My experience is that after early in the morning, the timetable is not to be relied upon.

Reviews
The bus was very punctual at the departure from airport to Stockholm and return. Comfortable trip, driver professional and kind. Bus enough new with nice design.
Bus stops changing without notification. Getting a bus is a lottery. Rarely on time. The same when leaving the city - mostly late or buses cancelled! Need at least one hour buffer to make sure you reach the airport on time.
I need a refund for my ticket the operator didn’t accept the issued ticket. Asking me for a qrcode and the one it was issued to me is invalid.
Very good service, one time, lots of seats, clean modern bus. Cheaper than the train and gets you where you need to be. Bus runs every 15 minutes, you can buy tickets in advance or in the bus.
Easy to book and board! The bus was clean and quiet. Bus driver and staff very friendly. Cannot complain and will book again!
Very punctual, cozy, and much cheaper than the train to Arlanda airport. Only 45'. Will definitely use it again. The driver was friendly, patient, careful.
Watch out for rude buss drivers in the morning. Don’t forget to read all tiny signs and wait for the driver before you enter. Any mistake is a happy chance for the driver to call you out.
They are always late, and today I saw them not stopping at the assigned bus stop. The bus had Liljeholmen written on it and people waiting at the T2 5 at Arlanda did not get in and they were mad
It is the easy and cheapest way to go Stockholm from Arlanda Airport. It departs on time and you can find easily the station
This was a great way to travel to the airport if you have a little extra time to spare. It was easy to buy a ticket online. There are frequent departures (at least every 15 mins) and the bus was very punctual. It was clean and comfortable. It took around 40 mins to get to the airport so twice the time of the express train however it was less than half the price so totally worth it. Access at the central train station. Signs are clearly marked so it's easy to navigage.
Very convenient and easy to buy tickets, especially there is price discounts if you buy tickets through mobile app. Recommend to you all.
Excellent service. Exactly on time. Very good, friendly and helpfull busdriver. Buy your tickets online is the fastest and cheapest way. See much more of Stockholm and surroundings then by much more expensive Arlanda train.
The time table say 50min to Liljeholmen. Also in rush hour. That is not possiable. We arrived +50 min late.Make sure to adapt time tablett after this to inform customer about really time to travel.
Great Super smooth and easy. I would highly recommend to save family time of driving or cost of taxi or Uber. It saved my wife an hour and a half drive. The bus is comfy and clean
I am taking at 5 am on September 8. The driver is a very cheerful and positive person. He got up on time and the trip was smoothly. 5 stars to him
We had a similar experience as several other reviewers. If whatever ticket QR code you display doesn’t work the first time, the driver might have a meltdown. We purchased a roundtrip ticket on the Flygbussarna app and used the first QR code no problem. On the way back to the airport (15 August; 1400) I mistakenly displayed the first QR code. The driver immediately froze up into robot mode and yelled “Nothing there! Nothing there!” I showed my receipt for a round-trip ticket INSIDE THE APP (photo attached). The driver was not at all interested. Driver: “I don’t care about receipt. Nothing there! Nothing there!” We had to purchase 2 one-way tickets that we didn’t need. Later, we understood that all the driver had to do was scan the second QR code. . .one would think a company driver would understand this and ask the customer. Such a simple solution. Actually, a robot probably would have been better. Next time I’ll take Flixbus.
Smooth and efficient, keep it up! Tack! 🙏🏻🤗 Initially I was confused about the exact stop that the airport bus stops, but after missing the first bus by seconds, I realised that google maps is not accurate but there are visible signs in the street pointing out the exact bus stop. The driver is excellent and very polite! Thank you!
In my opinion it’s the best airport transfer. It’s cheaper than the train. With frequent buses and convenient stops all over the city means you don’t have to go into central station. Travel time is a little longer but the price and convenience makes it worthwhile.
The driver was talking on the phone while driving on the freeway. No in ears/ no handsfree system. With a bus full of passengers.
Very nice driver and support staff at terminal, bus is clean and high tech! Had smooth and relaxed trip.Highly recommend!
Bus was clean, driver friendly, schedule on time. We had to take the bus from T Central and not Eriksplan as originally planned because of some metro line being closed, but we could board from T Central without any problem even if our tickets said departing from Eriksplan.
Easy to locate the bus pick up points (both at Arlanda airport and at City Terminal), both buses were on time that we needed to catch. The drivers were friendly, coaches lovely and clean and spacious with plenty of room for luggage. This service makes for a seamless trip to and from the airport and the cost was very reasonable too. I would recommend this service to anyone needed travel to and from Arlanda airport.
Lying employees. expensive service. Fees are very expensive and they said online and in-car purchase are the same price
It’s way more expensive than other alternatives but the worse is that the air conditioner does not work!!? How are you suppose to travel for one hour in a sauna? I don’t get it
Peak time buses are constantly full. No seats and passengers forced to stand in the aisle for the 40 minute transfer from city to airport - not sure this is even legal. They need to increase the frequency of buses at peak times. Simply not good enough, and dangerous!!
Unpleasant driver, ran a red light in the city, didn’t want to help us with the other passengers luggage when it was full in the trunk.
The bus departed according to schedule from city terminalen, and the driver was friendly and customers service oriented.
So fast trip all around the Europe. I feel in super fast trip in your country. It mean is different some countries i wait long hours in airport. Thanks all
Om du köpt en tur- och retur biljett, se till att biljetten inte blir skannad både utanför bussen och av busschauffören för då förbrukas båda biljetterna. If you have purchased a round-trip ticket, make sure that the ticket is not scanned both outside the bus and by the bus driver, as this will invalidate both tickets.
They introduced a new app. Suddenly my tickets are gone (I had bought a 10-ticket package and according to the old app I had 6 trips left). App is by far the worst I have experienced in public transport in Sweden. Option of buying 10 tickets to a discounted price is gone. Tickets not possible to download to Apple Wallet. By default one of the less frequented routes, Malmö Airport – Malmö, comes up as your first option to buy ticket – not Arlanda. Totally customer-unfriendly. They have lost me as a very frequent traveller. Thank god there are other bus and train alternatives to choose from.
Reliable and efficient for getting to the airport. Only stressful thing is that some bus drivers start driving before the luggage door at the bottom of the bus fully closes. When the luggage storage is pretty full, people don’t put their suitcases in properly, making them prone to fall out. On my ride, the driver starts driving before the door fully closes at every stop. At one of the stops, two suitcases fell out on the street when the bus started moving because the door was too open. The first one didn’t make a loud enough noise to be noticeable so the bus was still moving (!) but the 2nd one did, thankfully. I saw the 2nd one fall out from my window seat and had to yell out for the bus to stop. They really shouldn’t start driving with the luggage door open!
Very pleasant driver. And friendly. Making sure I had the info needed for my trip. Despite lots of people he kept the order and time
I’ve used this company so many times before but never again. 60 mins trapped inside an oven - no air conditioning, barely even a slight flow of air (hot) blowing at you and many passengers felt physically ill. The driver was interrupted mid-motorway journey by people at the back when it became unbearable and he said he knew the AC was broken and he was also sweating. Under those conditions, where people became physically ill, the bus shouldn’t have departed knowing the fault. Unbelievable experience
I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent bus experience. First, the queue to board the bus moved unbearably slowly. It was raining, and we stood in the cold for over 20 minutes without knowing whether we’d even get on. When the first bus finally arrived, it was already full, and only then did a second one show up. Once onboard, the cause of the delays became obvious. The ticket scanner is extremely poorly designed – it’s not clear where to place the ticket, and the driver had to instruct every single passenger individually to scan it in the middle. This process was incredibly slow and inefficient, adding unnecessary delay. Moreover, there was no clear prior information about how tickets could be purchased. Many passengers were unaware they could buy tickets via QR code or at machines, so they bought them from the driver, which caused even more delays. Considering this chaotic, slow, and frustrating experience, the price of the ride is absolutely unjustified. The service was neither smooth nor organized, and certainly not worth the high fare. This entire experience was unacceptable and needs immediate attention and improvement.
More than 10 minutes late this morning. Schedule needs to account better for traffic or whatever caused delay. Has been late a few times before.
A excellent service from Cityterminalen { Bus Station } to Arlanda Airport taking only 40 mins and costing £9 one way {April 2025 prices } , A lot cheaper than the Arlanda Express train costing £24 one way { April 2025 prices } . When I entered airport at night I used the train and coming back because I had Plenty of time I used the bus. I pre booked my seat but I`m sure you can buy a ticket at Cityterminalen and airport on the day, if you wish, It left on time, Comfortable and my seat I had a drink holder. There is free WIFI but I never used it.. Be aware it does stop at designated stops along the way if other passengers pre booked the bus, You can also ring the bell if you wish to get off at your destination. It dropped me off at Terminal 4, But a 5 mins walk to Terminal 5 was fine. Driver was very polite and drove very well.
I was traveling back home from Stockholm and took this shuttle bus. The bus stop was easy to reach. The tickets can be purchased in the app, on a terminal or directly in the bus with credit card. And it took me right to Terminal 4, from where it’s a short walk to terminal 5.
20 minutes delay!! We would have taken a taxi or the flixbus, but unfortunately we bought the tickets online beforehand
Easy to find the bus stop at terminal 4. Was useful to have the Flygbussarna app before we travelled and booked the tickets for easily. Free WiFi and charging points on board and very comfortable seating. Would recommend.
The bus driver was very wholesome, a 10/10! The windows were huge and deeply cleaned. A lot of room, amazing air quality, safe and smoooth driving:) Tack så mycket!
Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Especially gave attention to make sure people knew where they were going. Smooth journey! Great welcome to Stockholm 🇸🇪
This bus service to the airport is efficient, friendly and feels very safe (seat belts, professional staff). Recommend.
Bus was 20 minutes late. Ticket did not arrive in my email. Choose other, more reliable means of transport if you want to catch ypur flight.
Everything is so smooth, people press stop when they want to reach a station. Good roads, polite people, excellent driver
The bus driver was so friendly and welcoming. Haven’t experienced that before on this bus. Big shout out to her and her Christmas decorations. xD
I didn't know Sweden was a third world country. The bus arrived ten minutes late to the airport and when I came back from my trip the bus departed 5 minutes early. Is it so difficult to stick to your own timetables?
It was a quick trip, cheap when compared to others, easy to find, departed right on schedule and had an helpful staff. .Highly recommend!
Great way to travel between the airport and the city for a reasonable price and time spent. You get between the destinations very smoothly.
Cheaper competitors have established themselves on the same route, but not at the same frequency.Unfortunately, the permanent arrival point seems to be at the old domestic, now a form of low-cost terminal.Which means a pointless walk back to Terminal 5 where the majority of flights depart. But it is with a question for a lousy handling from the airport.
