Friendly, informative and lively guide. First course was very good. Second and third course was good. We were full by the 4th course. Very good ice cream in the end.

Tea was great in blending history with modern touches. The food was delicious! This was just the right amount of time as well.

Great experience! We not only got a food tour, but also history tour. There were 5 stops for food and much more food than we could have wanted. Gave us a great overview of life and the food culture of this region including education about the salt and olive oil. It was nice to hear some of the history of Split and then have a beeak and sample the cuisine. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the food tour and all the history Marina provided along the way. It was fun despite the rain.

Stopped at 5 locations and we were so full by the time we were done. Slow paced so you can enjoy food. Tea provided historical information as we walked through the town.

We had an amazing time on this tour. Ivanna was very knowledgeable about the city and was very friendly. The food was amazing and a great tasting of traditional Croatian food. The wine and olive tasting was also awesome!

Very bad and rude organizer. We arrived 30 minutes early to event. The organizer claims they sent us a message to look for us but this is incorrect. The message was sent AFTER the event was over. We called to request the next scheduled event but never received a message back. One can tell by how the organizer responds to bad reviews that they do not care about customer service only about getting their money.

Ivana was an extremely knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We got a lot of history but also a lot of cultural info. She clearly loves Split and the “chill out” vibe. Food was fantastic. Stopped at very nice restaurants.

We joined this tour with Dino, the owner. We totally enjoyed both the food and the history lesson. Dino’s passion for both made this tour perfect. We loved that we went to small family run restaurants. Another bonus for us was that his wife was also from Vancouver Canada. Small world, indeed ! We would recommend this tour in a heartbeat.

This is really a Croatia history with food breaks. We did a history walking tour the day before so it was extremely repetitive. Guide was nice and very knowledgeable…but we were not expecting a 4 hour lecture.

This was one of the highlights of our cruise to Italy and Croatia. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, and the tour and food tastings were perfectly spaced out. Nothing felt rushed; the entire experience was calm and relaxing. There was plenty of food, and the length of the tour felt just right. I really enjoyed learning about the city and its history while stopping along the way for delicious bites. Highly recommend for any foodie visiting Split!

We enjoyed the guides great descriptions of the history of Split as well as the foods and restaurant locations. Ivanka was knowledgeable about Split and was able to provide a wonderful backstory for the food and the city.

We love doing food tours and this one was one of the best. Great food and our guide weaved in very interesting historical facts. Split exceeded our expectations. I would do the afternoon/evening tour because if there are cruise ships in, it can be crowded in the historical center in the morning. Loved this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our food tour of Split with Mariana! She was knowledgeable, engaging, funny, and made the history of the Old Town really interesting. It was a wonderful introduction to Split and ended up being especially helpful because we were staying for several more days. After the tour, we felt much more comfortable finding our way around and knew several places we wanted to return to on our own. The food was also incredibly generous — by the end, there was so much that we simply could not eat it all! Except for the gelato, of course. 😊 Mariana was a fantastic guide, and this was such a fun way to begin our time in Split. I would definitely recommend doing this tour early in your stay so you can enjoy what you learn for the rest of your visit.

Great tour!! Focus on special restaurants in Old Town with one just outside the main wall. Super personal guide who brought so much history and positive vibe to our tour! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience, our guides was great fun and knowledgeable. The food we tasted was local and varied. I would highly recommend a small group we were in a group of 10. Which meant we could wiggle around the larger groups and see a lot more.

Tea related the history of the Dalmatian Castle while introducing us to the best food of Split. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. All eating establishments were arranged before arriving so that we missed the crowds.

Excellent food and history tour all in one. It is a must do when in Split. Ivana was great!!! Eating was all sit down except for last stop with gelato. Walking and standing for the 20 m of history between eating - not complaining just making aware for those with mobility issues.

We had a wonderful experience on our Split food tour with Tea! She told us she has been giving tours for 18 years, and it definitely showed. Everything was exactly as described on TripAdvisor—no surprises, delays, or problems. We met at the Split sign, which was very easy to find, and spent the next few hours eating delicious food, walking around Split, and learning so much about the city. The tour was very well organized, and Tea was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She also gave us great recommendations for other things to see and do during our stay. At the end, she even made sure each of us knew exactly where we were and how to get back to our hotels. A great combination of food, history, and local knowledge. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful food tour. Our guide, Marina, was a wealth of information regarding the history of Split, the cultural background and the food we tasted. We had 5 tastings, 1/2 hour at each stop. It was ample time to enjoy our tastings and visit with the members of our group ( we had 10 in our group). The walking was easy. My friend and I would highly recommend this tour.

It is much more than a food tour. Our guide Ivana was able to also provide a comprehensive Split history overview, which enabled us to better understand what makes Split tick. The food sampled across the tour was 5 star and all the locations were great

An excellent tour! Marina told us about the palace as we walked through and about the Croatian culture. She was wonderful. The food was excellent. The black risotto with cuddle fish (not squid) and the burek were definite highlights. I highly recommend Marina and this tour!

Our tour guide Ivanna was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The food tour was one of the best we have had —because the portions were normal size and each stop built upon the next and by the end you had a six course meal.

Tea was excellent and lots of different types of food to try. Tea also provided great information. It was a great way to see palace and combine it with fun eating traditional Croatian food.

This is as much a history tour as it was a food tour which we loved. Ivana guided us all around the history center. We made 5 different stops experience local cuisine which was excellent. You will most certainly not leave this tour hungry. We would highly recommend this tour and especially Ivana!!

Marina, our tour guide, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the area and food. We learned so much about the history of Split and the understanding of different dishes. The food was delicious and things that we may not have ordered on our own. Marina also had recommendations for other restaurants and viewing spots that were less touristy. The tour and Marina was the best thing we did in Split.

Walking history and the food options were amazing! This was our first ever walking food tour and so glad we started our trip out this way.
