this is the tour fo you!

This was a great way to see the city when you are limited on time.

No where long enough in Stockholm fantastic city, The Hop-On Hop-Off boat was a great way to see the whole city briefly then go and investigate each stop in more detail at your own pace, loved the old Quarter Must have Swedish meatballs there!!!!

Very relaxing but amazing tour. I could enjoy the freedom by exploring the cities and different islands alone, but with a secure feeling with the frequent boating schedule. All the signs are easy to find. All islands are in green with signature buildings or churches. Recommended

This is a great way to travel around the city center, especially on warm summer days. The boats stop at very popular destinations and is easy to get on and off. Again, an excellent way to see the city during the summer, I am not sure a taxi wouldn't be a better way to get around during the winter

I wouldn't say this tour was what I expected. The map makes it look like a much bigger route. The first boat we got onto wasn't even kitted out with a sound system. The second boat had the audio system but nobody pointed out the headphones as we got on.
I don't think it was really worth the money.

Good way to get to the museums, etc. Just be sure to be at the dock ahead of time, as the boat will not wait.

The tour was good. however I felt that the destinations were quite near so can be managed using public transport too.

We did not get to take this tour and the cruise ship was not able to get into the Stockholm port that day.

I found this tour to be a great way of seeing Stockholm -in my view the best way to see any city is from the water. The pick up point was a short walk from where my cruise ship was berthed-very convenient . I enjoyed the experience so much on a Saturday that I did it twice! Stops are convenient to the Royal Palace , old town , Vasa Museum etc . My only criticism is that the boat tour only seems to operate from about 10am to 4 pm

The boat was good and informative. However the boat didn't start its tour until after 10:00am and finished at 04:00pm. We would have had more time to look at everything at each of the stops if the boat ran for a longer time. Visiting the museum with the ship Vasa was brilliant.

The trip was great once we convinced the guy that we did actually pay for it. I tried to save paper and use the app and or passbook but it was futile. They had no way of reading our vouchers. So if you use this I recommend printing out your vouchers prior to your trip.

Great and convenient way of getting around in Stockholm, takes you to all main attractions, Vasa, Castle and Skeppsholm. It also has a pick-up place at the Viking and Cruise ship terminal and can be combined with hop-on- hop- off bus tour. The tour takes less than an hour, so suits also for those with little time. Price is good. The downside were, that some of the boat had no outside deck and it was pretty hot inside. I got the tickets from Viator webpage, the companys own webpage did not work.

A good way to get around the city and enjoy the waterways and ships in the harbour.

A nice ride around the waterfront. Did not get to see as much of Stockholm as a bus tour might have.

Great experience, excellent value for money, much better than the bus and the traffic.

Great way to see the city. Gave you an appreciation of the island geography and easy to hop off to Vasa Museum and Museum of Modern Art.

Boat hop on hop off was ok however bus was terrible . Long waits, busses so full standing room only and drivers constantly stopping and saying bus was ending for their lunch or break and to get off and wait for another bus. Not good like hop one in other cities

Great boat, fabulous scenery, SO convenient. Just wish the boats ran past 4 PM. We were not done sight seeing that early. Especially on weekends, the boats should run until 6:00 PM!

Recently in Stockholm for one day on a cruise we decided to book a hop on hop off boat through Viator. This meant we could easily go from one island to another and walk around the most interesting sights ourselves... a good choice to be recommended.

wasn't told we also needed to get the Hop on Hop Off Bus ticket. Did not find the employees helpful. Bus driver randomly drove around. Later told us the tour didn't start until 10:30.

Great value for money. Really enjoyable excellent way to see the city in a day.

Absolutely worth doing. We love traveling and now are at the time in our lives where we can and do travel frequently. Every city we visit, we seek out an hop-on,hop off tour to acquaint ourselves and get an overview of the points of interest we want to learn more of. Usually we take the entire loop without hopping off, then we organize the stops according to our interests. Economical and informative way to fit in all your points of interest.

Great way to see this beautiful city. No waiting, no hassle. Highly recommend!!

The tour itself was nice, and the boat ride was relaxing. But we had a very difficult time to find a docking port in the first place. I wish they would do an app with docking stations on a map so that people know exactly where to go.

Not a large selection of stops but enough - would have been better if we had done the ´hop on - hop off´ buss as well first.

Great way to get around the city and see different things!

Great tour. Flexible, informative. Though, no one told us it shuts down at 5:00PM, so much for 24 hours. We were left high and dry, luckily had a city transit pass.
