Berns Hotel

Excellent service, especially from some of the breakfast staff, thoughtful and personal service. Friendly reception, hotel is in a great location and very walkable. One downside is that the alleyway to the hotel entrance looks dubious at night, but it was relatively lit up.

Great central location. Good for exploring city center. Pleasant room with comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is served in the beautiful dining hall (dating from 1863) with big chandeliers and wood paneling. Ask for a room facing the courtyard if you want a more quiet room.

We had a really nice stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were also great and responded quickly to any requests we had. The only downside was that it could be quite noisy at night during the weekends. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything was absolutely amazing! My family stayed for 10 nights; we came here for vacation (from America). The whole experience has been wonderful, starting from my initial contact/inquiry through checkout. The entire staff at Berns, especially Ella at the front desk, were so helpful and friendly. They always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Breakfast is great; fresh and tasty, lots of options. Location: Perfect! The places we visited were walking distance (ex. 5 min to Royal Palace, 20-40 mins to Djurgarden, Vasa museum, Grona Lund, the mall, etc.). Plenty of restaurants nearby. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Berns Hotel!
