We look forward to making sure you enjoy your time with us at Seas the Day Charters! You will meet your Captain and Crew at the Seas the Day departure lounge at American Yacht Harbor. The lounge is located on the lower floor immediately across from the entrance to "B" dock. From American Yacht Harbor, you will board a powerboat vessel for a fantastic four hours of snorkeling and beach hopping. Normally guests enjoy two locations. Depending on weather and sea conditions, these can include Maho Bay, Honeymoon Beach in St. John, St. James Island or Lovango Cay.
Captain Joe was amazing, funny guy, just a great trip all around. My wife and I loved it. The boat was comfortable, the gear was in great shape, and the stops were well worth the time and money… I would do it again
Brayson was such a terrific Captain and so very attentive to each of us. The spots he found for us to snorkel were beautiful and peaceful. He had a terrific sense of humor-yet was clearly skilled and always respectful and professional. He went out of his way to ensure it was an unforgettable experience.
Excellent day on the water with Captain Rusty. Great snorkeling on St. John and Lovango. Rusty gave us a lot of information which made for more than just a snorkeling trip.

The trip was fantastic. Swam with turtles, nurse shark, sting rays and loads of colorful fish. Breyson was the captain and he was wonderful. Music selection was outstanding. What a beautiful day!!!
We had a great time with Sean. He took us to amazing dive sites and was very helpful to all of us, including our 12 year old son. He was very knowledgeable about the area and its history. We would recommend this charter to anyone looking for a great experience!
Taxis from the cruise ship were not easily obtainable. We had to wait for others going in a similar direction and then wait our turn to be dropped off. Made us a little late for our trip but the tour company was good enough to wait for us. The snorkeling site we were taken to was not one of the best in St. Johns. We have been to a couple others that were much better. This site was quite small and the swimming was affected by a moderately strong wind. Boat captain was excellent and knowledgeable.

The boat and guide were great. We were disappointed because we went to snorkel with sea turtles but never saw any. We went to another spot and saw lots of fish but the turtles were what we were really excited to see.
My family and I had just an incredible time on a catamaran for the afternoon with Captain Sammy. Truly amazing experience - we snorkeled and sailed for a half day and got to see a number of sea turtles, a variety of coral and fish, and even a couple sharks. The staff and owners at Seas the Day were super friendly, and Captain Sammy was both extremely knowledgeable, flexible, and personable. I would highly recommend Seas the Day for anyone considering a charter experience on St. John or St. Thomas. I'm hoping we'll be back!
Where to begin! First, let me complement the captain, Sammy, she was very knowledgeable and took whatever time was needed to make sure we had a great time . She took us to 3 locations and went over the dedicated time frame to make sure we saw everything! The sites were awesome and the captain even was a tour guide pointing out landmarks. The boat was exceptionally clean and modern. This is a must for anyone wanting to see it all: sea turtles, sharks and very exotic fish. Complementary soda and beer was even better! Well Worth the money and we will book this charter again. As long as Captain Sammy is running the show
My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Sean was a great captain and knows so much about the area. We loved the smaller group and were lucky to have a very nice family share the outing with us. We saw sea turtles, beautiful fish and a sting ray. You need to swim in if you want to spend time on the beach so you may want to have a waterproof bag for phones and money. We were happy to snorkel and stay on the boat. Highly recommend!
Great excursion, we saw a lot of marine life including an octopus, schools of fish, barracuda, sting ray, jelly fish and turtles. The boat and the gear were good. The only reason we are giving it 3 stars was our captain, Hillary, seemed always stressed about time. We started late as it was the company’s decision to wait for two people despite the other 8 of us who were early and on time. Not the captain’s fault they were late and it wasn’t the people’s fault either, and I totally understand wanting to wait for everyone but we waited an extra 30 minutes. After that, she seemed a little irritated and not at all lively. After the first stop, she told us we were delayed at the following stop because we wanted to see the octopus. Yes, of course we wanted to see it, that’s why we are on this excursion. Again, it wasn’t our fault we started late, it wasn’t our decision to wait. I get not wanting to leave people behind but don’t blame the rest of us. She gave good information but didn’t add to the overall experience of a day out on the gorgeous waters of St John.
We booked a snorkeling trip with Seas the Day and had a large group of 10. Sammy & Jason were amazing and were very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them on this trip!
We had an amazing experience with Seas the Day! From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us with a warm welcome and took the time to explain everything we needed to know before heading out on the water. Our captain for the day, Hillary, was absolutely incredible. She was truly a one-person band, taking care of all seven of us while making everything look effortless. Captain Hillary really knows her stuff! She made the trip fun, educational, and unforgettable. My family and I had an amazing time and saw an incredible amount of marine life—including a shark! The boat was spotless, and all of the equipment was top-notch. A huge thank you to Captain Hillary for making our day on the water so special. We highly recommend Seas the Day and can't wait to come back!
It was a great experience! We did some scuba diving and were able to see multiple beautiful locations, with a variety of fish, turtles, manta rays, and coral! Our guide Shaun was extremely easy to work with and also informative about the local areas we passed by on the boat, which really helped create a relaxed and fun environment. Would certainly recommend and we will be coming back :)
The experience was honestly great we had a lot of time to explore on our own the only reason I am leaving a low star rating is because the captain felt very initialed to a tip. Which don’t get my wrong i understand everyone here works for tips 100% understandable but when we asked if they had change for a $20 he said yes but proceeded to laugh at us. Honestly very unprofessional on his end because yes you live off tips but you don’t have to laugh at people for leaving a $10 tip. We didn’t HAVE to leave a tip we already paid about $130 for the excursion per person so for you to laugh in front of someone for asking for change and shaking your head is beyond rude. Again the experience was great but the whole tip situation killed it for us.
The snorkeling and experience was amazing! Our tour guide Hillary was very informative and friendly. She provided water, soda, beers and snorkeling gear! I do suggest taking snacks in case you get hungry. My only let down was I was under the impression that we were going to an actual beach (that’s what the itinerary mentioned) Since boats can’t actually dock on the beach, the only option was to swim from the boat to the beach and then back to the boat from the beach, and that was quite a swim especially if your boat docks further back. So we just enjoyed the view of the beach from our boat. Which was still very beautiful but I was looking forward to putting my toes in the sand.
Cpt Brayson took us to great locations for snorkeling and beach! He was very informative and also funny. It was a wonderful experience.
This experience was everything and more, especially cause of the price. Brayson was our boat guide and was wonderful! We got beautiful views, complimentary beer, and saw so many fish, turtles, and nurse sharks.
It was such a fun day. Captain Wallens told us a lot of info about the islands and he was nice looking which was a plus. I would recommend this boat trip to anyone that has never been snorkeling before. Great time. Thank you Captain Wallens for an exciting day and great memories.
Perfect trip, just right amount of time, snorkeling was jOK and was due to the reefs being dead, but saw some sharks and cool fish. The second stop allowed us to see many green sea turtles

Hands down best excursion experience EVER ! Our tour guide was awesome, I think his name was Branson. He took us to Lovango Island and the reef was absolutely beautiful. Also went to maho bay and saw several sea turtles. By far our favorite day we had on our vacation. Highly recommend booking this trip ! You will not be disappointed.

This tour fit exactly what our friend group was looking for! Pickup instructions and meeting point were super easy from Red Hook. The rides were short, and the snorkel spot at Lovango Bay was very beautiful. Brody, our tour guide and captain, was really nice and chill. We felt it was all timed well and not rushed. This was a perfect morning in the water! The complimentary beverages were such a nice touch.
Great snorkling trip but the parking was horrible. They should have told us that we needed to pay for a parking pass before we arrived. It was $35 or take the chance of getting towed/booted.
Worth every penny. My wife and I had a wonderful time! The snorkeling was spectacular. We saw three nurse sharks!

We were originally scheduled for the M/V Flyer 4 hour snorkling, but ended up on the Mazu instead—and it was a seamless transition. Captains Brent and Bryson were incredible hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect day. We hit two fantastic snorkeling spots: Christmas Cove, where we swam with turtles, and the waters near Lovango, where we spotted a couple of nurse sharks! For those who didn't want to snorkel, they provided noodles for floating, which was a nice touch. The boat had plenty of space for our gear and a steady supply of fresh water. Highly recommend this crew for a great island experience!
Boat needed repair so got a bigger boat and extra staff. Bryson and Brent did a wonderful job. Although windy found some great areas to view fish, turtles and sharks

Very professional company, they reached out prior to the trip with all information and waivers, gave her personal number in case we ran into any issue. If we ever make it back to St Thomas, Seas the Day will be our excursion company.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Snorkeling Experience with Captain Brodie! We had an amazing snorkeling trip with Captain Brodie to Lovango and Caneel Bay in St. John. From the moment we stepped on the boat, he was welcoming, professional, and made everyone feel completely comfortable. Before heading out, Brodie thoroughly covered all safety information and made sure we were confident and ready to snorkel. His knowledge of the area really showed — he took us to fantastic spots where we saw sea turtles and so many beautiful tropical fish. The water was crystal clear and the marine life was incredible. Captain Brodie struck the perfect balance of being friendly and fun while still running a safe, well-organized trip. We would absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone visiting St. Thomas, USVI.

Trip was good, Brody was very personable and read the group well. He was able to pivot when the weather changed and took us to see things the group was interested in. My only concern was that the boat can not get closer to pick swimmers up after snorkeling, or explain that it’s farther than it looks.
Spent the morning with the Seas the Day and captain Brody. He was great; took us to 2 locations for snorkeling. We were able to see a lot of different fish, stingray and nurse shark! It was a great time!!
Great trip, Brodie(the only way to spell it) was a great captain, we finished a little early and he took us on an “historic” tour around the bay. Saw sharks, stingrays and lots of fish, no turtles but weather had been questionable for days. 100% recommend.

We had an absolutely great time with Hillary. She definitely knows the spots to go even when one of the snorkel spots was taken.
