Really nice and clean hotel! It’s easy to reach by train via the Arlanda Express, and the train station is only about a 7-minute walk away. The room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. You can enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in your room, and there’s also an ironing station available. The shampoo and body lotion smelled incredible! The hotel isn’t exactly cheap, but the comfort, cleanliness, and amenities made it worth the price. I would definitely recommend it!
We stayed for three nights in September. Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy, as it was right next to the central train station. Erandi at the reception made us feel very welcome with her friendly and professional manner. The view from our room was magnificent; seeing Stockholm from above was a delight both day and night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The entire Radisson team was excellent. Many thanks to everyone, and we hope to see you at another Radisson...
We had a really lovely stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront Stockholm. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the view from our room was lovely. A special mention to Gigi at reception, who was warm, welcoming and very helpful during check-in. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the decoration in our room was such a lovely surprise. The chocolate they left for us was delicious too! I also want to mention the breakfast staff. It was very busy, but they were constantly clearing and resetting tables and doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. You could really see how hard they were working. Overall, it was a lovely stay and all the thoughtful little touches made our anniversary weekend even more special. We would happily stay again.
OK, I have to say this was one of our best hotel experiences. Although it's expected when you book a fancy room, the service was fenomenal. We were greeted and checked in by Emilia. What a professional and friendly person! Top marks. When we get into our room we find a personal note from Anastasija, such a great attention to details! Then we chose to stay at the hotel's restaurant and had Piotr as waiter. He was so social and knowledgable plus passionate about his job. My favourite drink "Old Fashioned" was prepared by Simone and yes - they know how to make a real one. Finally as a great exit, Saidee checked us out with a warm smile. Glad to experience such a wonderful team. We will definitively be back.
Amazing location that’s right next to both Stockholm central train station and Stockholm central bus terminal (which was great for us as we took the bus from the airport and later the bus to the ferry terminal). There’s also a taxi rank right outside the hotel which was always full of taxis. The staff were really friendly and helpful with checking-in and checking-out. The room itself was very large and well equipped, and made for a very enjoyable stay.
