We took Caribe Express out for a team outing. Captain Sean was fantastic! He took great care of us. The boat was clean and in great condition.

The tour was everything we had asked for with a very professional and patient captain. Communication throughout the experience from booking to the day of the tour was very helpful. My family had a fantastic experience and that is more than I could have hoped for.

Our family took a full-day trip with Captain Andrew and experienced St. John from a whole new perspective. We saw and explored parts of the island only accessible by boat. The sea life and turtles in these areas were incredible to witness. The beauty of each Cay and beach was truly stunning. As a bonus, Captain Andrew shared knowledge about various landmarks and the island's history, which deepened our appreciation of St. John. We highly recommend this adventure! We had a great time with Caroline and Brien and they did a wonderful job showing us the national parks in St. John and hooked us upwith some really nice snorkeling spots. We saw lots of turtles lots of stingrays lots of fish and had a wonderful experience on board as well as in water we also really loved our experience at pizza pi in Christmas Cove and look forward to coming back to St. John again.

Bryan was wonderful! He went above and beyond. There was a mix up on pick up location but he more than made up for it!

This was an excellent experience. Very clean boat, well stocked, guide was excellent and knowledgeable. Seas were choppy at times and the captain was superb maintaining a smooth and safe ride. I have grown up boating my whole life and I understand how difficult it can be to maintain that level of control on choppy seas. He also took us to great spots for exploration and brought us back to dock exactly on time to the minute! Well worth the time and money. So great!! Would use again for sure!

Awesome job captain Bryan! He was so super flexible with us even when we changed our minds mid trip as far as where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. He was so easy-going and great to work with. Captain Bryan is amazing!

The captain, Andrew, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The boat was the cleanest we’ve ever had. Our tour was terrific. We’ve had good ones and bad ones. This was the best!!

We had a great time. Everyone in our group agreed that this was the best activity we did on our trip. Captain Bryan was great: friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He took us to some great snorkeling spots where we saw many different kinds of fish, sea turtles and a ray. Andrew our captain was perfect! He Suggested a great itinerary, was always there when we wanted to leave a place, communicated well, played music we asked for, let us have our own time together without interjecting, etc. It was our favorite day of our whole trip. Just incredible! Get to the baths early in the morning! So amazing!

Hands down one of the best parts of our trip! We even got upgraded, which was an awesome surprise. Captain Andrew, Danny, and the long-haired curly blond guy from Maryland (I wish I remembered your name!) were seriously the best. They were fun to hang out with, easy to talk to, and made the whole day feel relaxed instead of like a scripted tour. They took us to some incredible snorkeling spots, answered all our random questions, and made sure everyone was having a great time. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows. Great crew, great vibes, and one of those days we'll be talking about for a long time. We'd absolutely book with them again!

We had the best day with Captain Bryan! We visited Foxy's and Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Spit, and ended the day on Normand Island. Bryan really let us dictate how much time we spent at each spot which was nice because we didn't feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and shared some fun facts with us about the islands. Highly recommend!! Communication was easy, boat was clean, and somehow they even provided a picture perfect weather day! :) Thanks for a great charter!

We had a wonderful day out on the boat around St. John. Captain Danny took time to see what we wanted to do with our day. He took us to 3 different bays to snorkel. We were able to snorkel with turtles which was the highlight. Stopped at Pizza Pi for lunch. He was very courteous and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!

Such a fun day! We saw turtles, an octopus, rays, and tons of fish. Stopped at lime out for a great lunch. Captain Andrew was awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable! 11/10 would recommend!

We booked a full-day charter with Bonus Time Charters for my bachelorette trip last Saturday, and it turned into the best day of our lives. From the beginning, communication was so easy and stress-free, and Captain Danny was absolutely incredible. He checked in beforehand, answered everything quickly, and made the entire experience seamless. To make things even funnier - because this was a bachelorette trip - we may have gone a little too hard the night before and woke up running late to the charter. I texted Danny immediately apologizing and letting him know we’d be there ASAP, and he could not have been cooler or more understanding about it. Zero stress, zero judgment (or at least he hid it very well!). The rest of the day honestly felt magical. We snorkeled, spot hopped, grabbed pizza, blasted music, laughed until we cried, and saw more wildlife than we could have imagined - a mama dolphin and her baby, sea turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks, barracuda… it was unreal. Captain Danny somehow managed to handle three chaotic bachelorette girls with the patience of a saint while also being fun, knowledgeable, laid-back, and completely on top of everything. Cannot recommend Bonus Time Charters enough - if you’re going to St. Thomas/John, BOOK THE CHARTER. Worth every penny and easily the highlight of our trip. We’re still laughing. Had the best day with Captain Brian. We communicated a few spots we wanted to visit and then left the itinerary up to him….it was a perfect day! His lunch recommendation was perfect! Also appreciated the comfortable ride as far as speed and bumpiness. Our family of 5 all enjoyed the boat trip and chatting with Captain Brian. He also served a a great videographer capturing our group jump at Willy T’s! Thank you Captain Brian!!!!

Andrew was great from beginning to the end. Good communication before the trip, follow up the day before our charter, and met us where he said when he said. The day was filled with exactly what we asked for and customized for our wants. We experienced epic snorkeling and ended the day on a pristine beach only accessible by boat. We will use bonus time again.

Second time with Bonus time, and they were phenomenal once again. We had a great day with Captain Bryan, who navigated some rough water and found nice calm spots for snorkeling. He even helped our kids while the adults were in the water. Thanks again!

If I could give this 100 stars, I would. It was amazing. Captain Bryan was fabulous! My best friend and I took a combined 5 children on this tour- ages 6 to 12. It was perfection. Captain Bryan even took us to the US Virgin Islands park office for our national park stamp. We went to amazing snorkeling and beach stops. He taught us about the wildlife and the history. We stopped at Pizza Pi and had a delicious meal and lots of fun. We snorkeled over a shipwreck. Captain Bryan had all of the gear we needed. Even a sudden and unexpected downpour did not dampen the fun. Thank you, Captain Bryan! We will surely be booking again.

I booked a full day private charter from St. John half way thru our visit and it was a great decision. Communication with the owner prior to the day was easy and very detailed. Captain Bryan picked us up at the dock and then we set out on our adventure. We visited 2 great snorkeling locations before a lunch at Lovango. We finished up the day with another great snorkeling site picked by Captain Bryan. My mom and I had a wonderful time and really felt well taken care of during our day on the water. Bryan was kind, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to give us an epic day we will never forget.

We had a fantastic day out on the water with Bonus Time charters. Even though it was a windy day, the captain knew the spot we could safely snorkel. We saw a shipwreck and some turtles. We also did a little sightseeing. We had to cut the trip a little short as one of our group members wasn’t feeling good(head cold…nothing to do with the tour operator). The captain was very responsive and got us back to the dock safely. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend if you are considering a private excursion.

We used BonusTime 3 different times over our week stay. One day for BVIs tour, one for snorkeling tour around St. John and one for private Scuba diving captain. We had three different captains and each one was GREAT! Bryan, Vic and Stephen w Gus! You won’t be disappointed. Capt Andrew, I hope we get to meet next time!

We loved our private boat tour with Captain Andrew. We were incredibly impressed by his knowledge of the islands and the hidden snorkel spots around St. John—some of the most diverse sea life we’ve ever seen. We stopped at Pizza Pi for lunch, which was incredible (highly recommend the Peachy Goat!). We had an absolute blast and would highly recommend this experience.

Good communication and fantastic day on the water with captain Vic. Hit several good snorkeling spots and fun stop at floating pizza boat for lunch. Much better experience than going with a large tour company. Yes, it is a little more expensive, but if you can swing it you won’t be disappointed

The Bonus Time Charter Crew was fabulous. They helped us with all our gear and took us exactly where we wanted to go. We had a great time on their boat and being in the water. I will use their serviceas again and again and again. This was my third charter with them. What a fine day :)

Superb experience, knowledgeable captain Andrew, great locations for snorkeling, information great about surrounding beaches, fancy mansions on the mountain side, PLUS the weather was fantastic. Small group made family time very interactive. We did wish that the floating restaurants were available for lunch, but completely understand due to hurricane season.

To be a young man and have the level of his mariner skills along with his ability to make sure the customer is having a top notch experience is unbelievable. My husband and I had a fantastic time on a full-day charter with Bonus Time Charters. Captain Andrew was the best. His boat was clean, and we felt completely safe with him taking us around the island and surrounding cays. He tailored the day to our interests and skill level. Andrew took us to about 7 snorkel spots in the St. John area, including several spots you can’t reach by shore. He was very knowledgeable about each of the snorkel spots and told us what to look for. We saw an abundance of fish, two spotted eagle rays cruising together, a reef shark, southern stingrays, tarpon, sea turtles, and a lot of soft coral and sponges. Another highlight was visiting a floating pizza restaurant in Christmas Cove for lunch. The day with Andrew was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely book him again if we come back to St. John.

What an AMAZING DAY! Captain Andrew was perfect, knew all the ropes to get us through customs quickly. He worked with us to personalize our charter to ensure we had a FULL amazing day! I can't wait to get back to tour with him again!

This was a true 10/10 experience!! We had Captain Andrew for our tour and he was great. He was very informative, super laid back, and let us do whatever we wanted. We left from Red Hook to sail at around St. John and stopped at Lime Out for lunch. We truly had a great time and we all agreed we would do this again!!

We had a group of 7 women on this trip and it was AMAZING!! Captain Andrew was wonderful, very professional but laid back and fun. Gave us tons of information throughout the trip. We went from Red Hook and he took us all around St. John, including Lime Out! We saw TONS of sea turtles and marine life!! We all agreed that we would love to do this again and if we could have done this trip every day we were at St. Thomas, we would. Overall this experience was 10/10 and we would definitely be back!!

Captain Andrew was beyond exceptional. We asked for snorkeling and he delivered with 4 separate spots that were amazingly beautiful. We not only saw so many colorful fish but at a couple of the locations we were able to see sea turtles and sting rays. We also saw squid, and got to see an Eagle ray which Captain Andrew said was a special treat. He showed us Kenny Chesney's house past and present, the house Oppenheimer retired to, the luxurious $80 million dollar home of the person that bought Little St James and plans to turn it into a resort (don't think we'll be visiting it though lol). We also made our way to the famous Lime Out for some of the best tacos I've ever had. This charter was truly one of our best decisions and Captain Andrew was just amazing!

Captain Andrew provided a wonderful memory making experience for our family group of nine. He worked with us to customize our trip, with four snorkel stops and lunch at Lime Out. He was very knowledgeable of the pros and cons of different areas and gave us helpful guidance to locate turtles and explore the coral reefs. He was very professional but also quite personable. We would highly recommend a boat/snorkel trip with Bonus Time Charters.

We had an awesome time boating around St Thomas and St John! Captain Andrew knew all the best spots to see on the island, and made sure we got to do and see everything on our bucket lists! He took us to the best places to snorkel, we saw many reefs teeming with colorful sea creatures. Favorite spot of this trip was an isolated beach, only accessible by boat. Beautiful crystal clear blue water and white sands all to ourselves… you can’t get better than that. Then lunch at a floating taco bar. Just an incredible experience we were thankful to have done while on the island.

We had an incredible day cruising around St John’s on Bonus Time! The views of the islands were incredible, and we enjoyed snorkeling at so many amazing spots. Captain Andrew knew exactly where to take us to find SEA TURTLES!!(as well as really cool eagle rays and manta rays, and plenty of colorful fish). We were impressed by his knowledge of the area and the history of the islands, and appreciated his professionalism!! This was an unforgettable experience, and our favorite part of our trip to beautiful USVI.
