Full-day Lime Out Snorkel Taco Lunch & Open Bar - Westin St. John

Our group of four had a blast on this snorkel trip & ride to Lime Out. The crew was fantastic and the Princess Grace boat was relatively new and beautiful. If you are not staying at the Weston, the meet up point was a little tricky to find. Not great signage, but we were glad we came a day early to find it. They took us to a reef area snorkel spot for a little over an hour & we saw lots of tropical fish, a shark, beautiful coral, etc. then we cruised around St John to Coral Bay, anchored & swam out to Line Out floating taco bar. It was a fun experience. The crew was very professional & service was great! We were hoping to hit more than one snorkel spot. The trip was sold as 6.5 hours but ended at 5 hours. Other than that I would recommend this tour.

The experience is misrepresented in the description. We did not have a continental breakfast and there was only one snorkel stop. The crew worked very hard to meet the needs of the passengers. But what was missing was the story telling. Even though it is interesting to see the whole island of St. John, the stories about it make it memorable. There was no narrative. If we had had a second snorkel stop I wouldn't have expected this but a long trip around the island needs something more. Ideally, another crew member would have allowed the crew to get done what they needed and still have some time to interact with the passengers. The captain gave the vibe that I am doing my lecture that I have done hundreds of times. The snorkel spot we stopped at was really cool. I did see an eel, several jellyfish, tropical fish, a nurse shark and a sea turtle. But I don't think most of our group got to see these sea creatures. Lime Out tacos were good, and they will tailor them to your dietary needs. Overall, a good trip but description needs to match the actual trip.

Excellent experience! We had Trent as our captain and Skylar and Dylan as the crew. Top notch day!! They were so nice and helpful and make sure everyone had a fantastic time!

Snorkel trip to Booby Rock (for the birds blue footed boobies) was clear and beautiful with great variety of fish. Crew was fantastic. Tacos from Lime Out were delicious, especially the ceviche taco. Couldn’t have been a better day!

Such fun! Snorkeling, slides off boat, great music, fun crew, and Lime Out stop to top off the day. We had a blast!!

The captain and crew were great but we arrived at the Lime out shack a few minutes behind another large boat of 70guests therefore we didn’t get the opportunity to sit on the floating seats and it really to away from the experience. The tacos were good .

Beautiful day, nice boat. Unfortunately, we did not sail at all - all engine power all day long. We were on the boat for over 6 hours and only made one snorkel stop, which was disappointing. If you really love to snorkel, skip this one in favor of another trip with more stops. However, if you don't mind the single stop, it's a great way to visit an iconic island eatery. The food at Lime Out was great. I wish they had spent less time there and sailed around Coral Bay more.

Top notch experience! The crew was awesome! Time to snorkel and plenty of time for Lime Out. If you’re thinking of doing it just do it! Favorite experience so far!

Crew (Sierra and Izzy) were very attentive to guests needs. Captain Trent kept guests informed as to what was going on. Snorkeling was fun and the drinks were great. Tacos were very good.

So much fun! We saw so many different types of aquatic life from turtles, octopus, squid, jellyfish, and tons of colorful fish. It was better than Discovery Cove in FL. The food was ahhhhmazing. Get the jerk chicken and the tuna the way they come! Thanks again for a wonderful day at sea!

Had an amazing time snorkeling and eating the best tacos we’ve ever had at Lime Out in St John. Captain Trent and crew were awesome. When my watch fell off jumping off the bow, Trent grabbed his mask and flippers, helped me find it and dove down to pick it up! We’ve done 3 different trips with Cruz Bay over the years and are already looking forward to the next one.

This was a fun and beautiful way to see another part of St John and snorkel at a new spot as well. The Lime Out was such a unique spot as well. Our crew was phenomenal and took excellent care of us throughout the day.

From the moment we left the dock I felt that we were in great hands. Captain made sure he covered all the necessary equipment and safety measures, but did it in a friendly and respectful way! The three person crew was able to handle all the things that were necessary to ensure a great day! Lime out was fun, plus great snorkeling as well. We were a family of nine with two children, and sometimes it felt like we were the only ones on the boat. However there were sixty total! Highly recommended and would do it again!

This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to St. John! The entire experience was well organized from start to finish, and the crew made us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable throughout the day. The snorkeling was fantastic, with crystal-clear water, beautiful coral reefs, and plenty of marine life to see. The guides were knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a great experience regardless of skill level. The stop at Lime Out was the perfect addition to the day. Floating in the turquoise water while enjoying delicious tacos and drinks was truly a unique Caribbean experience. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and it felt like something straight out of a postcard. As a first-time visitor to St. John celebrating my 40th birthday, this excursion exceeded my expectations. The combination of incredible snorkeling, breathtaking views, great food, and a fun, friendly crew made for an unforgettable day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting St. John and would absolutely do it again on a future trip!

We had a great excursion with Cruz Bay Water Sports. We spent the day snorkeling, eating amazing tacos at Lime Out and enjoying a day on the water. Trent, Matt and Lauren were fantastic! There were 20-30 people on board but the made it feel personable. Our family had conversations with each of them. They made snorkeling easy for those that are not skilled. Towards the end of the excursion, Trent even cleaned everyone’s sunglasses. Lauren gave us some suggestions of her favorite beaches - we tried one today which was perfect.

The Cruz Bay staff made this a fun trip. They were helpful, friendly and professional. The tacos were good, but understandably, due to the size of the tour group, we had to eat them on the boat. Unfortunately the ocean was pretty rough the day we went, so the swim over to Lime Out from the boat was not easy. We sat on the "lillypads" at Lime Out to have a drink. Again because of the rough seas, it was not relaxing with the lillypads" banging into each other. None of that was Cruz Bay's fault - they did a great job, the open bar was a plus, and I would recommend this trip!

Such a fun day! We were on the power boat and loved the small experience. The staff were so wonderful.

The boat ride had beautiful views of the island. The snorkeling was disappointing and wonder if a different inlet would have been better. There was no breakfast as advertised. Lime Out was a fun experience and the tacos were amazing! The crew on the boat was awesome!

This was a beautiful tour! We sailed around the whole island! The crew was very attentive offering drinks and making sure everyone was comfortable, although there was not a continental breakfast so don’t skip breakfast at home. The tacos from Lime Out were amazing! Lime Out is definitely something you need to experience if you’re on St. John! Before lunch we snorkeled at Leinster Bay, which was beautiful! We saw several sea turtles! The whole day was great and you can’t beat the gorgeous scenery!

It was a fun day, a bit wavy. Drinks were good and tacos were good. Would have been nice to actually sail instead of motor.

there is no continental breakfast included, as mentioned, and it is a long day so eat before you go. there are towels provided. there is only one place to snorkel so be sure to spend your time wisely. there were quite a few turtles and rays but no fish to be seen. be sure to get drinks at lime out and hang out there or swim/slide on the boat. the crew were all great and the ride is long but beautiful. reapply sunscreen often!! check in and location are easy and quick to get on the boat and go! bring a waterproof pouch or bag for your phone to get to lime out if you want to take photos as you have to swim from the boat.

The trip was fun but not what advertised. There was no breakfast and lunch was on the catamaran not Lime Out. You could swim to Lime Out and “hang out” but the lunch was on the boat - not what we expected. Crew was friendly and helpful and boat trip was fun ,but, feel a little cheated

Very enjoyable experience! The crew were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I would recommend if you are looking for a relaxing day on the water. The description makes it seem like this is primarily a snorkeling day, but in reality it was only one dedicated snorkeling stop so something to be aware of if that is the reason you are booking.

The group i was with thought this is a must see on the island. The staff was amazing, boat was beautiful, snorkeling spot was decent; however, we wished there had been an option for an adult only trip. Lots of small children running around the boat, while parents are drinking all day. To us this experience was described as a booze cruise, we didn’t expect so many kids. Would def not do this again unless they had an adult only option.

Fun day. The snorkeling spots were good , the tacos exceptional and the boat was very comfy with enough room to spread out. Well worth visiting Taco Out for a unique water dining experience

This was an amazing experience! The crew was amazing and catered to your every want. The snorkeling and water was great and lime out was the best experience ever. The tacos were absolutely delicious. I had the short rib and they were out of this world but everyone said their tacos were great! I also got a water shirt which was definitely a great buy and came in handy.

Great day on the water with my daughter. The snorkeling was amazing. We saw many, many fish, two sea turtles and a barracuda. The crew was wonderful.

We traveled along the southern portion of St. John and went to Tektite Bay, then Lime Out, and then Little Hamshur Bay afterwards. The boat was a true catamaran and fantastic! Snorkeling was great, lots of colorful fish, and felt very safe. Lime Out is fun but you only get two tacos (very delicious!) with the outing which is fine but when you are gone 6-7 hours, ai would recommend bringing a few snacks. The bottomless drinks were fantastic! Would definitely recommend this outing.

Great day on the water! Bring a hat, long sleeves, and reapply sunscreen. That sun on the water is HOT. Drinks flowing, attentive crew, amazing playlist. Knowledgeable staff. I was a bit scared of how windy and “rough” the ocean was, but it was only me worried and we made it safe and sound! The snorkel spots were great, and the tacos are 1,000% worth it (surf and turf was my favorite!) book it!

Very fun day on JAMMIN with the service focused crew. Great sites, sun, snorkeling, food and vistas. Left right from Westin dock at resort. Worth while taking this adventure and getting to swim up to the Lime Out.

Captain Chris and crew were alot of fun! good snorkeling and swimming around coral bay . Taco lunch at the lime out was unique. Lime out was crowded but still fun! Easy to find the meeting place in the westin , met alot of people from all over the world. Highly recommend!

The crew was very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to keep everyone safe and entertained. Drinks were delicious and my short rib taco was AMAZING! Definitely remember to bring your credit/debit card to order additional beverages or Lime Out Merchandise, you swim from the boat to the restaurant and brining a bag/cash can be difficult. they do take Apple Cash and I was able to tap my Apple Watch to by tee shirts.

Most unique adventure!! Celebration of my birthday and I will never forget the trip! Captain Chris and crew was top notch in the hospitality department 🎉 drinks were flowing, taco adventure was cool! 100% recommendation! Don’t miss this trip.. worth every penny

This is a must-do in St John! The tour, captain, and guides were all amazing. We loved the snorkeling, tacos and overall experience. Light breakfast, delicious lunch and open bar. YES PLEASE. I highly recommend. BOOK IT!

We loved it. The crew was knowledgeable and tons of fun. Snorkeling was great, lots of pretty fish. Timeout food delicious and a fun atmosphere. Would do it again.

A great day of sailing, snorkeling, enjoying Lime Out's tacos, and relaxing with a drinks. Terrific crew to meet our needs. 7 1/2 hours of fun, relaxation and pleasure. We obviously really enjoy this trip - it's our 3rd time taking it!

Fun day at sea. Crew was very helpful and kind. The day was a bit rainy and cool so that dampened the experience but that's not the company's fault. We were a little disappointed that we don't actually eat at Lime-out, just get the tacos delivered to us on the boat. But they were delicious and having the open bar on the boat was a bonus. Snorkel spots were great.

Highly recommend for a fun day on the water. We stopped at two snorkel spots. The boat is lovely. The breakfast not so great whatever they served was old and hard. And the alcohol on board was very watered down. But the lime out lunch excellent

Such a fun day trip! The snorkeling was excellent. We say tons of giant sea turtles, sting rays, a 6 ft reef shark and one starfish!! The snorkel equipment was like new and worked perfectly. The captain, Paul and crew CC, Riley and Hailey were excellent, extremely attentive. The Lime-Out taco lunch was the best tacos we’ve ever had! The 4 of us had shrimp, short rib and jerk chicken tacos. Highly recommended. There was plenty of breakfast food too. Fresh fruit, coffee cakes, individual quiches and French toast bites. The served beer (local island beers & Coors Light), hard seltzers, rum punch and other liquor. I highly recommend this trip. If you only do 1 excursion pick this one!
