The room was extremely disappointing. The floor was very dirty, and the room itself was much smaller than advertised. The website states that the room is 13 m², but in reality it felt closer to 8 m². The listing also advertised a double bed, but in fact it was a very small bed pushed against the wall. There was barely any space and no proper place to put luggage or personal belongings. What made the experience even worse was the lack of assistance from the reception staff. The receptionist refused to offer a room change or suggest any alternative solution, despite our concerns about the condition and size of the room. Overall, the room did not match the description, and the customer service was very poor. I would not recommend staying here. Especially for the price paid.

Great hotel! The entrance to the subway station is right next door. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket. Hotel rooms were very clean and well maintained. Keep in mind everything is smaller in most places in Europe, so our double room was very compact. Hotel breakfast is buffet style and probably our favorite part of our stay!
The breakfast buffet at Clarion Hotel Amaranten was great with plenty of good food, but what truly made our morning special was the incredible staff. I was there on my own with my toddler during a very busy breakfast rush. A wonderful woman from Thailand working there went completely above and beyond for us. Despite how busy she was, she was so attentive, kind, and caring, she even stepped in to help me with my daughter so I could manage. Her kindness and hospitality will bring us back. Thank you.
The hotel is nicely located. I stayed in a compact double room which had enough space to move and the room was also very well lit. The noise insulation was good and the breakfast spread was one of the best in Stockholm. The only problem was the lift. It took forever to come down/go up. So I would recommend to get room at a lower floor.
Impeccable, that's the word to describe the experience at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive – we met Marcela (restaurant staff), who is also Brazilian, and she was extremely kind to us. As soon as you enter the hotel, you're greeted with a wonderful, characteristic hotel scent. The breakfast is amazing, super complete and everything is fresh, one of the best breakfasts I've ever seen in a European hotel. The room is small but comfortable and meets all your needs. The sauna and gym are also very good. Regarding the location, it's in a quieter area, and there's a supermarket and metro station right next to the hotel.
