Split-fun Walking Tour Of Diocletian's Palace With Historian

Fanstastic interesting tour with Joska, who was so knowledgeable and passionate about his home town of Split, its history and the palace

Superb tour with Joe, a really informative, fun experience that bought the history of the palace alive!! 10/10!!!

This was an infertile way to learn more about the rich history and details of old town and the palace. I cannot recommend more!

Could we give six stars. Josko was fantastic, witty and very knowledgeable. Didn’t even notice how fast centuries of Split history and Diocletian stories in 1.5 hours just flew by. Joined a GOT tour the next day and we were still discussing Joko’s tour. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Joe was brilliant!! Articulate, factual, funny, engaging, and friendly. Gave time for questions, and his answers were in depth, and fascinating.

Josko was absolutely over the top more wonderful than I even expected. Learned a lot, saw a lot, and got to notice things I wouldn’t have ever noticed without a guide. Would recommend a guide for this area for sure, and this man absolutely. Amazing! Great job!

The guide was very knowledgeable and simplified the historic details for the group. Not relevant to our guide but we booked the 11 o’clock tour but as there were only two of us ( min 6) we were asked to come back st 12 - we missed his this when booking . We left feeling we had a great overview and had had an excellent tour

We booked with the guide on the street, he did a great job of giving us the history of the area. We paid 24euros per person (group tour) for 90min tour. (Note: The tour did not include entering the museum portion of the palace). Worth doing if you have some free time and want to learn some history.

Met Josko while walking around Diocletians palace and decided to take the tour. Very glad we did! He was fun, friendly and informative about the palace! Definitely enriched our trip through the iconic scenery!
