Want a diver’s view of a coral reef, but not ready for scuba? Then try Snuba! Explore the beauty of the undersea world without cumbersome scuba diving gear. A certified Snuba guide will lead you on your adventure. Upon arrival at Coral World Ocean Park, you will be escorted to the Snuba orientation area where you will receive a briefing on how to use the equipment and what you can expect on your dive. Program duration is 60 minutes (Dive time 30 mins.) Bring or wear swim wear with a cover-up and towel.
From the moment you enter the water you are surrounded by thousands of fish and coral. Having a dive master nearby helped to make it relaxing and feel safe. You breathe through a regulator but are attached to an air source at the surface.

Tickets were digital and were a breeze to obtain. Glen was my guide this day, and was an excellent instructor. We saw so many things that you just can't see from the surface. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that I should never touch such as fire coral.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing first SNUBA experience with Andres! We had such a great time at Coral World Ocean Park in St. Thomas! The highlight of our visit was definitely doing SNUBA with Andres. This was my very first time doing anything like this, and I was honestly so scared and nervous going into it. Andres was absolutely amazing. He was patient, reassuring, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and safe. He never rushed me and made the whole experience feel so much easier than I expected. Once I got comfortable, I was able to relax and actually enjoy being underwater and seeing all the beautiful marine life. It turned something I was really nervous about into one of the most memorable experiences of our trip! If you’re visiting Coral World and thinking about trying SNUBA, definitely do it—and if you get Andres as your guide, you’re in great hands. The snuba tour was an awesome family activity. Kids 8-10 were able to do it without issue. Our guide Andres made everything so easy and simple even for a family that had never done it before. Definitely recommend.

Great time! Bring a towel, showers in the bathrooms to wash the saltwater off! Watch out for the iguanas they are extra friendly!

This was an amazing experience. Neither of our children had dived before and this was the perfect intersection between snorkeling and diving. Glenn did an excellent job explaining everything to them. What made this excursion even more special is that my husband and I did the Sea Trek at the same time and we were able to meet at the bottom. Natalie, Andreas and J-Mike made sure we were able to get a group picture.

Andres is amazing! I was a little apprehensive at first but he makes you feel very comfortable with the gear, and the whole experience. I definitely recommend Andres if you are ever interested in more than just snorkeling!

I am someone who is terrified of the ocean so I was a bit nervous to do this. But Andres was amazing! It was beautiful we saw a ton of fish and coral. We will definitely be coming back and doing this again.
My son and I experienced snuba for the first time at Coral World Ocean Park in St. Thomas and it was amazing! Our guide, Glenn, was awesome and explained what we would be doing extremely well regarding use of equipment, hand signals, breathing with the regulator, etc. Glenn had a cool, calm, great attitude and helped us feel at ease and confident to do something neither of us had any previous knowledge about and gave us the opportunity to explore what seemed like a whole new world. Thank you Glenn and Coral World for this experience!
The Snuba excursion was a combination of scuba and snorkeling; we went down about 20 feet. Andres was an incredible instructor. He was a calming presence (I was very nervous), took amazing photos, and pointed out interesting sea life. The coral and underwater scenery were beautiful. Andres slowly takes you down a slope and back up, which took an appropriate amount of time. I didn't feel rushed; it was at a good pace.
Glen was an amazing Snuba instructor! My Husband and I felt safe and entranced by the sea life. He safely handled and showed us sea life like arrow crabs, sea urchins and feather corral. We belive it was more freeing than the sea trek and definitely recommend it for your next adventure! Plus you get a wrist band to explore the rest of what corral world has to offer when you're done!

An absolute highlight of our trip to St.Thomas! The SNUBA experience is the perfect mix of snorkeling and diving—easy, fun, and beginner-friendly. Our guide, Andreas, was fantastic—patient, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable. He was especially great with my 12-year-old son, taking extra time to make sure he felt confident and at ease. Once underwater, it’s incredible—clear water, beautiful coral, and tons of fish. Everything felt safe, well-run, and genuinely memorable. I highly recommend—an unforgettable experience for both kids and adults.
Our family of 4, one teenager, one 11 yr old, had a great time with Snuba. Going under water the first time freaked me out quite a bit, but our guide Andres had a very calm understanding presence. After we got going and I became more acclimated it was very cool. Andres kept checking in to make sure I was ok, and after 10 mins or so, I was good and he let us enjoy the rest of the half hour. The kids took to it like it was nothing. I’d recommend it, it was a good step up from snorkeling getting to go down to the reef level and have all the fish up close.

Andres was a great guide, was very thoughtful and made sure everyone was doing good. Got to go down to around 20 feet and get up close with a variety of coral and small fish as well as larger ones near the dock.

This was our first time ever in the ocean and ever doing anything remotely close to snorkeling. Snuba was a one of kind experience and would recommend doing it over the sea trek. We were able to go 20ft down see all different kinds of marine life. Our instructor and guide was very professional and kind. His number one priority was making sure we were safe and having a great time. I only wish we were told about the fire coral when you first go down and out, found out the stingy way! I struggled getting the breathing down at first and at times while diving and the guide would make sure to instantly get me calmed down and do deep breathing and would remind me from time to time. It was amazing down there.
Dad-daughter trip. Just great. Excellent interpersonal interaction, quick training, good experience underwater with rainbow parroting, snapper, jacks, huge tarpin. I am SCUBA certified but daughter isn't. A fun, low-threshold intro to something that is as close as you can get to SCUBA. Just amazing.
The whole experience was amazing! We had Glenn and Andres, they were wonderful, they gave great instructions and helped us enjoy our time and stay calm. When going down, they pointed out all the cool things we could see. Saw a sea turtle and so many cool fish. Definitely would do again, highly recommend

Only people who look like they are in 100% perfect health should apply. I have mobility issues, but I have snubbed several times. I am slow on the earth but a fish in water. But I never got a chance to show them. Prejudice. Abounds here.

We had scheduled a Snuba Adventure for Christmas Day. We arrived an hour and 1/2 early, checked in, got our adventure band and signed all the waivers required. Then were told to meet at the Snuba adventure sign 15 min. before our tour time. We were there early and another party of two were also waiting with us. We all waited, and waited, and waited and no one showed up. We first inquired after 15 minutes had passed and were told they may be running late, the other party inquired as well and were told to just wait and someone would be there shortly. After waiting an hour past our scheduled tour time we inquired again and were then told, “Oh. That was cancelled due to choppy water and low visibility.” NO ONE bothered to come tell the 4 of us who had been waiting well over an hour and 1/2, that the tour was cancelled! It’s been a week now and we still have not received a refund! We booked through trip-advisor and were told that trip advisor would have to refund us. So our funds were tied up and we could not book another activity. And half a day was wasted because Coral World didn’t even send someone to the tour meeting point at the scheduled time to inform their customers that the tour was cancelled! We had to go inquire multiple times before someone finally told us it was cancelled! Very chaotic place. Lots of staff but no one seemed to know what was going on and no one seemed to care about taking care of the customer. We will not return and do not recommend. The facilities overall were poor and I feel sorry for the large sea turtles that were in a very small enclosure. It’s inhumane how small their pool area was.
Andres was the most amazing guide. This is the perfect way to see if you can handle scuba diving and being that deep underwater. The area we dove was so beautiful and it was the most amazing experience. I would highly recommend.
Andres was a very informative instructor, gave detailed training prior to experience, very nice snuba gear, everyone got fitted well, even extra large size available. The guide made sure everyone was comfortable with the adventure and tried his best to show fun stuff under water, beautiful creatures of the ocean, took lots of pictures of us that we could pick up at the gift shop. We arrived early to check out the rest of the coral reef park, parking is given for 3 hours, can extend after for 5 dollars more . We extended parking after the snuba dive and enjoyed the little coral reef park, very family friendly, lots of activities available beyond snuba, very cute. Dolphins were the best to watch after, trainers spend a lot of time with them and everyone around the dolphin area is very eager to educate and share information, as well as everyone around the park by the animal habitats. We felt very safe during the dive, it was fun!
Andres was amazing! We saw so many creatures and some were the size of me. It was a great experience. We would come again we loved it!

Super fun experience! You can bring your own camera and take your own pictures/videos if you’d like. The guide was super kind! I recommend wearing some kind of scuba gear tho (pants/shirt) just to protect your skin! I had a mild reaction to something but other than that 10/10. Also, wear ear plugs!! Just so the pressure and water doesn’t bother you afterwards
