We did a 13-day tour of Croatia and Slovenia starting at Dubrovnik and ending our holiday at Lake Bled. We were fortunate enough to have Pave as our driver for the entire trip along with some local guides along the way. Pave is a very reliable and responsive driver and we had so much joy traveling with him. Hrvoje whom we dealt with on the overall tour arrangements were also very responsive with our needs and questions. We had a memorable holiday and hope to return to spend more time at some of our favourite places during the cooler months.
Well worth the trip. We went in January so there were no other visitors except us. We had the entire place to ourselves which was amazing! The only downfall was that nothing was open especially in Trogir. The waterfalls and national park were awesome. Our driver was so helpful and knowledgeable.
Our driver was very nice. Unfortunately, he gave us some misinformation which caused us some aggravation snd wasted almost an hour of our gyms. The owner of the local tour company was very gracious and issued a partial refund because of the problems we had. However, the Viator representative to whom I told that the website description was misleading because it stated “driver/tour guide” and our driver did not serve as a tour guide refused to accept responsibility on behalf of Viator, issue any credit as requested, and may have hung up on me. We had a fabulous experience the following day through Viator the following day in a private boat but I was disappointed with Viator’s response here.
The park was wonderful and we visited Plimosten beach which was amazing. Our driver Miro was great and very flexible to our requests.
Great friendly guide, but would have liked a bit more time. We felt a little rushed at the waterfalls even though it's off season and we were the only ones there. Tour started at 9am and I thought it was supposed to be 7 hours, we finished around... 1 or 2? Krka was stunningly beautiful and we really enjoyed joking around with the guide. Trogir was excellent too.
The driver was excellent and the park and town were great. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
We booked the Krka Falls National Park/Trogir town tour with our family of four and another family of four. We had an amazing time and our guide, Oliver, was extremely knowledgeable. Oliver did a fantastic job guiding us through the park and making it an engaging experience for the adults and teenagers alike. I would certainly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Split, and I would highly recommend Oliver for this or any other tour!
This tour is great if your are looking for comfortable door-to-door experience for local area travel. We got picked up outside of old town and dropped off at Krka National park then picked up on the other side and dropped again at Trogir for a couple hours. It was comfortable and convenient if you like free time to explore. Some more local history and description form our guide would have been nice but otherwise it was all great.
Absolutely amazing experience. Our driver Matko was brilliant- so funny and professional and he made the day so enjoyable. We also did the wine tasting experience which was absolutely brilliant! Perfectly organised- we didn’t have to wait in any queues. Would 100% recommend!!

What an amazing adventure!!! Our guide and driver Marin picked us up from our place in Old Town and was a very safe driver to Krka where he dropped us off at the mouth of the park with clear instructions on navigating the park and where he would pick us up after the ferry ride to the next town. Highly recommend the ferry trip, it’s so gorgeous! As we got off the ferry, Marin was waiting for us on the dock and then went to get the vehicle so we could rest in the shade. Marin took us off course (we arranged this in advance with his team) to a restaurant that my friend found online and my second recommendation is to invite Marin to dine with you if you do this. He’s extremely helpful with ordering and explaining dishes, and he’s very funny and informative about the country! We definitely enjoyed our lunch with him. Trogir was stunning and Marin’s parallel parking skills are, well, unparalleled by anyone I’ve ever met. Very impressed! Final recommendation? Get a gelato by the old church. Thank you again, Marin, for such a fabulous trip and for going above and beyond to make it so memorable for us!!!
Had a great day trip with Henry. Met us in the morning and educated us about Croatian culture on the way to Krka where we spent plenty of time in the beautiful park. We then went to lunch at a great local restaurant and had Croatian food. We then drove to trogir and walked around the nice promenade and all the shops. We returned around 6:30. It was a great busy day trip. Would highly recommend and if back would use Henry to take us to other places as well (?( we had a nice comfortable van for the six of us)
We had a fantastic tour of Krka and Trogir with our driver Henry. Krka was absolutely beautiful and we were fortunate enough to have it almost all to ourselves. Trogir was a really charming town and interesting to spend a couple of hours. Our driver Henry was phenomenal. Great English, really friendly (and funny) and fun to talk with. We felt we got to know not just the interesting facts about the places we were visiting but also got to know more about life in Croatia. The car was clean and comfortable. All in all this was a great day trip. I would highly recommend this tour and this company.
Had an amazing day trip to Krka National Park with our driver Hrvoje from Croatia Private Tours. Hrvoje was very professional and informative so much so he recommended a stop to a family run Vineyard for lunch, such lovely people who made us feel very welcomed. Lunch was organic and the vine was fabulous we bought a few bottles to enjoy. Would recommend Croatia Private Tours for any tours you and you party have I mind whilst in Croatia.
Croatia Private Tours was so helpful and flexible to arrange a custom private tour of Kraj waterfalls, Trogir and Split for me and my two young adult daughters. We only had a few days in Split and they made it possible for us to see so much without feeling rushed! Our guide Christina was terrific. With her experience we were able to get to Krka National Park early in the morning, tour all the waterfalls and take the boat to to the other side of the park. The landscapes at the falls is beautiful. The huge crowds were a big downside and we were disappointed that you can only swim in a pool away from the falls. We then went on to Trogir for lunch and a quick walking tour through the town - completely charming! Then we traveled back to Split and toured the inner city and Diocletian Palace. Christina was wonderfully energetic and great at sharing a mix of history and current life in Croatia. This tour company is very professional and aims to please!
We took a day tour with Croatia Private Tours. Everything was well done including scheduling, the comfortable Mercedes van and the tour guide. Damir's knowledge, enthusiasm, and delivery made the tour exceptional.
We scheduled a transfer to and from KRKA falls, Croatia Private Tour provides much more than just a transfer. They were on time and waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel. While driving to KRKA (about 45 minutes), they gave us some information on the places we were passing and overall were EXTREMELY friendly. On the way back from the falls, we stopped for lunch and it was just amazing- fresh food at a local spot that we would have never have found on our own, it was also one of our favorite meals. Our driver was so nice that we even invited him to have lunch with us! We got to know all about his background, his family, and how it was growing up in Croatia. On the way back, we stopped in Trogir and he told us the best spot for Gelato. Overall I give Croatia Private Tours a 10/10.
