Turtles, Private Beaches, Pizza on the water and sightseeing from St Thomas to St John . Captain Heather was fantastic. She suggested locations the entire family loved, Stong Rays, Turtles, Fish of all kinds, shipwrecks, It was a great day!

We had a fantastic day snorkling with Tammy. Our cruise ship was late getting to port but Tammy was very accommodating to our schedule and made sure we saw all the best spots. I would definitely book again on our next visit to St Thomas.

Steph and John did a fantastic job showing us the beautiful waters of St. Thomas and St. John. Lots of info given about the area and houses and who lived there. Snorkeling was fun and we got to see some cool fish. The sunset part of the trip was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

We spent an amazing day on a private charter with Captain Maeve around St John. She took us to the most beautiful snorkeling spots all around the island. We also toured several of the smaller islands that make up the USVI. Captain Maeve arranged for a yummy lunch at Pizza Pi. She personalized the day for us, giving us the opportunity to swim with nurse sharks off Lovango. We will definitely book again with Stormy Pirates and Captain Maeve!

The trip led by Jackson and Tara was amazing. Among the 14 of us, we all had a blast- snorkeled with sea turtles, lots of punch drinks, a great boat playlist, and a yummy lunch. Totally recommend!

It was our first time to St. Thomas. Stormy Pirates was awesome to work with in setting up our excursion. They gave great info on parking that we even used other days in that area of town. Mauve (not sure if I spelled it right) was an amazing captain! She was an expert driver and was very informative of everything we saw. It was our first time snorkeling and she was so helpful! Our experience with Stormy Pirates in the U.S. Virgin Islands was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we stepped aboard, our captains Rich and Tara made us feel welcome, relaxed, and completely taken care of. They were not only fantastic captains, but also incredible hosts who shared so much fascinating history about the Virgin Islands throughout the trip. We learned so much while still having an amazing time. The snorkeling was truly extraordinary. The locations they took us to were stunning, and we were lucky enough to see and snorkel with sea turtles, along with countless beautiful, colorful fish. The water was crystal clear, and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen and special. We cannot recommend Stormy Pirates, Rich, and Tara enough. She took us all over St. John, Jost Van Dyke, plus a bunch of hidden little islands and unreal snorkel spots that felt like we found secrets no one else knows about. Floating taco bar? ✔️ Best tacos of my life. Random dive bars? ✔️ Floating rum pirate ship?? ✔️✔️✔️ On top of all that, her boating skills were next-level, and she made the whole day so much fun, easy, and unforgettable. Zero stress, all vibes. I’d give her 10 stars, but honestly 15 wouldn’t be enough. Book with Carli. Just trust me.

We had the best time with Stormy Pirates. We went out for the day with the family. It was a surprise for our parents. The boat was awesome. It was perfect for a family of 4. There was some shade if that is what you are worried about. The cooler had everything we could have needed to drink. We had Tara as our captain for the day. She was AWESOME! We rented a charter last time and they really didn't give us a great tour of the islands. Tara showed us all around. She was so knowledgeable when it came to the islands and answering all of our questions. And she had a FIRE playlist that made the day better. In terms of snorkeling and swimming. We stopped at some amazing spots. The coral was so colorful, fish were all over the place and we even got to see a nurse shark. Next time we come back to the Virgin Islands we are definitely renting a charter again for the day with Stormy Pirates.

Do it. This team will make things happen. They have an awesome team, up to and including Captian Tyler. (Who is a legend). Boats are super nice and you'll have the experience of a lifetime. Like Nike says, Just do it. *unless Nike was involved in a scandal but just do it anyway because you're in the most beautiful part of the world. **Stormy Pirates has no affiliation with Nike because of things.

The views were awesome and Heather told us a lot about the islands and some cool stories that went along with them. Stopped at 3 places to snorkel and saw sea turtles, eagle ray stingray and lots of fish.

Stormy Pirates tour was amazing! We did a private charter all around the islands. She stopped and snorkeled several times and it was amazing! Captain Tara was so wonderful and helped out with our 3 year old. Our teen and tot both had a wonderful time and Pizza Pi was really cool too. We saw turtles, sting rays, eel, puffer fish, octopus and many colorful fish! Would highly recommend! Thanks Tara!

Just experienced the best boat tour of the islands! We received education, lots of laughs, great snorkeling, beautiful views, and an amazing captain! Our Captain was Maeve, and she was so amazing! To be honest, it’s hard to spend this kind of money on something you are unsure of, but this was hands down the best experience. Maeve is what made it so great! Connecting with wonderful people is what life is all about. It was great hearing her story about how she came here from Chicago. Amazing individual who made it a top notch h experience!! Fantastic trip! We did an 8 hour private tour and our captain Tara was full of knowledge about the area and made sure we hit up some great snorkel spots, locations on shore and had a great charter! Stormy Pirates was easy to plan and work with from the beginning to end!

Wow! What a fabulous day we had with Tara as our Captain. Beautiful views, fun snorkeling, lunch at Pizza Pi, Rum punch and relaxation. It was everything we needed. Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fun! Perfect for this job and she handled that boat like a pro! I mistakenly left my mask/snorkel behind and Tara volunteered to bring it to us the next morning and personally took us over in her vehicle to catch the ferry to St John. She went above and beyond! Stormy Pirates-you are a first rate company and she is a gem! We plan to return in May and we are planning to use Stormy Pirates and hopefully Tara again! Thank you!

Did a private charter 27 ft. Hydra sport motor boat trip from St. John with captain Maeve. We circled St. John and visited some great snorkeling spots. The waves were high and it was a bit rough but we had a great day! Captain Maeve was the best! She was personable, knowledgeable. We were in exceptional hands in rough waters and had a wonderful time!

We wanted a quiet day charter experience, just us — no rum guzzling monster group. Was looking for some snorkel time, maybe some time with a turtle or two and lunch at Lime Out. All of my pre-contract agreement questions were answered quickly and honestly. I felt confident the trip would be great Boat day !! We were picked up promptly as schedule by our Captain “Tara” … and from that point on our trip exceeded all of my expectations !!! Tara was an amazing host - absolutely competent captain, knowledgeable of the area (provided some historical and tour guide info throughout our day. Boat was comfortable / clean / fun. Tara was well prepared to find us an amazing reef to snorkel with plenty of fish. She took care of getting us to Lime Out for lunch in time to get a coveted floating station. And as promised … she put us “right in top of some turtles”. The scenery from the water is phenomenal - honestly the islands’ beauty just can’t be appreciated until you look at it from the water. An absolutely beautiful day … amazing experience A PRICELESS DAY !!!

Taylor M was an amazing captain. He listened to our requests and navigated a great tour for us. Our boys loved going fast on the boat. We went to 2 different locations to snorkel, enjoyed a nice lunch at Lovango Resort and Beach club and enjoyed some leisure time on the boat while enjoying the amazing views of St Thomas and St John. We are already wanting to book another trip to the islands, so we can head out on another adventure with Stormy Pirates.

Dave and Maeve took us on a tour to the Baths, Cooper Island for a beautiful lunch and then to amazing snorkeling at Norman island. Food and drinks were great. Maeve provided lots of history and culture as Dave drove between islands. A great expedition!

Had a great time with a great crew. Drinks were great and learning about the islands were fun. Got to snorkel with sea turtles, a shipwreck and sharks. One of the crew even dove down and got a starfish to show everyone. Boat was really clean and nice and Lime Out lunch was icing on the cake. Got to learn about the crew as well which was nice. The captain could relax a littler more and have fun but still it was so fun. I would do it every day if I could! Really great bang for the buck too.

We had former Coast Guard Tyler as our Captain, he was fantastic. He knew all the hot spots and where to go to let us see what we wanted to see. Tyler is very knowledgeable about the history of the areas. Highly recommend asking for him as your Captain if you take this tour. It won't disappoint by any means!

This was an incredible tour. Captain Tyler took us to several beaches that are only reachable by boat and we snorkled around several reefs. The weather was perfect, the water was warm, and Captain Tyler made a delicious batch of pirate punch. I’d do this tour again in a heartbeat.

If you are ever contemplating doing a private tour, DO IT! This was great for me and my 3 kids - all teenagers. We were able to do what we wanted and not have to worry about other families and being on other people's time schedule. Our captain Ty was phenomenal and was super kind all day. Definitely would go again if the occasion arose.

Our group of six had a blast with our guide Tyler. We went around St. John, snorkled, and ate tacos at Lime out. We were only in St. Thomas for half a day with our cruise so the 6 hour charter was perfect for us. I wish we had more time to explore more but that just means we will have to go back! Tyler was a great guide and bartender.

Tyler was great. Professional, and charming. Great work bud. The trip was snorkle focused with some nice history on the side. If you are looking for a chill day on the water with some water fun, I recommend this tour and captain.

Family of 5 with 3 boys 13,10, and 7. We had sooo much fun snorkeling, hearing the history of the islands, and taking in the breath taking views of the USVI from the water. We saw a half dozen turtles, a sting ray, and numerous fish while snorkeling above a sunken sailboat. Captain Tyler is awesome with kids and made this trip a memorable one for our family. The boat had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our 6 hour trip. We highly recommend the Stormy Pirates private charters. And ask for Captain Ty you won’t regret it!!!
