Fantastic stay in Stockholm! The hotel was spotless, cozy, and visually very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, but what really made the difference was the staff.
Everyone was genuinely polite and helpful, and Maya made our stay unforgettable by greeting us in Greek.. It was such a sweet and memorable touch.
The breakfast team was wonderful as well. On our final morning, they kindly prepared meatballs for us even though they weren’t part of the day’s menu. That level of attention is rare and truly appreciated.
The location is also excellent, with very easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore the city.Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a warm.☺️☺️☺️
We had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect. The area was quiet, the rooms were tidy and clean, and the reception staff were very welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of options. It’s also relatively close to the city center, about 10 minutes by scooter or 25 minutes by bus. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Stockholm.
Without a doubt, this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and whole normally hotel rooms are good/adequate they often will have subtle/small little issues. However I couldn't find anything at all to fault this hotel and room, and believe me I really tried to find something. I wish all hotels I stayed in took as much care of the little details. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable too, so that's an added bonus 😊 I would give them 10 stars of I could.
We had three double rooms and felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The hotel is very stylish and inviting; you feel comfortable the moment you step into the architecturally impressive lobby. Our rooms were spacious and featured modern bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. The reception staff and the manager himself were also friendly and very helpful. We would love to come back.
Right, so out of the gate I want to say that the main reason I chose the Best Western was price, it was almost 4 times less than the order hotel i stayed at, and it was better!
The rooms - simple but plenty of space with chairs and desk and still room to walk around. Clean and the view of the pitch was actually nice, my guess is is attached to a school so it was just kids lessons and quiet at night.
The breakfast - amazing.
Bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, bread, meats, lots of fresh juice and if you want it fresher still you can even juice your own orange! (Which I did). I'm a suckered for a buffet and I tried most of it and didn't eat again until the evening.
The hidden gem - the sauna!
Unfortunately I only found out there was a sauna on my last day. You need to book at reception (so get in there early) but you get an hours slot and you get the entire thing for your group or, like me, just to yourself! The sauna was a lovely way to finish my stay, literally did it as I checked out aka it was so relaxing, everything you need is there.
Location was good, a 10 to 15 min walk to the metro and from there stockholm is your oyster.
Staff i spoke worth were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond when asked questions.
In summary, very impressed and it exceeded all of my expectations, would recommend!
