Split To Zagreb Via Plitvice Lakes (3 Hours Stop Is Included)

I used Croatia Private Tours to book several private transfers and tours including this one. We also did the private transfer from Dubrovnik to Split via Mostar, the private boat tour from Split to several islands and a day trip from Split to Brac. All of our experiences were superb! Hrvoje from Croatia Private Tours was amazing and his communication was top notch. He always reached out a couple of days before the tour to confirm the details and give us the direct number for the driver in case we needed to contact them. The driver also usually contacted us directly the day before the transfer to reconfirm the details. All of the drivers and guides he booked for us were friendly, professional, and prompt. We never had to wait or worry if they were going to show up which allowed us to really enjoy our vacation. The cars were nice and well-maintained and our guides in Mostar and Plitvice Lakes were very knowledgeable and engaging. Our private boat tour was one of the highlights of our trip and the boat was gorgeous (we upgraded to the "luxury" boat) and the crew was very friendly. This company is very honest and reliable and I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I took a day trip from Split to Zagreb, with a pit-stop at a national park. The vehicle was new and very comfortable. Our driver, Ivan, was also great. He was very professional, and took really good care of us. He made us feel very comfortable and safe. He was a skilled driver and a thoughtful host. I really enjoyed how knowledgeable he was about Croatia, and we learned a lot from him as we drove. In the middle of our trip we realized my wife and I made a potentially costly mistake in our travel plans, and Ivan went above and beyond to smooth it out and make sure we were all good. He took the best care of us and I highly recommend him.

This trip was divided into 2 parts with 2 separate drivers. Marin drove the first leg of the trip taking us to Plitvice Lakes National Park. He introduced us to our personal guide, Domenic. While we in the park he transferred our belongings to Alexander who drove us to Zagreb. Alexander pointed out buildings as we arrived in Zagreb and air dropped a list of restaurants in the city.

I had the joy of dealing with Hrvoje right from our initial emails to having him drive us from Split to Zagreb . He was so prompt in replying to my requests and an excellent professional man who made everything very comfortable for us . I was with my 70 year old mother and they changed the timings according to what we wanted . We then met Katalina in Plitvice park and she was excellent and very entertaining and enthusiastic with showing us around and changing the pace of the walks / climbing . We reached our hotel in Zagreb on Time to check in and I am waiting to come back and book more tours with you guys. Thank you so much .

Even though it was raining, Plitvice Lakes is not to be missed! We had a wonderful driver, Ante, and a great guide once we were in the park. Our guide led us through both the upper and lower lakes and provided valuable information along the way.

This is was an excellent transfer experience from Split to Zagreb with a stop at Plitvice lakes. Our driver Mario arrived on time and ensured we got to our destinations safely and on time. Our guide around Plitvice was Miri and she had a wealth of knowledge about the area as she was a local to this region. The laKes are so beautiful and water is so clear . Wanted to eat Peka a local Croatiaian dish and the tour compnay organized that for us plitvice lakes . It was really good.

We used Croatia Private Tours for several private drives in Croatia. Every driver was exemplary in their professionalism, timeliness, friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the area. We enjoyed Marin from Split to Plitvice Lakes Park for a day trip and back to Split. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants and even made a reservation for us for upon our return. We had a lovely young lady guide us through the park. Marianne (sorry, misspelled, I am sure). She was happy to take pictures and was in good shape for the more vigorous parts of our park tour. She was sweet and fun! Would use them every time I visit, and I will be back!

Phenomenal service! We were picked up from Split Ferry Port by our private driver (easy to identify, and a quick load up) for the drive to Plitvice. Our driver was extremely friendly, and a magnificent driver. The tour at Plitvice was perfect, it's huge so having a local guide was extremely beneficial to know where to visit. She took us to some quality viewpoints, and told us about the park / water itself. Very informative and interesting! We ate at a local restaurant up the street, and then departed for Zagreb. This is a highly recommended service! It made our transfer easy and we got to see the beauty of Plitvice. Thank you!

Nice comfortable ride. Driver was good, drove well. This was my second ride with same driver. Beautiful scenery and even more beautiful was our stop at Plitvice. I think this was one of the highlights of my trip to Croatia.

From the moment our driver Borg arrived, I knew this was going to be a good day. He was prompt, smart, professional and helpful with a welcoming smile. Our accommodation was not the easiest to find in Split, but he located us and helped to load the luggage for 5 adults into the spacious clean transport. There was water provided - very welcome. We wanted to stop for coffee and he had the perfect place in mind with great views of Skradin and photo opportunities. On the to Plitvice Lakes where he had been in contact with our guide Christina who was waiting for us with a smile. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable, and eager to show us as much as possible in the allotted time. She suggested a route which was perfect. The park is beautiful and a must see when in Croatia. Do wear good shoes, and travel light if you can. Following the tour we were delivered back to our driver. Again, this was perfectly coordinated. Christina had suggested a stop in Rastoke for our lunch which was just lovely. On then to our final destination Zagreb. Again, Borg contacted our accommodation to ensure we were delivered safely to the address. Prior to our trip we had emailed the company with the address of our accommodation. We had a prompt reply asking us to purchase tickets for the park for a specific time and gate. A link to the web site was provided. This was invaluable as we didn't have to wait for tickets so our time in the park was maximised.

Communication to make our booking was easy and efficient. Very easy and quick even quick response late on weekends. Price was very good. Our driver was an excellent driver and most knowledgeable to share interesting facts and keep conversation relevant. Very accommodating and kind to our children. I would book again with Croatia Private Tours.

We had Hrvoje for a private transfer from Split to Zagreb w/ Plitvice stop. He was very kind and professional - answered all of our questions for us. Last minute, we asked if we could make a detour to Zadar along the way which would extend the trip by at 2+ hours. Hrvoje was more than happy to accommodate and was flexible with the time we spent at each stop. Would definitely recommend this service no matter the size of the group you are traveling with.

We had a wonderful experience with Damir on a transfer from Split to Zagreb with a stop in Plitvice Lakes. Damir was very helpful - he was a great driver and then helped us expedite the line at Plitvice Lakes. We appreciated that Damir let us travel on our time and take the time we wanted at the Lakes and then again at lunch. He was also very helpful once we arrived at our destination, checking in to make sure we arrived and helping with our bags. We have used service from Mr. Hrvoje and his team and they are fantastic. From the first second we have realised what great time we will have. Hole trip was so easy and fun with no stress. Even it was very cold weather and driving was no easy this guys did it on high level. If you are looking for great day trip and fun this is the team. Just take a seat in the car and enjoy. What a wonderful tour! Marin was outstanding in his role taking care of our group and made sure we were comfortable and obliged to our requests without hesitation. The coach and hotels booked for us were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We were seniors and Marin made sure we were safe and comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the scenic drive down the peninsula and Plitvice Lakes. The tour guides organised by the company were excellent as well.
