On time. In constant communication. SUV large and comfortable. Would certainly schedule with them again.

We rented a car and it was to be dropped at the airport. It was, but it was very difficult to find and required walking up a hill with luggage and crappy pavement. It took us way too much time to locate it and since both of us have mobility issues it was problematic that it wasn’t close. Car was fine. Nothing special but worked. I would not rent again.

We had scheduled an airport pick up that was booked through our hotel. I was told that there would be driver waiting as soon as we landed. This was not the case. We called Tropical directly and spoke with Chris. He said there was no car since he tried to reach me but I did not answer. I explained I was on the flight and has no phone service. But I never received a message or a missed call from him. He then said a car would be there shortly but 30 minutes had passed and no car! We had a boat to catch so I was extremely frustrated. I called back and he said someone was on the way and that we never informed him we did not have checked bags which take longer and that there were three cruise ships that had come in causing an issue. No one had ever asked if we had checked bags, how am I suppose to know they need that information! And its not my problem there are cruise ships! He put the blame all on me for this late pick up! It was obvious he just never scheduled a driver for us. Once the driver finally arrived he did his best to get us to the port on time by driving a different route through the hills at super fast speeds. It was a stressful ride and could not wait to get out of this car. I do not recommend using this company. Chris was so rude and unapologetic. This ride cost us $175, they should have at least offered to cover this cost since this is not the service I paid for!

We used this service yesterday and it exceeded my expectations! Their communication with us was excellent, our driver was very friendly and helpful and the vehicle was really comfortable for our family of 5. It was a much better way to get from the airport to Red Hook than the typical taxi service on St. Thomas. Highly recommend.

This experience was extremely stressful and unacceptable. We nearly missed our flight due to the lack of communication and coordination between your teams. I am requesting a full refund for the transfer service and expect this matter to be investigated thoroughly.

MarQuise is the best!! He gave us a cool, comfortable ride to our resort in a clean, new SUV and provided great conversation. Then, when it was time to return to the airport, there was an accident closing the road to our hotel, MarQuise connected with us and met us on the scene and pulled out some amazing driving skills to navigate the road and get us quickly and safely to the airport! Can't say enough great things!

Marquise picked up up at airport for drive to RedHook ferry. He texted as soon as we landed, was parked just outside where he told us he would be. Comfortable ride to ferry, nice vehicle. The roads are crazy on St Thomas, so it’s nice to feel confident in your driver/vehicle. Just booked again for our return trip.

After traveling since early morning we were tired. Our luggage was towards the end. When we got out I turned airplane mode off and immediately got a call from dispatcher yelling at me for not answering my phone. Proceed to where he directed me and had driver yell at me as well. Traffic was bad and driver continued to fuss at other drivers. Suburban needed new springs as they squeaked . I did not pay A LOT to be yelled at! I knew we would be tired and hoped for a peaceful transfer. WRONG. For our return transfer, we used a taxi which was a LOT cheaper and more peaceful. Would not recommend.

Omar was excellent. Great conversation, lots of information about the Island , Great suggestions for dining. And an hour after our drop off at the resort one of our party realized she left her purse in the third row of suv. With the help of Randy from the resort we contacted Omar he found it and made the 25 minute drive to return the purse/phone .

The driver was an excellent communicator. He texted a few hours before pickup to confirm the time and then texted us when he arrived. He was courteous and friendly. We will definitely use this service again in the future.

Chris was extremely helpful in getting us our rental car. Our flight was delayed, and he offered to stay behind two hours later to pick us up from the airport in our rental car. We tried to tip him extra and he would not accept it either. The service overall was very smooth and easy to book!

Tropical Adventure private car service from the airport is a must! It is definitely worth the incremental cost compared to using the taxis vans at the airport where they fill them full with other travelers, the AC is questionable and they make multiple resort/hotel stops. Our family of 5 went directly from the airport to our resort in a clean, comfortable and cool SUV in no time at all. Omar our driver was great! Highly recommend to anyone flying into St Thomas!

Our family of 5 used the shuttle service between the airport and Red Hook Marina. The driver was punctual and communicated with us ahead of time. He was also very friendly and a safe driver. Would recommend the company to anyone needing to get around St Thomas.

I would highly recommend Tropical Adventure for their private airport transfer! It seemed a little expensive to begin with but we had 6 in our party and to get a taxi for all of us would have been close to the same price and it was wonderful to not have to worry about finding one after a long day of traveling and it was wonderful to be able to all ride together to our condo on the other side of the island. Omar was our driver and I can't say enough good things about him. He was great! We enjoyed it so much that we booked the return trip and it was perfect and it was nice to have Omar take us again. Just be sure if you book through trip advisor to personally confirm your pick up time with Tropical Adventure (call them). The computer program sent an almost immediate confirmation when we booked it and said our pickup time to go back to the airport was booked for 9am. We found out that morning at 9 am that Tropical Adventure had received a 1 pm pick up time. They worked it out quickly and were able to come and get us and get us to the airport in plenty of time, which was amazing. The next time we stay in St. Thomas, we will definitely use Tropical Adventure, but we will know to confirm those times!

The driver went above and beyond. He checked on our status from the plane landing thru baggage claim. After getting in the SUV, he proceeded to clarify the stops we needed prior to our drop-off at the hotel. He made sure we didn't need to stop anywhere else before hotel arrival as he knew travel throughout the city during Carnival was going to be difficult. Without a doubt I will use this company again.

I debated how to return from St John to St Thomas on our return. After not getting a good vibe from other transportation options, I reached out to this one. Our last trip to St. Thomas started out with a hassle, a cab ride from the airport to our hotel. It was a huge “cattle car” with guests stuffed in event seat and bagged heaved haphazardly in the back of the huge van! This trip we engaged Tropical Adventure - St. Thomas for a private SUV ride from the airport to our condo. What a difference a choice makes. The driver, Omar, was terrific. Exactly on time to pick us up, great communication to coordinate the pick-up spot, and a nice chat about the island and dining option. The ride was through the city during rush hour, but Omar kept us moving smooth and easy! Highly recommend Tropical Adventures for their private car service in STT. They are our go to now!
