Skeppsholmen is the epitome of a classy hotel. we stayed here for my birthday and had the most gorgeous view of the water. i loved all of the byredo products in the bathroom! the hotel is so clean and elevated while still uplifting its old roots and history. the cafe is great - awesome breakfast buffet and lunch options.
This hotel was once a military 'barracks' . They have renovated it with a boutique ambiance..but the long hallways remain and the grounds still fell a bit institutional. They have a very nice restaurant and it is close to the ferry and a short walk into Stockholm.
Cosy hotel with exceptionally good breakfast. Fairly quiet compared to other parts of the city. Close to 3 museums, and well connected by a ferry to the city center and Grönaland/Skansa/Vasa Museum.
Beautiful hotel on an island in Stockholm. Peaceful and green, with amazing design throughout the hotel and the most delicious breakfast buffet. Room also came with personal touches - including free chocolates, a tea votive, and free use of byredo perfume while you stay. Service is super excellent as well.
Clean, quiet, and excellent location. Great breakfast buffet, wonderful staff. Restaurant is very good and seasonal ingredients. Located at the end of the bus line 65, easy to get there from Central Station. Ferries a 40 meter walk will take you to several popular locations. Can't wait to go back.
