To be honest the issue here isn’t the tour / you just can’t see the archipelago in 2 hours, you sail out, do a turn and come back. It’s not exactly far enough to see anything other than the harbour and a few buildings. It’s a lovely cruise but calling it an archipelago tour is a bit much. Also the Fika isn’t possibly the worst cinnamon bun we had in Sweden. If you want to see the archipelago you’re gonna need a lot more time than this tour gives you. Props to Paula the guide for doing what she could to make it interesting.

This was not at all what we expected. Maybe we should have checked it out more before booking. We thought it would include canals in town. Instead it was just a cruise out in the water and back the same way. We were very disappointed.
Wow what a trip and Paula was amazing , so was the team , crew and fika . You really get to Stockholm and the archipelago surrounding Stockholm . We were lucky to have good weather , windy but sunny which made the trip even more enjoyable seating up on deck for the whole journey . A highly recommended trip, well worth the 2hrs and money . A must see option if visiting Stockholm . I looked at many trip options and this got great reviews and I now understand why . A really great experience.
Appreciated Paula's live narration and genuine conversation! Also liked the spacious ambiance of the boat and little touched like the brass lamps and real china.
Directions to meeting point were clear and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Guide provided information and came around several times to answer individual questions and chat. Lovely views and a nice way to spend a couple of hours seeing a different side of Stockholm.

Kim was a fun and engaging guide! We enjoyed the cruise and his commentary in bringing the experience alive. The sweets on board were ok, nothing to write home about. What made the experience worth it was the cruise itself and Kim. Would definitely recommend this tour to first timers.

We completely missed our tour because we were given the incorrect meeting location. To make matters worse, customer service refused to take responsibility and tried to shift the blame onto us. We are still waiting on a refund. As loyal, repeat Viator customers, this terrible experience ensures we will never book through them again.

What a beautiful cruise! Stunning views of the archipelago either up top with the wind in your hair or inside at a comfy café setting. The fika is a nice touch of course. A great way to kill 2 hours and see more than you might have otherwise. Kim was also super nice and funny while giving facts about the islands and some buildings as we passed by.

The boat ride was fine, in our opinion the fika could easily be improved. It was one small piece of packaged/waxy cinnamon bun and Lipton tea. Bring in some fresh baked goods and specialty teas/coffees and make the process worth it.
Kim was so good in explaining everything. The trip was worthwhile relaxing enjoyable, just like how they described.
Narrative was entertaining and with a bit of history. Crew were professional and scenery fabulous. Plenty of seating too.

It was a pleasant trip. The boat looked a bit rusty and not that shiny as on the pictures. There was a lingering smell on the boat, not really nice - like washroom smell, BUT the washrooms were clean and not smelly. Maybe there is something with the carpets... The Coffee, the little dessert were nice and fresh and the guide explanations lively and engaging. I'm giving 4-stars because of the inside odor and the rusty appearance of the outside of the boat.
The cruise was fine and as expected. The main issue we had was communication on the meeting place. We booked through TripAdvisor and every (like 6 at least) emails including the tickets referenced one meeting place. I did receive one Viator email in between the TripAdvisor ones that said the meeting place had changed, but we referenced our booking the day of the cruise and missed the planned cruise time. We did go on one a couple hours later but lost a few planned vacation hours. I’ve never had this issue with TripAdvisor before, but their communications should have notified us of the change as well as the single Viator one.
We had a rainy day and were one of the last ones to get on the boat so seating was only limited view. If it wasn’t raining we could’ve had more options for going out and sitting upstairs.
Great time on a relaxing boat with Paula as the guide. Friendly and full of information. Fika on board was also good. Nice space to sit inside as well as outside. Highly recommend!
