My family of 6 had a wonderful experience with Captain Sammy. She customized our trip to hit all our goals in a short 3.5hrs! I wish our cruise had a longer port time. 100% will book next time in St.T. She was great and helps with our 4 kiddos. Everything was exceptional from the time we arrived and checked it.

Absolutely fantastic day! We truly had the best time with Brayson on the boat. We snorkeled and saw tons of beautiful fish, then we went to the next location and saw sea turtles!!! So exciting! Last stop was an almost private beach that was gorgeous. We will be back and will definitely request Brayson! He was informative and helpful. Perfect day!

Took a family group of eight out snorkeling. This included two kids under the age of 10 who had a great time. Captain was very accommodating. Took us to get pizza on the pizza boat. Everyone had a great time.

Sean our boat captain was incredible. He asks us what we were looking to see and do. He gave great recommendations and got us to the best snorkeling spots and private beach. We saw turtles rays and a ton of fish. This was one of the best excursions we've had on all of our travels. I would definitely recommend to go out on the boat with Sean he listened to our requests and delivered big and also gave us some history along the way.

Super fun and relaxed experience. We were able to meet our guide a bit early and he catered the trip to what we wanted to see and our time constraints. Snorkel equipment and fins worked great. Guide knew all the best spots and random facts about the islands. Our kids and family had a wonderful day. Completely separate if you’re joining from a cruise ship the taxi system on the island is government regulated and you’ll end up paying $15-20pp each way. And you pay for gas on the boat $8/gal used. For us this was around $180 after 4 hours. We stopped at 3 beaches. One of our favorite memories from the trip. Bring a dry bag that can get completely wet if you want to bring anything ashore when you stop.

We took a four hour ride on the Poseidon we captain Vic. It was fantastic! He brought us to great snorkeling spots and when we asked for turtles he found us turtles! The ride was smooth, the scenery was beautiful and the music list was a lot of fun.

This was one of the best excursions we’ve done. Coming from the cruise port (it’s $15pp via taxi which is more like a shuttle-bus type situation and takes 20-30 min), the captain was ready to go upon arrival. We were actually late with the taxi situation but they checked in with us via phone to make sure we were still enroute. Our captain (Captain Bryson, whom we loved), was amazing and tailored our itinerary to what we needed, especially with a young child. We saw fishes and turtles, and had a little tour of St. Thomas, and it was absolutely perfect. There is a fuel charge (based on what you use) and can pay via Venmo, as well as the gratuity to the captain. Very convenient! Bring snacks, sunscreen and towels on board! There are no bathrooms on the boat so be sure to use the bathroom right before. Getting a taxi upon leaving was difficult so we recommend having a taxi arranged ahead of time to get back to the port. All in all, best excursion ever! Five stars all around. Thank you for an amazing time!

We had a great day! We saw all kinds of marine life including several sea turtles. I was afraid of the gas charge, but it was not as much as I thought it would be. We would definitely book again, much better than doing a large group through the cruise excursions. Plenty of drinks for all ages!

Checkin was great! The lady was super nice! Spots he took us to were awesome! Saw lots of turtles! This was our favorite experience we did on our vacation! A lot of rules, instructions, and very strict which I understand for safety. But once you got past all that, it was super fun! Beautiful experience!

Rogan was a fantastic captain and very flexible with our itinerary. He gave us options based on our interests and took us to a lot of cool places around the islands.

My sister and I had such a great time on our boat day!! Captain Rogan was professional, safe, and extremely knowledgeable on navigation of the waters. He took us to all the fun spots, had delicious food, and we got to see huge turtles, birds, goats, fish, etc. Highly recommend!!!

My mom and I had such a wonderful afternoon out on the water thanks to our captain Ro. We ate pizza off of a boat, snorkeled by a shipwreck and saw tons of fish, and then got to snorkel with sea turtles. We learned about the islands too. Thanks for an afternoon we’ll always remember!

Wallens was great. Took us to great places and packed a lot of snorkeling into a half-day charter. Took good care of my father too (who is using a walker).

Capt Ronan made this half day charter a real pleasure. Rough seas could have made this trip unpleasant, but the skipper knew where to go to keep us in calm waters for our snorkeling and swimming. All-in-all, a pleasant morning. All arrangements and scheduling were seamless. Very pleasant people to deal with.

Great experience and the day can be customized for what you wanna do. Wallens was our captain today and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. Plenty of snorkel gear and noodles for floating. We lucked out and got the fastest boat in the fleet.😁

We did the half day private boat tour with Rogan. It was perfect. Everything went as planned and was very smooth...no surprises. We were able to decide with him before we set sail exactly how we wanted to spend our day.. Very easy breezy. When we got back to the dock settling up was totally on board with what they had informed us it would be. I highly recommend enjoying a day, or half day, on the water with them!

Captain Rogan and First mate Philip worked to make the best of less than ideal weather (atleast initially). It was raining more than desired when we first arrived at the yacht club. Our family wanted to head up along the North shore of St John, but the clouds suggested that was not going to happen. They took us over to Great St James Island to snorkel at Christmas Cove. That allowed the weather to clear and then we made our way to St John. They took us to various historical locations along the North shore and two more snorkeling spots. By the end of the day, the sun came out for sunset! They were professional and very personable. We would recommend Seas the Day and the crew to anyone. We would definitely go out with them again.

Rogan was our captain. Great guy pretty much let us determine what we wanted to do for the half day. Very knowledgeable about the islands. Only downside he is a Georgia Bulldog fan, and I am Florida Gator fan! Kidding great guy.

My wife and I spent the day cruising St John and other islands in the area. It was my 50th Birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. My spouse and I have two sons, and coordinating a family vacation around everyone’s schedules is challenging. This boating trip became the highlight of an already unforgettable visit to Cruz Bay and is a memory we will share forever. We were excited to see, together, a sea turtle, a stingray, two eagle rays, a barracuda, and a wide variety of fish and coral, including blue fan and brain coral. Captain Vic understood our priorities and created a fun, relaxing experience that we will never forget.

We took a New Year’s Day sail with Rogan, and it was a 10/10! Rogan made everyone feel super comfortable and the itinerary was designed for things we truly wanted to see/do, which we appreciated. Most of our family was seeing St. John for the first time, and he made sure to see to it that everyone had a blast. The email communications prior to our sail had me a little nervous, but Rogan more than made up for it. It was a perfect day!

Captain Ro made the day feel easy and fun, tailoring the experience so it worked perfectly for a family. He shared great local insight, pointed out spots we never would have found on our own, and made sure the boys felt included and excited the entire time. Ryder and Brooks are still talking about the adventure—and that alone says everything.

This was our second time chartering with Seas the Day, and I highly recommend them! We had a fantastic day with Captain Ro, exploring the waters of St. Thomas and St. John on an itinerary that he curated for our family (ages 9 to adults). The Aquarius was clean, comfortable, and fast, and easily accommodated our family of ten. Our day with Captain Ro and the Aquarius will be a highlight of our vacation for sure!

Captain Rogan was great - company runs lots of boats so they know what to do and where to go. Snorkeled with turtles... swam with dolphins... recommend.

Exceptional all around - highly recommend Seas the Day Charters. Our captain, Captain Aaron Wallens, was very knowledgable about both St. Thomas and St. John and took us to the best spots based on what we we wanted to do. We snorkeled in an area with sea turtles and stingrays and a beautiful secluded beach. The boat itself was as pictured, well-stocked with beverages and equipment and fit our 7-person group perfectly. Keep in mind no snacks or food is provided to bring your own or plan time in your itinerary to make a stop at a location with a restaurant (we didn't have time on our half day trip to do that). Not related to this company but worth noting for cruise travelers - We did this excursion coming off a RC cruise ship and it did take about 30-40 minutes to drive to and from the ship to the marina, which we were prepared for, but the cost of the local transportation was higher than expected so plan to have enough cash for that! ($18-$20 per person each way).

We had a great time. Nice snorkeling and scenic views of the islands that could only be seen by boat. The Captains were nice and personable. Would definitely do it again.

We had wonderful half day experience. swam with turtles, snorkeling and spent just a bit of time at a private beach. Fun afternoon , took good care of us from start to finish. I would definitely recommend. We had a group of 10 - ages 13-50, all enjoyed the experience. Only was con was no snacks provided on boat but there was a shop nearby.

My family and I had such a great (half) day with Captain Carlos. He took us to some great snorkeling spots and gave us some good advice what to do on St Johns. He was very knowledgeable about the islands and taught us so much. This is a great experience and highly recommend this during your stay on St Thomas.

Thanks to Captain Wallens our two families saw all the sights and enjoyed great snorkeling even though we didn’t have as much time as we wanted on the island due to our cruise port departure time. He is very knowledgeable about the islands. We have been on several private guided snorkeling trips together and this one was top notch. We all agreed we would gladly do it again.

We had a day on the boat with Captain Bryan and it was incredible! He took us to several cool spots to eat, snorkel, and hang out on the beach. We had a blast getting around on the boat, and we were able to play our own music and bring our own drinks to enjoy the private excursion.

We had a wonderful time! Captain (A-Aron) was amazing and brought us to the best spots. We swam/snorkeled with sea turtles, Sting Rays and saw the most amazing fish. We hit private islands accessible only by boat and the entire could not stop raving!

We had a fantastic time with Captain Mike. We left St. Thomas (American Yacht Harbor Marina) and circumnavigated St. John’s with 30-minute to 1-hour long stops at Maho Bay, Leinster Bay, Lime Out (Tacos for Lunch… very good!), Booby Rock, Great Lampshur Bay…. With plenty of minor stops to point out cool houses and historical reference points. We snorkeled following around sea turtles and lots of pretty fish over the reefs. Captain Mike was a wealth of knowledge. He was also very safe and great with the kids. I give this tour a 10 out of 10 rating!

We spent the afternoon with Captain Bryan Mason exploring the islands around St. John. He took us to some great places to swim and snorkel and provided us with lots of interesting information and insights. Despite some showers ( get in the water!), the trip could not have been better for our family ( 3 kids and 4 adults).

Captain Amanda took our group of six girls on a fabulous half day trip. We snorkeled and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Captain Amanda was an excellent host!
