Robyn and Dave were a great crew. They made the trip super fun, were focused on creating a great experience based on what we wanted to do. They made sure our drinks were filled and that the day was filled with sun, sand and laughter. They make an awesome team.

Our charter with Stormy Pirates was such a fun addition to our wedding week and ended up being one of the highlights of the trip! Maeve, Kevin, and Captain Dave were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The seas were a bit rough the day we went, but they handled everything so professionally while still making sure we had an incredibly fun day. Safety was clearly their priority, but they never let the conditions take away from the experience. When we weren’t able to moor in White Bay because of the conditions, they quickly found alternatives and adjusted the day without making it feel like a disappointment. They also made everything outside of the boat incredibly easy. They handled all of our on-island transportation, gave us great recommendations, and made going through customs feel completely seamless. They kept us informed about what to expect and made sure we were prepared every step of the way. One of our guests became too seasick to continue on the boat, and the Stormy Pirates team went above and beyond to help find an alternative way for him to get back safely. That level of care really stood out to us and showed that they genuinely cared about our entire group, not just providing a great charter. Maeve, Kevin, and Captain Dave were fun, knowledgeable, accommodating, and incredibly attentive. They struck the perfect balance between making the day exciting and making sure everyone was safe and comfortable. We would highly recommend Stormy Pirates to anyone looking to charter. Even with challenging conditions, they made it an unforgettable day and a fantastic addition to our wedding week!

Took the Jost Van Dyke/ Willy T Funday trip! Everything was awesome. Capt Cornelius and Kevin went out of their way to give us a great trip! The trip was truly great and even got to meet the legend Foxy himself. My wife is recovering from a broken foot, and Captain and Kevin did all they could to accommodate and there were no issues, even when getting on boat after swimming in from Soggy Dollar. This trip is well worth the time and $.

My husband and I had a great time with captain Cornelius and Brenden. Check in was seamless at our pickup location in St. Thomas. We stopped in St. John to pick up a few folks as well. Our day was packed with island hopping and an open bar. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a really safe and fun time!

It's a lot of fun. Great bars and restaurants and shopping. Need a dry bag for your phone and money because you have to swim to shore on one occasion. They provided them but put our dry bag i to theirs for double protection.

10/10 day! We had beautiful weather, Tyler and Grant took excellent care of us all day and made the day super fun! We enjoyed getting to walk around JVD while Grant waited on customs. White Bay was beautiful as always, and Willy T’s was such a fun experience. Will absolutely sail again with Stormy!

I visited (as a reasonably attractive Ravishing Russian working in the Maritime Industry) on 7/21/26 with my group of 5 others and we had the best time. Cornelius and Stephanie were both extremely knowledgable of the area and VERY entertaining throughout the entire trip through the islands and it made the entire day a great time and was a little saddened when it ended. I would recommend this company with this Captain and Mate to anyone.

We had a fantastic day with Heather and Cornelius from Stormy Pirates. They both went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time, sharing local tips and interesting information throughout the trip. We really wanted to snorkel, and they made sure we had plenty of time in the water and helped us find some great spots. Absolutely Excellent! This was the best thing we did on island. We got to see so much in one day, making it a great value for the money. The whole experience was professional, friendly and informative about local legends. Our guides were Brandon and Kevin and they are better than excellent! There is seriously not one negative or drawback about this adventure. Every stop was curated and perfectly timed. One of the best excursions I’ve taken anywhere on the planet!

We traveled to St. Thomas for a girls’ birthday celebration with 10 ladies, and the birthday girl’s top request was a trip to Jost Van Dyke. We booked the Jost Van Dyke Funday excursion with Stormy Pirates, and it absolutely did not disappoint! From the moment we boarded, Cornelius and Kevin thoroughly covered all the safety instructions and then kept the energy high the entire day. They were so much fun that they truly felt like part of our group. We loved meeting Foxy, who was every bit as cool as his reputation and full of hilarious stories. The food highlight was the incredible conch fritters at Soggy Dollar, washed down with some of the best Painkillers we’ve ever had. We wrapped up the day at Willy T’s, where most of us (but not all!) took the legendary jump off the top—such a perfect ending! We were genuinely sad when it was time to head back. Huge thanks to Kevin and Cornelius for making it such a memorable experience. We highly recommend Stormy Pirates!

What a fun day! From booking to drop off the day was smooth and exactly as planned. The places we visited were beautiful and so much fun! You’ll have to see it to believe it! We loved seeing the islands from the water perspective. Captain C and his mate Nick took such good care of us. They made sure we had the best day, and made us feel safe doing so. I highly recommend this excursion.
