Lady Hamilton Hotel

I cannot begin to describe my stay there, it was so great that I even forgot to check out. After sightseeing and coming back at 5pm. The amazing staff was nice enough to not just bag up my things as I had previously mentioned extending my stay. Sauna was wonderful treat after traveling for 2 weeks! Definitely walked the whole place to see all the treasure the family has collected. Once again, I can't say enough. Made my stay in Stockholm so welcoming.

Conveniently located in Gamla Stan, but: It is right next to a church and the hourly tolling of the bell kept me awake all night long! There is no air conditioner in the room!! I was shocked to realize there was no a/c. We are from Toronto, and it never crossed my mind that hotels won't have a/c so I didn't check it on the website. It was pretty hot in the room, even the 2 fans didn't really help. If you are an "a/c" person, then please don't stay here. The room is small and narrow. As you can see from the picture, the space between the beds and the wall is 6-7 inches, which makes it hard to walk around the beds. I slept on the bed near the window, and I had to walk sideways, mind you, I am only 94 lbs. For a room like this, I would say it is overpriced.

This is a small, very comfortable hotel in the center of Stockholm.Kindly staff and good breakfast. Highly recommended 🥰

We loved The Lady Hamilton! It is so perfectly located and historic. We are avid antique collectors and really enjoyed all the collections of antiques on display. The breakfast was very good, so many choices! The staff was fantastic, but especially Alex! We had a booking issue, that was completely our fault, and he and Luca went the extra mile to make things right. Highly recommend this great hotel!
