What a stunning experience and reminder to slow down, breathe and immerse oneself in fantastic art throughout. The pieces were alive, mesmerising, and sublimely put together. The space invited introspection, while the music supported the experience perfectly. I can highly recommend this moment to pause in the middle of the bustling city and absorb oneself into living, literally breathing, art.

Incredible artwork and experience
For a glorified gallery selling these pieces at very high prices, the entry should be free. At most, 50 SEK or something of the sort. The last arrangement of pieces was nice, but I still think this experience is quite expensive for what you actually get.
Fantastic experience! Just wanted to stop by but ended up lying on the floor of the last room and breathing for almost an hour!
This is without a doubt the best thing I have seen since I was a sailor and had the opportunity to see the night sky with zero light pollution and no moon, over 50 years ago. The whole experience is amazing and if I win the lottery I will commission the artists to build me a room in a new house where I can truly feel at peace. It is awesome.
Absolutely incredible!! Without a doubt the best art experiences I’ve ever had. Every room felt carefully curated and inspiring, and there was so much to discover that you could easily spend hours there. The art, the atmosphere, and the way everything was presented made the visit truly special. I left feeling both moved and inspired. Highly recommended , definitely a 5/5 experience!
Truly special and a very meditative experience. You both step out of this world and into the essens of it- the breath.
Amazing experience, very relaxing!! Not crowded at all, super friendly staff.
An oasis in the middle of town, beautiful art and I felt so much more grounded after the experience of breathing together with it. 🌬️
It was an absolutely beautiful experience. I went with my children, and it was such a peaceful exhibition. As someone who suffers from panic syndrome, by the time I left the exhibition I felt so at ease with a peace and calmness inside myself, which is something that even my medication couldn’t give me. I would advise this exhibition for anybody who struggles with anxiety. It did wonders for my soul and my anxiety, and even my children enjoyed it, too! I’m so grateful that I went. To the artists, I am so amazed at such a beautiful creation. Thank you for creating a place where it’s okay and encouraged to just BREATHE.
This exhibition is seriously one of the most beautiful places I‘ve ever been to. The first thing you do there is taking your shoes off, which makes the whole experience cozier and more immersive. I spent almost two hours observing the artworks and getting lost in all the colours and the meditative music, definitely recommend it!!
Amazing experience, the guide was great at introducing. Prepare yourself to relax cuz it's not a place to walk around. Just admire the huge piece with the music. Never twice the same glow.
The best art installation I’ve been too!
Absolutely amazing experience! The artworks are extremely captivating, so beautiful and calming together with the composed music. The last room where you lie down and relax and look straight into the artworks is so fantastic. Afterwards, you feel so relaxed, calm, and content.
The entrance for Andetag is in the metro station - you have to enter, go down a level and it's there (a bit hard to find from the street!) On the website it says you book a 1 hour slot, but we turned up and were able to book on the spot and enter immediately. You have to take your shoes off when you arrive and you can leave your belongings in lockers, although these do not have padlocks so they are not totally secure. The guide told us a bit about the exhibition and the artists, which was helpful context. Then we were able to walk around ourselves to enjoy the art. It was all very interesting and we enjoyed looking at the colours, textures, and breathing along with the audio. There is a spot where you can take photos with good lighting (in the dark) as well. The final room is special. It's a large space with blankets and cushions, so you can lie down on the fluffy carpet and enjoy a much bigger installation made up of 23 pieces. You can stay there as long as you want. The rest of the exhibition had been completely empty and this room only had 2 other guests, so it was a very quiet, calming and spacious place. We stayed about 40 minutes lying out by the wall and I actually fell asleep. I could have easily stayed longer as it was so relaxing. If you want something chill to do during your trip to Stockholm to break up your day then this is a cool place to come. Also, they have yoga sessions in the week, so check out their website for more info as this sounds cool.
It certanly was a breath to inhale and to exhale! It was so professional and also so humble artpiece. I will for sure visit it again! It was one of those artpieces that is better not described and best just experienced!
Wonderful break from reality. Innovative beautiful, mindful and great host sharing the story behind from personal perspectives.
I knew visiting Andetag would be incredible, and it was even better than I had imagined ✨ The concept in itself is fantastic, the execution flawless, and the experience transformative. The admission fee feels totally fair for the experience it provides. Plan between 30-60min. You could do it in 10min but you would be missing the point. The atmosphere is magical and entrancing. Once in there it is almost difficult to remember that the outside world exists. It was very quiet when we were there. The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating! Best for lovers of experiential art, consciousness curious people, and also anyone curious to try something new. I will be back!
Could have stayed all day ! Thank you for a breathtaking cranial experience.
It was a truly beautiful and peaceful experience. We left with a real sense of calm, it was a wondrously beautiful thing to experience together.
Amazing interior, supercool rooms, especially the main quiet room. I got very calm and relaxed in there. Lovely workers. I recommend visiting it
This was such a cool experience! In a day and age where life moves so quickly and is so chaotic, this was totally calming and peaceful. The use of textiles and light was very creative, mesmerizing, and beautiful. I loved the idea that breathing with these art pieces in that room was connected to so many other pieces in private collections around the world. The last room was my favorite, and we got to lie down and just breathe. I almost fell asleep! Bonus points that you had to take your shoes off. They provided lockers for you to put your coats, bags, and shoes away. We didn't realize the exhibit closed at 5pm on Sunday, and we arrived with just 30 minutes to spare. The staff were so kind and patient and didn't rush us at all. Maybe it was because we were there at the end of the day, but there weren't many people, so it was nice to enjoy the atmosphere without the crowds. The exhibit was a bit hard to find. On Google Maps, it looked like it was on the street, but it was actually near the exit of the train station. It was right before the escalators to go up to the street. We were in Stockholm for a few days, so we chose museums and exhibits to visit to avoid the cold and rain. This was the perfect choice!
was so beautiful! after a stressful week, was just what we needed :)
Relaxing and vibrant as Universe, without leaving the crowded city life.
I highly recommend this experience. Both for couples or for people that are seeking a relaxing and different experience. Very friendly staff as well.
The stuff was really friendly and explain led everything really clearly which made us understand the experience better. I love looking at art but it rarely makes me really connect to it. This one makes you feel it. The breathing, the music, the lights. It’s like a meditation with the visual experience. In the last room you want to breathe with the rhythm and automatically close your eyes, but you can’t do that, because you don’t want to miss anything. I’ll be back again and again ❤️
Such a nice experience, the immersive experience of the art in multiple dimensions was amazing. Loved to have a pocket of calm in the middle if the city where you can re-charge your batteries. Its hard to describe with words and should be experienced. I highly recommend it!
Take your time in here and just follow the sounds and the visuals. It is so deeply relaxing and beautiful, like a spa for the brain and then some.
One of the experiences you have to see yourself. Hard to explain what it does to you. Absolutely breathtaking! We have been around one hour inside. Staff was super kind.
It was sooooo lovely! A little piece of serenity and love in the middle of the city 😮💨💖🥹
Equally therapeutic as it was beautiful 🩷
So grateful to have experienced this grounding and awe-inspiring break from the everyday busy life. Went with my mother and partner and it was a beautiful experience to share together.
This is the third time I come since I found out this place existed and it's now my favorite place in Stockholm. You would have to go and experience this yourself because describing it in words doesn't give it merit. It's a place where I get to appreciate the perfect combination between beautiful art, wonderful music (especially made for the art), amazing lighting / illuminated effects that are connected to the art and MOVES synchronised with the sound, all in a super cosy environment that invites for relaxation and connection with yourself and the universe. Worth experiencing! Whenever you need inspiration and recharging your batteries, go there.
Amazing experience, wasn’t sure what to expect but felt that it truly takes you somewhere where you can relax and just float away in your thoughts. Really therapeutical, strongly recommend it to everyone, no prep and no ”previous experience” needed, just relax and enjoy.
Go here if you want to relax and unwind. The installations and sounds are incredibly satisfying and calming. We fell asleep and stayed for almost 2 hours, could have been longer if they didn’t close for the evening!
One of the best exhibitions I have seen in a long time. Great experience for body, mind and soul. Definitely a place to return.
A breathing room in the heart of the city! Beautiful immersive sound, music and light experience. A space to connect to each other but also to yourself and your own breath.
Cool art exhibition, well made. Calm experience. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit pricey for me (student).
It’s like diving into a different world. I highly recommend this, as a short break from all the rush. I have never experienced anything like it.
A special experience from the moment you step inside. Everything from the staff, venue and the art itself encourages you to slow down and leave the stressful world behind. Truly an escape in the middle of the busy city, I hope to be able to visit again soon.
A completely beautful and thoroughly memorable experience which I’d recommend to anyone wanting deep-felt release from day-to-day pressures. Malin & Gustav’s fabric and light installations were mesmerising. The accompanying breathwork was so beneficial, you cannot help but completely unplug. It felt so revitalising not to be checking my phone every two minutes about the latest worldwide catastrophe; I felt I had licence to switch off and just breathe and….be. I felt thoroughly trippy and relaxed afterwards! Also - this has to be the most value-for-money immersive experience in Stockholm - you are encouraged to stay as long as you like. Thank you to lovely host Kassa for making us feel so welcome, taking time to explain the work. Absolutely recommended. ❤️
A performing arts lover? or the one trying to be a performing artist? I'd say this place is a MUST visit place. You might be feeling overwhelmed at the moment. You might be stressed and want to dig a hole and dive into it. Then visit this place.
Very beautiful calming experience , I wish the place was bigger, I didn’t want it to end. It’s a perfect experience for those who want to escape from the daily chaos for a while.
The art installations were very unique and beautiful. Paired with the music and breathing soundtrack, it was also very relaxing. They were inspired by the body and with the optic fiber lights in the darkness, each one evokes different views. The two artists created something wonderful together. Great activity to do to slow down and practice mindfulness. The main room has been made cozy with a sofa and lots of cushions, pillows, and blankets. Even for individuals who struggle to slow down like myself, there’s enough visual stimulation to help you take the time to slow down.
Very cool exhibit! I loved the concept. The last room is so cozy and able to provide a relief from the busy city. I even fell asleep in that room after looking at the installation and being so relaxed by the sounds and visuals.
AMAZING. The best. 🌈. Wanna go every day. Come here with friends, alone or with a love. Peaceful and breathgiving. Loved it.
A brilliant and unique visualization of the core of the human condition. Makes you awe over what it is to be human. Must see when in Stockholm!
We had the most wonderful experience in the exhibition Andetag by Malin and Gustav Tadaa. Time stood still - we were all three (including an 11 year old daughter) moved to a deep level of relaxation and tapping into a sub conscious state, it was a form of luxurious meditation with the immensely beautiful glowing pieces. 100 % mesmerizing! A must see and experience.
Highlight of my visit to Stockholm - a genuinely beautiful and brilliant immersive art experience. It took us a little while to find the place - it’s in the underground station. But it was well worth it.
Very cool experience, the larger room with the pillows and blanket were very grounding and comforting. After a long day of traveling it was a nice reset
