The breakfast was really good and well presented. The bed's metrass was comfy but beds were separate as for a double family room and were splitting apart The biggest issue that the windows are sealed and no good air quality in the room. The missed fresh air to breathe, alrhoug the panoramic view is stunning We were disappointed there's no such an essentials as body lotion, water, no ketller for tea/coffee...

We had a very pleasant stay at Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena during our Scandinavia tour last week. The hotel is modern, well maintained and conveniently located, right next to the Strawberry Arena and Mall of Scandinavia. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good facilities. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, public transport and nearby attractions. The overall ambience was comfortable and suitable for both leisure and business travellers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would be happy to recommend Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena to other travellers.
Rooms are mid at best. The air conditioner seems like it struggles to regulate heat on warm days, resulting in extremely hot nights and evenings. The bathroom also has one of the worst extractor fans I’ve come across, leaving it damp several hours after showers was taken. Cleaning could’ve also been better. Black spots in the bathroom were observed. The redeeming factor for the hotel is its location (being only a few meters from the giant mall and metro), friendly staff, and views from the higher floors.
Incredibly good hotel with a perfect location! The hotel is walking distance to Strawberry Arena and Mall of Scandinavia, one of the largest shopping centers in the city. The hotel is big and tall like a skyscraper, and the view is incredibly nice. The prices are also quite reasonable. The reception is nice and helpful with anything you might ask. The rooms are large and airy and of good quality. The breakfast was varied and of a very good standard, 10/10! This is a hotel that is highly recommended.
You book for a concert. Location couldn’t be better, but 250€ for a night, definitely think twice if you can find another place to stay. You arrive early. No warm welcome, the receptionist responds like you are bothering her day, says to check later if it is possible to “check in earlier” than 15, which already seems incredibly late. You ask info about the concert she mutters something generic. You come back around 13, lovely blond lady, let’s you in right away. The room is a bit of a disaster as you can see in the pictures. Dirty, unmaintained and the walls are practically made of paper. You go to the concert, so close, love it! It finishes 11, you book and pay a lot to get a goodnight sleep as you really need to be rested tomorrow, that’s not possible as the after party starts after the concert and is so loud that you can hear it all the way to the last floor. Quality Hotel should be renamed and priced for a massive party hostel for the concert hall which would be great for people to be able to filter their needs not to mention the condition of the facilities. Definitely not suitable for families with kids or people who would like to sleep. If you want to party and don’t mind the details in the room, it is a brilliant place, the music was banging. And the breakfast is 10/10.
