Private Full Day Or Half Day Charter - 39' Nor-tech

Our group had a GREAT time with Captain Mali during our full day boat excursion to Tortola baths, Norman Island and Willy Ts pirate ship! We had 7 guests on the 34' NorTech, which was a very nice boat. We pumped the music and he gave us a great tour and helped us get back to our cruise ship on time. We had a spectacular day with Captain Jarven and Janie!! They were so nice at taking us to some amazing snorkel spots as well as some enjoyable beach time! It was one of the best trips we have been able to enjoy so far! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We stopped in Tortola on a Disney cruise with a very large group and booked two boats through One Caribbean Charters based on the Trip Advisor Reviews. I'll start with the positives: -The booking process was very easy. April was responsive and flexible. -It's a beautiful area and having a private charter gives the flexibility to go wherever you want. -The boats themselves were nice. -We stopped at Willie T's for lunch which I'd highly recommend. You can only get there by boat making it a very unique experience, the food is good and everyone said it was one of the highlights of the entire trip. Unfortunately, there were some major setbacks with the tour overall: -The boats were a full hour late. We try to be easygoing travelers but we had six kids in our group and it is nearly impossible to keep kids calm while standing for an hour in the blazing sun. Apparently they had problems getting through customs (I think they usually leave out of St. Thomas) so everyone was on edge (including the captains) when we started. -They told us the boats didn't have bathrooms. There was definitely a bathroom on our boat (not sure about the second) but they said we weren't allowed to use it so I guess they don't want you using the bathrooms on the boats. This is not the end of the world - we made stops and were in and out of the ocean but something to keep in mind when booking a full day tour. -There was not enough snorkeling equipment on the boats for everyone and there were no kid-size masks or fins. They had emergency life jackets but the only flotation devices available for snorkeling were pool noodles. Not having life jackets for the kids to snorkel with wasn't ideal but not having kids equipment or enough masks for the adults is unacceptable. They knew how many people we had, including the number of children and I said in my very first email that we were primarily interested in snorkeling. My daughter is eight and wound up coming out of the ocean sobbing because we'd told her we were taking her snorkeling and her giant mask kept filling up with water. Three adults didn't get to snorkel because they didn't have equipment. -I asked if there was anything they could do to compensate us for the late start and lack of snorkeling equipment. They waived a $25 per person customs fee but said that that was all they could do since they'd already giving us a group discount (the tour was discounted 10% but a third of our party wasn't able to snorkel). -They charged ~$400/boat for gas. They were clear upfront that fuel was not included so this is just an FYI of what to expect in terms of cost if you decide to book.

Great day on the water with our captain Jashae. He tailored the trip destinations and timing to do the things we wanted to.

Great experience, these guys will do whatever you want! We had Kevin who was an amazing captain and an awesome guy. We will definitely be using them again on our next trip!

We had a wonderful half-day charter with One Caribbean. Jashae, our captain, made the trip extra special with his fun, laid-back style. The boat was beautiful and the spots where Jashae took us had excellent snorkeling. We will definitely book with Jashae and One Caribbean on our next trip to USVI.

We went to the BVI‘s from St. Thomas and had an amazing trip with Captain Craig. The boat was absolutely beautiful, pristine, comfortable and seemed very new. There were only two of us. Captain Craig was very open to what we wanted and took a snorkeling at amazing places and helped us decide on places to eat was willing to do anything. It was very choppy as it’s been very windy in St. Thomas recently, but the boat rode very smooth. Have chartered boats in the Virgin Islands 10+ times. Can absolutely recommend without reservation Captain Craig, this boat in this company.

This charter was our favorite day on the islands. Highly recommend! Our family of four toured on the 34’ Nor-Tech from St Thomas to spend the day over in the BVI’s. Boat was super clean and ran like dream across the ocean with music jamming out. I can’t say enough about needing to book the BVI’s for gorgeous views, snorkeling and island fun! We did the trails through the Bath’s at Virgin Gorda and the beach, which is a must see and do. One of our favorite snorkeling spots was the Indians. You can snorkel around the entire island and there is an underwater cave you can swim through. There’s a ton of sea life and coral reefs. A great lunch stop was on very nice beach on Norman Island called Pirates Bight. This is right near Willy T’s and we headed over after lunch to go party and watch the kids jump off the boat. We certainly loved booking this charter through a family owed business. One Caribbean Charters took great care of us! Thank you!

Another amazing 3 days with Jervan! You can’t have St Thomas without a charter with One Caribbean. Jervan is an outstanding Captain- making sure everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves! Jervon with One Caribbean Charters was everything we could have hoped for and more! Highly recommend booking directly with the company if you can. We initially intended to go out on a Friday. The weather wasn’t ideal and Jervon graciously offered to take us out the following day. We didn’t have a set game plan. We made the mistake of thinking the suggested itinerary was something the company came up with. Thankfully, Jervon knew all the best places to visit and was an amazing guide with tons of knowledge!

Our family has been coming to St. Thomas annually for the past 13 years. By far our favorite day of our trip is a BVI private charter. We’ve been on numerous boats and experienced loads of captains. We have been fortunate the past two years to have found One Caribbean Charters and more specifically Captain Jervan! The experience is nothing short of first class. His communication from booking to boarding the boat is professional and thoughtful. He takes care off our needs and ensures we have everything needed for a great day on the water. While on the boat, Jervan engages all of our family members to checkin and make sure all are having a good time. Safety is top of mind throughout the day. We cannot recommend Captain Jervan enough as side from saying we will only have him as our captain when we return!!

We had the best day on our full-day charter out of Tortola. Captain Jervan was amazing! Our day was filled with incredible snorkeling and had so much fun at Willy T's too! Our party of 8 could not of asked for a better day. Don't hesitate... the only charter to book.

Beautiful boat and well worth it. We took young kids and had a great time swimming at different beaches. Captain Jervin was very helpful and accommodating!

Captain Jervan and Stella were amazing! We had a beautiful day on the water as a family. We visited Foxy’s, Soggy Dollar, Willy T’s floating restaurant, The Bath’s National Park (not to be missed!), Maho Bay to see the turtles (oh my goodness!). Jervan was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the islands and knew exactly where to take us for the best tour! Such an unforgettable experience. Great time with Captain Jervan! He allowed us to customize the trip and spend more or less time at the stops that we wanted. It was the best day of our trip to USVIs and BVIs. I can not write enough to express how wonderful One Caribbean Charters was for our family of five. Jervan was amazing. First time visitors to the island and we wanted to make the most out of the time we had- Jervans easy going nature allowed us to do so! From swimming with turtles at Maho Beach, snorkeling the beautiful reefs and enjoying a great lunch on the water. Captain Jervan was amazing. We went with my sisters and our spouses making 6 people. We were all over 68 yrs young. 2 just had knee surgery. Jervan took care of us all and took us to 6 different places to snorkel. Most of us snorkeled in all 6 places. The day was beautiful and laid back. Ate pizza at Pizza Pi in Christmas bay. Pizza is barely ok but we were hungry. Total cost for gas, gratuities, and excursion was $1850. For all we were able to see and do we felt it was worth it. Their boat was awesome with lots of room to lounge around.

An amazing, unforgettable experience aboard the 34' Nor-Tech! From start to finish, our private full-day charter exceeded all expectations. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring our safety and comfort throughout the journey. The scenery was breathtaking, and we had ample time for swimming, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun. We recommend choosing lunch at Lavango beach club, pricy but delicious! We had the taco bow, braised short rib grilled cheese, crab cake sliders and lobster guacamole, all amazing! The only minor critique was the clarity of communication regarding the meeting point, but once aboard, any concerns were quickly forgotten. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more transparency about the amounts additional charges. be prepared for $300-400 for the fuel charges and if going to Tortola, which we skipped, $75/pp for customs fees. Nonetheless, these were minor hiccups in an otherwise flawless adventure. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable excursion. We came in on a cruise and went out from 9 am-4 pm and were back in plenty of time to depart to our next destination.

Great time. Jashae was a great captain and we really enjoyed our trip to the BVIs. If you do this, but sure to offer Jashae a mango pineapple smoothie from the area next to the customs house in Tortola

Nice trip. Captain helped us do a good trip thru the Baths. Scout was a nice boat. You might have more beer selection on the boat.

We spent two full days with Jarvan! We explored St. John and then Virgin Gorda and Tortola. He was full of stories and knowledge of the area. Brought us to some of his favorite places and knew the best places for lunch. He really helped us make the most of our time and I cannot say enough about him!

We were 3 couples saying on St Thomas. Hired the boat through an app, met at the marina and had a fun time. Everything was handled by Captain Ricky at customs to go to the British side for the afternoon. We highly recommend this fun filled excursion

Captain Jervan showed everyone on board a great time. We spent the day between the Baths, Willy T's and Jost Van Dyke before stopping off for a quick dip at St. John's.
