Our plane was delayed 3 hrs. I only called one time from the connecting airport where we were delayed; they tracked the flight from there, and Allister was waiting for us. Great driver. Nice man.

Great communication via text messaging. We missed our connecting flight and they promptly rescheduled us for the following day. Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we left the terminal, super smooth. We were our van within 2 mins.
45 minute drive from airport to hotel. The driver never spoke one word to us. I ask him a question. He wouldn’t respond. Not the way to start our vacation in St Thomas.

We decided to go this route because, although more expensive than a taxi or shared shuttle, there were no “extra” charges for luggage or per person and the 4 of us could be “just family.” Our driver was MARVIN; he was a great young man, very friendly and had some good advice for us as travelers. We actually did the roundtrip with Red (airport to hotel and hotel to airport). Marvin was waiting for us right on time, and had waters for each of us. Very personable, and a careful driver. Would absolutely use this company again. Thank you!

Very professional. Airport was dark and we were greeted with a lightened ipad device with our name on it. At hotel for pickup back to the airport, driver was exactly on time and came to find us in busy lobby. Clean comfortable vehicles and very friendly drivers, who engaged with us on island culture and history. Highly recommend them.
RED Car was excellent and do a tremendous job with our transfers for our business trip. They are extremely professional and provide a safe and comfortable ride around the island. Their drivers are very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend RED for their all around service.
Clearly they subbed out the work. It wasn’t one of their cars or drivers. Car was old and run down. No bottled water. The greeter was from another company
Had a great experience with great customer service. I had to make a last minute change due to flight delays and cancellations and Emily from customer service was a great help and figured out how to accommodate us. I will use them again
We used Cruz Bay(Red Hat) for airport transportation in St, Thomas. On both journeys our car was on time and large enough to accommodate 11 people with luggage. Both drivers were friendly and professional and offered much assistance loading and unloading. The airport at St. Thomas is small and very condensed and it was extremely crowded ...it would have been a nightmare without the Cuz Bay drivers...Thanks to both of them. I highly recommend their service.
Disappointing experience…the connection at StThomas was chaotic ( to say the least). Was not able to connect with Red Car because whoever was coordinating the passagers from the flight (delayed) directed me to a regular taxi…didn’t find out until we were on our way to the Westin in the taxi! Anyway, the fair was prepaid and not refundable ( apparently). Hopefully the return from the hotel to the airport via Red Car will be smoother ( now that I under process better)

The process was seamless. We were met outside baggage claim. Kevin gave us great suggestions for places to eat and places to see. He had water bottles at the ready as well. He was a great auto host!!

Could not have been a better transfer! Our driver was above and beyond fantastic. The roads in St Thomas are windy and hilly. We asked him to please drive slow around the curves and hills, and he did so to perfection. Highly recommend!!

Meeting Kathy was our first experience in St Thomas, our first trip to the island. She was amazing, friendly, kind and dropped knowledge of the island the entire ride to the hotel. She made an impression to the point, we requested, and got her, for the ride back to the airport. We'll be back and will use this service and Kathy again!

The Westin Resort took care of our transportation needs, and we were very happy they partnered us with Red Car. After collecting our bags and stepping outside the airport, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who quickly gathered our luggage and escorted us to our Sprinter van. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Our return trip was just as seamless. We appreciated the consistent service — clean vans, professional drivers, and a safe, relaxing ride. Highly recommend!

We had a 3 1/2 hr delay in our flight and I never had to contact Red Car! The driver was at the airport as if it was our original pick up time. That's quality service. They tracked our flight and helped reduce any stress associated with transportation to our resort. On our return trip back to the airport, again excellent. Our driver was in communication with me to advised he may be a few mins late. Which was not an issue as I have given us extra time in case of any emergencies etc. The driver was professional and the van was clean. There were 5 of us traveling w/luggage just for reference. Booked Red Car though the Ritz Carlton for my family of four. Price was perfect to have them waiting, in a private SUV (first was a new model GMC Yukon, second was an older Escalade), and drive us straight to the hotel. When we walked out of baggage claim they were there waiting, took our bags and quickly got us to the Ritz. The only downside was when we were trying to depart our flight was delayed and they could now move the car an hour later. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Red Car was superb! We changed our flight into St Thomas, arriving a couple of hours earlier than originally scheduled. Red Car had a car ready for us a few minutes after arrival. The staff meeting us was very courteous and welcoming. The driver was friendly and professional and transported us to our hotel without incident. I would definitely use this company again and give it my highest recommendation.
