This two-hour late afternoon boat tour is the perfect overview of the archipelago. I learned about the different sites we passed, some with humorous stories. Plus I now know I wouldn't want to spend the effort and resources to live on one of the many islands. Thoroughly enjoyable. Great in-person narration that was natural and engaging.

This was a great tour! There were bathrooms on board, a Cafe to purchase drinks or delicious snacks/meals (Muffins, cinnamon rolls, hot dogs, loaded nachos, grilled cheese, etc) at very reasonable prices! There was a tour guide who talked about what we were seeing, the history of Sweden as well as their culture. He did a great job and was using a microphone, but was sometimes very difficult to hear due to other passengers conversations. The best place to sit in order to hear him well was in the center of the downstairs (inside) in front of the café. We very much enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend to see more of Sweden outside of the city!
We had a great couple of hours on the water looking at the archipelago. Marco was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. The experience was enhanced by lovely weather (that part isn’t guaranteed).
Very nice way to see Stockholm from the water. We sat up on the bow, and were given blankets to keep us warm. Below decks there is a Cafe with many options. There is informative narration throughout the whole tour.
Being my 4th trip to Stockholm this was a great new way to see the area. Loved the length as an hour would be too short. The tour was great, all in English but the guide can translate or answer items in Swedish or German. Highly recommend this trip to anyone in Stockholm that has already seen the main city and it’s history and wants something new!
Good boat with bar onboard, interesting commentary from guide throughout. Great views from the top deck.
We arrived at the meeting point at the allocated time (18:00) and the boat had already pushed off from dock. No representative was available on land or via telephone to speak to
The tour guide never showed up so someone else had to guide us but they didn't really know much and shared whatever little they could. Half the ride out was pretty quiet and the way back was mostly quiet. Was a true waste of money
It is a very nice and casual trip that lets you take a short trip outside the city. The staff are very nice and provide a lot of knowledgeable information about the areas we visited.
Get there early to queue if you want insude seats if inclement weather. Good cruise to see another side of Stockholm. Great commentary .
The boat was quite crowded. Limited outside space to enjoy the view and fresh air. Many were confined to the inside of boat with offering less than an ideal experience.
Beautiful boat ride with great guide. Marta was infiormative and nice. Great personality. I always trust Viator.
Very relaxed tour, what wasnt visually stimulating was still interesting when hearing the history and facts around said area. Also loved getting recommendations for the area that we will be exploring over the next few days.
Very pleasant and informative tour of the archipelago. We had a great weather day so that helped a lot,
Name of company and boat to look for. Have restrooms on board and nice bar with snacks and blankets in case it gets to chill outside.
Even with a little rain, it was a fun and interesting tour. The tour guide was excellent. Informative and fun.
This was nice to do. The city is gorgeous anyways but it's a great way to see the city and just sit back and enjoy. Would recommend
A nice ride around the archipelago
It was lovely. My only complaint is that there were not enough seats for everyone outside. So I spent much of the trip standing up on deck. There were plenty of seats in the cabin. However, it was a very interesting little cruise and I would recommend it.
We had a beautiful day and enjoyed the commentary. Passengers standing on the top deck blocked the view. Maybe everyone should be seated.
Very nice cruise, the guide provided lots of interesting information. It was very relaxing. Very friendly staff. Departure and arrival time was sharp on time
The tour guide was a very nice Spanish lady who spoke quite good English and provided quite a lot of information about the archipelago. The boat was comfortable and enclosed, so that light rain was not an issue relaxing way to spend a couple of hours.
Very good value and a nice trip if you want just a taste of the archipelago. Johannes our guide was great.
I loved getting out on the water and seeing some of the scenery outside of the city. My tour guide gave really good and interesting information. Highly recommend!
This was a pleasant way of 2 hours exploring the archipelago, getting a flavour of the life on different islands and some of the history.
Great boat ride, the staff on the boat was super nice. They handed out blankets at the beginning of the tour since it was chilly
Very nice tour. Enjoyed the evening cruise
We were hoping for more commentary. Not just sitting and looking at buildings and boats. There was a guide but it was difficult to hear him and he really did not give much information
Lovely relaxed trip. Knowledgable guide who gave just the right amount of information How many islands!
If it was advertised as a boat ride, I’d say it was a decent experience. The route was pretty simple and the guide added very little to the experience. For 33 euros I’d say it’s a bit overpriced for what I experienced, but it was alright. Although it was a sunny day so several of us up top almost fell asleep. I wouldn’t describe the tour as exciting, but perhaps overly relaxing boat ride.
Beautiful tour, Gaia made the experience so enjoyable and informative in an engaging way. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!
Great trip. The narrator was excellent and knowledge about the area!
Must visit great view and one of the popular places to visit
The guide on the boat was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice having the option to sit inside or go up on top of the boat and sit outside with no Top.
Boat ride was beautiful. However, if you sit outside you will not be able to hear the tour guide at all.
Great way to explore the archipelago. Very good commentary on the boat.
We had a great team (Issa, Marika and Viggo) on the boat who made everything run smoothly. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, answering questions throughout and finding ways to keep people engaged. We were lucky to have sunny, warm weather which really helped make the scenery pop!
We booked an archipelago cruise two hours before it was supposed to begin. Due to train issues beyond our control we were two minutes late getting to the designated spot. The group had left knowing we were coming and now the company says they cannot issue a refund! I understand not showing up but having two trams leave because of passenger issues delaying our entry and then having to wait over 4 minutes to cross the street to meet at our designated place and no refund is terrible customer service and we will never use them again.
Great opportunity to travel out of Stockholm. Enjoyable experience and opportunity to learn about Sweden.
Enjoyable experience. Excellent staff
Exactly as advertised: a boat tour around the archipelago. Scenery was beautiful but the best part was our guide. Joanes did a great job presenting Swedish history, geography, and keeping us interested. He was so friendly and helpful and offered recommendations for shopping and restaurants, too!
Great view of the islands. Knowledgable tour guide. Get there first to grab seats up on the bow. It can get cold up there
Not very informative. Difficult at times to understand guide. Wrong type of seating to be able to see both sides.
Toilettes are closed 20 minutes before arrival on harbour. Imo expensive beer and food. Hint: If you arrive to Stockholm with Viking line ferry you will see nearly the same as in this tour.
Lovely way to better understand life on the many islands of Stockholm and Sweden. Our ship captain was witty and informative.
Great way to see some of the islands with beautiful houses. The boat could've had more seating in the outdoor area and the guide could've told us a bit more. Overall a great experience.
Lovely tour and great and informative guide. It helped we had perfect weather too! Very easy and good experience.
Cruise booked via Get your Guide : the ticket mentions a departure at 18:30, recommending to be 10mn before. The problem is that the Cruise actually starts at 18:00. Wrong information shared by Get your Guide. No more seats available for the entire weekend. You’d better book directly with the company, never with Get your Guide.
This boat trip provided specific instructions as to where on the docks they would be located. WRONG! They were no where near the identified location! But there were many other similar sightseeing boats where they said they would be. We asked quite a number of people where we would find them… no one knew. We got in a line we thought was for them… WRONG AGAIN! After 30 minutes of being in line we found out that the boat we were supposed to be on was 100 meters down the dock… we started to run there only to see the boat pull away. Their directions said they were across from the Palace… don’t believe it…. They were about 150-175 meters down the docks from that point! We ended up purchasing tickets on another boat tour… which we liked a great deal! So again we had to buy 2 sets of tickets without receiving a refund for the original set. Shame on you Trip Advisor/Viator!
It was really nice. The guide was informative, funny and helpful.
