Their merchandise is all so beautiful and amazing quality. My 8400.00 purchase appraised at over 12,000.00 Car service was provided for me back to the pier by their driver. This place makes you feel like royalty. Cocktails were also served 😜

Kay’s Fine Jewelry, provides an excellent jewelry buying experience. From the moment we entered the store in St. Thomas we felt welcomed and individually attended to. Amar & Luv were extremely helpful. Their motto, “Luxury with a Family Touch” is so true! I absolutely adore the pieces of jewelry that we purchased. My husband even surprised me with a bonus Anniversary ring!

My husband bought a beautiful diamond and sapphire ring to celebrate our 40th anniversary while we were visiting St. Thomas. The staff at Kay's Fine Jewelry were helpful and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. After returning home, I lost one of the stones in my ring during the first week. I contacted the store and they sent me a label to return the ring immediately for repair. They replaced the stone at no charge as well as tightening the other settings. It was such an easy company to deal with! I would highly recommend shopping in their store. They take care of their customers both during and after the sale!!

What a place This is top rated service, no pressure put on you, but they know what they are doing. The jewelries they have are so nice and of good quality. They can adjust on the spot or make you a white gold version in a few hours. I recommend this place if you want to be safe and have good quality, just do it.

A group of us went shopping when we got to the port. We went to several stores until found exactly what we wanted. The warranty, quality, prices, and customer service were great! Vick and staff were great. I was there with a family member and friends. We looked at a lot of jewelry and finally settled on a pair of 1.4 ct earrings and my sister bought the same pair of earrings and some earrings and bracelet with diamonds and rubies. When we returned from cruise I contacted Kay’s to ask for a certificate of authenticity which they promptly provided. Great experience overall!

We compared all of the shops on the Main Street and ended up buying jewelry at Kay’s. The service was excellent and the prices also. Luv, I believe, was the name of man who helped us. They also carry lab diamonds set in 14k gold. We also received the appraisal in the US mail a few weeks after we returned home. We bought a lovely “diamond by the yard” necklace.

I purchased a beautiful double row diamond bracelet from Mash, he was wonderful to work with and I felt like I got a very good price on a very high quality item. I had worked in the fine jewelry business for many years and I was very confident in buying from Kays Fine Jewelers.

After reading such rave reviews of Kay's Fine Jewelry, I reached out to their St. Thomas store as it was going to be one of our cruise stops. I was connected with Amar and told him what I was looking for. He sent pictures as well as a video of the case of diamond flexible bangle bracelets. We were picked up by Henry at the cruise port promptly at 9:30 and took us right to Kay's. Amar showed us a variety of diamond bangles and never once tried to upsell us or pressure us into making a decision. It was the most pleasant buying experience ever! I purchased a beautiful and unique flexible diamond bracelet that was in my budget and far exceeded my expectation. My sweet, thoughtful husband surprised me by purchasing a diamond and dark topaz bracelet in memory of my mother who passed in August (topaz is her birthstone). They look gorgeous stacked together! 5 stars is not enough! Our experience with Amar and Kay's Fine Jewelry was exceptional!

We were introduced to Amar by our resort bartender Samuel. We learned the history of this family owned business and we made to feel very comfortable buying jewelry on our vacation. My husband treated me to a new engagement ring after 36 years of marriage. He had always promised to upgrade my ring since we were first married. So many other things always preempted this purchase. I originally wanted to have that diamond reset, however, when I saw the ring we purchased I fell in love. Amar has jewelers on call so it could be better sized. Amar suggested having my original diamond set in a pendant. Such a great idea! The next day we returned to purchase earrings for my daughter with her birth stone Safire. I also purchased aquamarine earrings in my birth stone. Amar had screw backs placed while we waited. Full service jewelry store. No pressure sales. Such a wonderful experience. Just wish I had more money and could afford more jewelry. Remember, diamonds are a girl’s best friend 🥰

Omg I love this place!. I have been following them on facebook for years. Purchased several pieces from them in the past. Decided to look again. Oh No. I cannot get out of there without spending money. They are also unique and offer so many beautiful pieces they create. Mark was awesome to help us , I ended up buying a fabulous ring and then went on to buy a new flexible bracelet right before we left. They kept in contact with me and even offered to come get me from the ship. Kay's you rock and thanks to Mark again. Great shopping experience as always, Hope to see you again!

A good friend of mine has purchased from Sam at Kay's St. Maarten location for over 30 years. He and his wife recently went on a cruise and purchased a blue diamond ring at the store. I saw her ring and immediately fell in love with the blue diamonds. I have never seen such a beautiful color of blue. I went to the website and found a unique blue and white diamond ring in a rose gold setting. We called Sam and he helped us with the purchase. It was so easy. We also had the pleasure of working with Vick and Tamille. Everyone was so helpful! I cannot wait to go on a cruise and visit in person! (I often look at the website to see what else may catch my eye)
