Great service to use if you’re in the area and don’t want to deal with taxi services. Communication was great and both our drivers were on time and fantastic. We had some flight issues and they were very accommodating. Would definitely use again.

One thing I loved was we were texted a picture of my drivers as well as the license plate of our vehicle. It added safety and less confusion. When traveling this important to me when traveling with a large group with lots of luggage. Our family used them for pick up at airport to the Red Hook Ferry to St. John Island, as well on our return. It was reasonable cost for the size of our group. The vehicle was clean and driver both way very helpful and friendly. My go to service for all my travels in USVI.

I used this service to get my elderly parents from the airport to Red Hook. Their driver, Adrienne, was excellent before and during the transfer. She even gave them a bit of a tour on the way. She kept me up-to- date on everything, and I truly appreciated it. She was very quick to respond to email and text. I highly recommend her services and will definitely use her again. A first class service for our return trip from the Cruise port to Coral World. Our two drivers - Ken and Jermaine were friendly and polite. They were both good drivers and we felt very safe with them. The vehicles used were of a very high standard and Ken didn’t even complain when we got sand in his! The price for 5 of us for a return trip was very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are in St. Thomas and need a taxi journey. Thank you.

Adrienne was amazing! From the beginning, she was easy to reach and consistent with communication. She was very thoughtful and kind, giving guidance and suggestions as I planned the details for my friend’s bachelorette. I had never been to the islands and she was able to provide suggestions for activities and getting around even if it was not necessarily using her services which highlighted her dedication to providing a quality experience. Our family was fortunate to be cruising to celebrate my father-in-law's 70th birthday. My husband and I have been to St. John previously and wanted to create our own excursion to show our family. Adrienne helped make the day extra special by providing PHENOMENAL service getting all 7 of us (2 seniors, 3 adults, 2 children ages 8 and 6) to and from the ship and the Red Hook Ferry. Communication ahead of time was prompt, friendly and organized. Her directions were clear and the pricing was absolutely reasonable. I was so excited to finally see her in person once we were off the ship - it was like seeing an old friend! Her suburban was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed chatting about life in St. Thomas. She's a Mom too, and safety is a top priority. Here's why you have to stop reading and book with Adrienne....she was an absolute ROCK STAR when things started to go south on us! As luck would have it, one ferry broke down and the other left early. What could have been a disaster with another driver turned into an all-out effort to make sure we got back to the ship before gangway! Adrienne was in constant contact with us while we waited for another ferry, made sure she was at Red Hook ready to go and even got us the number of a local boat captain to take us back to St. Thomas! Fortunately, another ferry came and we made it back in time, but without Adrienne's help, knowledge and sense of humor it could have really put a damper on an otherwise perfect day! Having used many others over the. years, I can tell you that Adrienne's company is the absolute best! Thorough, professional, comfortable, and enjoyable in every way. We visited STVI for a week. We are a party of six including 3 kids so we’re on the fence between renting two cars to accommodate all of us and our luggage. We decided to hire Adriane to pick us up and take us to our excursions and we are so glad we did. In the long run it was cheaper than getting the cars but more than that, it was great to have someone to make recommendations for restaurants and make sure we got where we needed to go. We highly recommend Virgin Islands Platinum Services. She is so much more than a ride! We learned about the history of the island and even where not to go! For all these reasons and many more, we will definitely hire this company again! She also brought a professional, classy, friendly approach which added to the experience. Everything she recommended made our trip so much better!

We had a group of 8 people staying together on St. John- 6 of whom came all together. Price-wise, it made sense to use the Island Transfer service, where all 6 were picked up, transferred via car ferry, and dropped off at the rental house without a hitch, bypassing the need to plan for multiple cab rides plus a ferry ride. Leaving the islands, we left on separate days in 2 groups of 4, and used VI Platinum service to pick up at Red Hook and take us to the St. Thomas Airport. Thank goodness we did- the last group’s flight was delayed… 5 times! Our driver stuck with us until we got more info at the airport, and realizing we would have to stay overnight in St. Thomas, made hotel recommendations, and got us to a hotel- all with time to spare for her next client! Of course, weigh the price against the extreme convenience and superb service, and if it makes sense, I highly recommend VI Platinum Services.

This limo service was excellent, from their keeping us informed about the airport, baggage handling, and limo location, to their courteous and punctual driver, Ken It was all good and allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves right from the start. I highly recommend these folks. The Mercedes van they drove us in was very nice too.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would!!!! We hired VIPlatinum service for our round trip airport transfer to avoid waiting for taxis at the airport and ferry terminal!!!! .Adrienne and VI Platinum Services are the best. Even before we landed in STT the communication was great! The second we landed we were whisked away by Adrienne thru a secret hallway to avoid baggage claim because we hadn’t check bags. The car cleanliness was IMMACULATE!!!! Adrianne was so so personable, nice and she had great knowledge of St Thomas. Our flight had arrived earlier than anticipated so we were hoping to make an earlier ferry to STJ. WE DID!!!! Because of Adrienne the start and end of our trip we’re amazing. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Adrienne picked us up at STT and took us to Red Hook for the ferry to St John and also picked us up at Red Hook for our return trip to STT. She was waiting at STT for us and since we didn't check bags we were able to get on our way quickly to Red Hook. The Suburban was spotless and so comfortable. It was great not having to share a taxi with several other travelers we didn't know after a long flight. We were able to relax in the ACX and enjoy the sites along the way. She made it a very easy transport to the ferry and showed us how to get our tickets online before arriving to the ferry. Great communication before our pick ups and always on time. Will definitely use Virgin Islands Platinum Services again when we visit St John.

Adrienne and her team offered the best service on the island. They accommodated my party of 6 plus a baby with car seat. Their rates were competitive and cheaper than local taxis on the island. They were always on time if not early. During our trips, Adrienne took us to several look out points without us even asking. We wouldn't have seen those locations without her initiative to stop.
