Great location in the middle of the historic district. Surprisingly quiet given the age of the building and location. Great views from the rooftop as well. Pillows and mattress a little lumpy and hard. Otherwise a great stay!

Really great location (very close to Gamla Stan station) and good accommodations! Staff was also great as well, could not have asked for better on our trip 😊

Really nice hotel in an older house in Gamla Stan. The bathrooms are fully modernized, but the hotel is (as many buildings in the area) not fully accessible if stairs are a problem for you. Rooms were nice and clean. Quite small area for breakfast, which was a standard Scandic breakfast with bake off bread, but generally a good selection. When busy, there are not many "time slots" or seats to chose from. Staff is friendly and professional. Our room was quite cold (in winter and it was -15 Celsius outside). Without any problems, the staff provided an overpowered electric heater, that was able to turn the room into a sauna in 5 minutes. I fully recommend this hotel.

Small cozy hotel in a corner of Gamla Stan. A wide variety of breakfast options is available. Rooms are also pretty clean even though they are small. Had a nice welcome by the lady in the reception (on December 26th at about 12pm). And was able to leave baggages in the hotel’s baggage room even before checking- in. Thank you Scandic Gamla Stan🙋🏼♂️

Lovely historical hotel. Staff lovely, especially the cooks. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms (you can buy from the machine at reception), though there is a mini fridge. The location is perfect...close to public trains and ferry's, and located within the heart of Gamla Stan.
